Soccer

Brex started Soccer again, and loves it! He has a great coach too! He has improved a little bit from last fall, although he still really enjoys talking to everyone during the game.

Easter 2011

The boys had a lot of fun coloring Easter Eggs this year. We only spilled two cups...not fun scrubbing the grout...but it came out!

We had a neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. Jumper quickly gathered eggs and then raced to the slide. He could live on the slide, it's his favorite!

Brex tried really hard to find the Golden Egg...but did get two prize eggs!

The Easter bunny brought Brex a new scooter and helmet, some Bay Bladers, Pokemon cards and some clothes.
Jumper got Mighty Beans, Paints, a Buzz electronic toy, Kung Zhu Toys, some movies and lots of candy!

They sure had a lot of Eggs to find...oh well, just lots more candy!

Zoo

We took the boys to the zoo, and it was such a great trip! The weather was great, no crowds, active animals and the kids LOVED it!

This was Jumper's first time visiting the Zoo. Jumper loved seeing all the animals and would talk to them all saying, " Hi, monkey. Cute monkey eating. My monkey." The monkeys were his favorite! Brexton liked all the tigers running around. We left the zoo and ate at Red Robins and got dessert at The Bakery! What a great day!

Belt Promotion

Brex got promoted to his orange stripe belt. He was so excited! Pretty soon he will be a black belt Ninja! He absolutely loves going to karate twice a week. It is such a great program.

Warming up.

Getting his new belt.

Brex's cheerleader!

Such a proud kid! And mom and dad couldn't be more proud of him!

St. Patrick's Day

A Leprechaun took the boys on a scavenger hunt this morning. Brex was nervous when one of the clues led him to the closet. He wanted me to open the door in case the leprechaun was trapped inside. He also thought it was hilarious that he peed green pee in my toilet! Jumper just went around eating the chocolate he left by each clue. Such cute kids!

The "treasure" that the leprechaun left.

We had a dinner of all green food (green wraps, green pudding, green beans, green milk). Brex was a little upset and didn't think that was very fun.

February 2011

Brexton got to go to Disneyland with his cousin Andi, aunt Jeneka and Grandma Jensen for a few days. This was his 4th trip to Disneyland. What a magical place!

No fairy face painting for Brex! Such a fierce tiger!

Talking to mom on the phone. Brexton's favorite rides are Soaring Over California, Dumbo and Pirates of the Caribbean.

January 2011

Playing with all the Legos Brex got for Christmas. Too bad I'm just not as excited about all the Legos as dad is!

We went to Jump On It with Dax and Camie for Dax's birthday. The boys loved playing and getting all their energy out!

December

This is totally a random picture...such a goof! Such a delight!

Brexton started taking karate lessons in October, and he has L.O.V.E.D it! Every few months they have a belt promotion. This was his first and he was so excited! I am so proud of him. He had to set goals, practice discipline at home and at school and do his T-1 routine. Such a fun experience!

He got promoted to a yellow stripe belt.

We went to Richfield for the Fire Department Christmas Party. Jumper didn't really like getting too close to Santa. Although he loves to look at pictures and see him from a distance. He says, "Santa, Ho...ho....ho," every time he sees him.

Santa brought them remote control cars! So much fun!

We went to the Parry Christmas party a few days later. Jumper still didn't like getting too close to Santa.

Grandma and Grandpa Jensen got the boys Mickey jammies and Bean Bags.

We spent Christmas Eve at home. The boys were so excited to go and see what Santa left them!

Brexton got Heely's and Kung Zhu Pets.

Jumper got Kung Zhu pets, and a bouncing turtle. If you ask Jumper to smile, this is the look you get!

Brex and his goods.

Jumper and his goods.

We had such a great Christmas. I love this time of year to think about our Savior and spend time together with family. We are so blessed with love, health and joy. Merry Christmas!

NOVEMBER

Jumper is becoming such an independent little boy. I think he just wants to be like his big brother. He is usually very content and just loves attention. He is a really good eater, which is nice, because Brex was always a little picky. His favorite foods are cottage cheese, yogurt, chicken, and meats.

Since Jumper sees me throw up at least 10 times everyday, he thinks he should too. When he walks past the bathroom, he leans over the toilet, makes a few spitting sounds and then closes the lid and flushes it.

Deena and I went to the So You Think You Can Dance Tour again this year. We went with her friend Brooke and their girls.

All of us eating dinner.

We had backstage passes, so after the show, we hung around for a bit and got to meet most of the dancers. It was pretty cool!.

We get season tickets to Utah Football games every year. Bryson actually let me go to one with him this year. Too bad they didn't win the game, I must be bad luck.

The next week, Bryson went to Notre Dame to see them play with his friend. Even though they didn't win again, he had a great time.

Jeneka, Julie and I took a vacation of our own and spent 3 days in Disneyland with no kids! Super fun...even though I was pregnant and miserable.

It was my first time going to Disneyland during the Christmas season! I just loved all the decorations and the fun lights!

We had a great Thanksgiving this year. We went to Ephraim and ate with my family and then went to Richfield and had left overs and more dessert with Bryson's family. We are so grateful for both of our loving families. It's great that we are all very close and get to see each other so often!
