Yes we're still alive!
Our Move to Henderson back in March started out a little hecktic. My mom and I went up to Springville to Start the loading process from our Storage Unit where all of our belongings had been since April of 2009 :( If you know me at all you'll understand this was like Christmas for me seeing it all again! To Finally have our own couch, bathroom drawers, fridge, the rest of our clothing and Most of all we were SO Excited to FINALLY sleep on our Comfy Mattress again. Don't get me wrong Ang I loved my cozy little bed on the floor of your toy room, but we were ready to see our box springs and heavenly Ivory Pillow Top Mattress again :) Well I ended up getting the FLU the night before we had to drive to Vegas for the big Move In day, so Derrik ended up going alone and thank Goodness Tom (my mom's husband) was so willing to take the day off and help us out and for Adam to help them unload everything once they arrived.
That next day I was feeling a tiny bit better so I decided to make the trek. Well that was a bad idea, once I got there Derrik had started to feel Yucky too so we just layed on the couch for 2 days amongst our boxes in hopes to one day get unpacked :)
This is what we saw our first day out on the town...REALLY? I guess we aren't in Utah anymore:)
We decided since the weather was already AMAZING that we would plant some of our favorite fruits and veggie's... well it was a nice thought, it turns out I'm not much of a gardener because I burned the Strawberry Plant in the first 2 weeks (too much miracle grow I guess) Derrik said I should have read the directions... Hmm Probably would have been smart:)
And a few weeks later they started growing, to bad they died soon after. Derrik said we can't have kids since I can't even manage to keep a baby tomato plant alive :( Lol
Enjoying the Beautiful Spring Weather.
