Yes, yet another adventure. This time we hiked up to Donut Falls, unfortunately the water was running to quick and to high to cross to get to the trail to the falls. So here we sit in the middle of the river. We had such a great time. It seems like no matter what we do in the mountains it is always fun.
I am not long winded and wordy when it comes to blogging. I admire those of you who can let the words flow and say these profound things. I on the other had keep things short and sweet :)
This is a funny story. We were at Liberty Park having a picnic on one of the days that is did NOT rain in June in Utah this year. Needless to say there were a TON of people at the park. We packed our lunch, chairs, coolers, blankets, umbrellas and headed out for a relaxing day. We had a GREAT time. The kids all played on the play ground equipment with the other trillion kids that were there. Royce and Chase played lacrosse thill their hearts were content. Jace even picked up a stick and threw a couple balls.
After about 2 hours we were just about the only ones left at the park so the little kids ventrued out a little and found this puddle. From where we were stitting it looked like they were playing in a BIG puddle. We just let them play, they played in this puddle for about 30 minutes. They were pretending they were fishing, they threw rocks in it, they even waded (is that even a word?) in it. When I got over there to take this picture it was this little tiny puddle. It is so cute how kids will make the MOST of every situation.
Calvin and Royce went on a Trek for Youth Conference. They had such a great time. Royce had such a great time, he has never been involved in a trek, so he will remember this for a long time.

Brace yourself there is and update FINALLY

Ok, so as you all know I keep my blog updated with all that is going on with our family. (NOT!!!!). I know you are all sick of seeing my boys in their biking gear so here are some new pics. You may have given up on me, which I totally understand. Who knows you might be reading this 3 months from now when you think maybe, just maybe Theresa has updated her blog. Well you are all in luck. I am just going to put in some random pictures to show what we have been up to.
This picture was taken on a hike we went on when we were in Utah last. It is up behind the U and was probably the best hike I have been on EVER! We had so much fun. All the kids walked the whole 2 hours it took to get to the top. The view was AMAZING.
