Our Easter

Image
We went to Pima this year, all of Brendan's siblings were able to come up. We decorated eggs then had an Easter egg hunt in the backyard and the kids had a great time! They had a lot of fun with their cousins. Here are some pictures of the kids in their Easter outfits.

Nicole's Chicken Salad Pitas

Image
What you need: 1 can of chicken broccoli cauliflower carrots mayo ranch tortillas (soft taco size) or pita pockets Directions: This is how Nicole likes to do it, mash the chicken with a little ranch and mayo to moisten it up a bit. Finely Chop the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots (food processor or pampered chef chopper works great!) Use equal amounts of veggies to your liking. Add equal amounts of ranch and mayo to the consistency you like (kind of how you would tuna) Now stick it in a soft taco or pita and enjoy!

Landon's new do

Landon is seven months today and he got his haircut so he went from my little baby to a boy in just a matter of minutes. It is super cute and will be fun to have something new and cool.

Beware!! Tear Jerker!

This song always makes me think of my brothers and that they are still with me watching over me and my family. Anyway, just wanted to share it with you all because it's a great song.
