Hello Hello -
It's the 28th of the Month - which means it's time for a fun SCS Challenge - Challenge Your Stash. Our hostess this month is Heather and our challenge is to create a card about you. This one came soooo incredibly easy for me (thanks Heather!) as I grabbed my stash of Graphic 45 Just Sporting papers and created a baseball-themed card. I used Paper Players Sketch #386 for my layout and I will be entering my card for that challenge too!
Here is a close up of the charm I used - so stinking cute :)
For those that do not know me well, baseball has been a love of mine for many many years. I've been lucky enough to see major league games in 46 baseball parks (all current parks, the other 16 parks are retired). I've been a Cubs fan as long as I can remember. My grandma was a Cubs fan and I got hooked. I also love to keep score. I kept score for the Varsity Boys High School team when in High School (and for a few years after) and came back last season as a volunteer scorekeeper. I really just LOVE being around the game! This year I hope to get to quite a few MLB parks: Wrigley Field (Chicago NL), Miller Park (Milwaukee), Guaranteed Rate Field (Chicago AL), Coors Field (Denver), AT&T Park (San Francisco), and Dodger Stadium (Los Angeles). It's going to be a fun summer for me! :)
Here is the sketch I used:
Thanks for stopping by, Hugs - LJ
