Yikes, Spikes!

Grace has always loved bath time, and I have always loved doing her hair, so when we get to combine the two we are both happy campers!! I am amazed how thick her hair is getting. I've been trimming the bottom since she was 3ish months old and I think it has really kept if from looking too fine and stringy...a total pet peeve of mine...So as the layers from her baby bald spot grow out I keep trimming the bottom so it can all end up one length.
You may notice in the pictures that her hands are going crazy. To get her attention for the picture I was singing "Popcorn Popping" which is her favorite, and she loves to do the actions along with me! It's so cute!

Baby #2

Sorry it's been a while since I've posted anything, but I've been rather sick, and now you all know why! We are so excited to announce that Baby #2 is on it's way. I'm due August 25th. Only 4 days after Grace's 2nd birthday! I wanted them closer together, but as usual God's timing and mine weren't quite the same. But none of that matters now because I couldn't be happier to be blessed with this healthy little "gummy bear!" I had my first dr. appointment today, and he said that everything looks good so far, and that there is for sure only one, which I am grateful for since we will be moving to grad school a month or so after the baby is born. That would be just too much for me with any more then one baby! So thank you everyone for your love and support, and I will keep you posted on the way!

Christmas 2009

Well we moved to Boise the end of December, so Christmas was kind of rushed, and a little overlooked with the excitement of our amazing house, and having so much family near by. But I did get our stockings out and filled them christmas eve. So Grace did get a surprise Christmas morning. Although she didn't have a clue what was going on, and really didn't understand presents. Hopefully next year.

Sam is often craving a soda at night, and we never buy any, so I thought he would love to get a bunch all to himself! And they still aren't gone. He's loving it.

Grace got fruit snacks...her favorite, and a new little dress.

But what she's most excited for is her new movie. I actually opened it early and she watched it on the drive from Rexburg to Boise. She'll never know!
All in all it was a great Christmas because we got to be with the people we love most.
