Lots of "NEW" things going on in our neck of the woods. Its been the most Memorable Fall/Winter season to date and even though at times we may have wanted to pull our hair out during the building process, it has All been worth it! Having our own place with storage, a garage, yard, a big bathtub (this is what I look forward to every night), and SPACE has been Much anticipated and we can hardly wait to move in and get settled. They are telling us we will be in a few days before Christmas... CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

PNCL Year End Awards Ceremony

Last weekend we went up to SLC to the Capital Theatre for Derrik's year end Awards Ceremony. Before the awards we all met downtown for a nice dinner with a few of the guys from the summer and Derrik's regional manager. It was kind of fun because we had to get really dressed up and fancy for the night, but lets just saw being 39 weeks Prego it wasn't such a comfy few hours in heels and sequins :) Derrik had to kind of beg me to brave the LONG car ride and be 4+ hrs from my doctor, but I am SO GLAD he did because I felt great all weekend and it was So Fun seeing him win award after award. I have to take just a second to brag on him... I knew this summer while he was selling that he was doing a great job and selling like a mad man, but I didn't realize until the Awards Ceremony just how good. I think he got called up on stage 4-5 different times for different awards. I, already knowing the awards he had won, was so PROUD of him and his hard work and accomplishments, it definitely paid off! I may or may not have even gotten a teency bit emotional a few times, but overall I kept my cool (I blamed it on the pregnancy, so its all good) Ha! He is seriously such a Hard worker its amazing to me, not once this summer did he complain to me about it being BLAZING hot outside or even being burned out! I'm so glad that he has had a few months off and had a chance to relax and spoil himself a little!

I have to tease him a little bit and "display" if you will, his fancy trophy on the mantle. He keeps taking it down, and I keep putting it back up its a vicious cycle :)

The Guys making a HUGE bonfire, there were lots of fallen down trees from last winter so they decided to clean it up a bit and have a little fun in the process. Let's just say Derrik's dad was in Freak out mode for just a minute hoping it didn't get to out of control, lol! It was so big other campers were coming to the rescue thinking the Cabin was going up in flames, oh and the Ash was CRAZY, poor Kray got burned a bit and everyone got at least one small melted hole in their hat or Coat :)

HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY Kensley!

We drove to Cedar for this little girly's birthday party, she was SO Excited about her Rapunzel cake, balloons, and all of her fun presents. Megan, Jenni's sister, put together a little video of the last year of Kensley's life since her last birthday and it turned out so great. This little trooper has been THROUGH HELL, and never did it without a smile on her face or a twinkle in her eye. She has been so tough and is an inspiration to me and so many others. It's amazing what a tiny little girl can teach us big strong adults:) I'm So Glad she is finally feeling better, we Love you Kens and are so glad we got to be a part of your 3rd Birthday Party!

Happy Halloween!

Derrik has been a busy bee putting cribs, the pack n play, and swings together he's quite handy these days :) We can't believe our little girl will be here soon. When it gets quiet I'll randomly say to him " Umm we're having a Baby..." his newest respond is "lets do the dang thing!" He seems more ready than I, hopefully I'll catch up on the "being ready" one of these days soon :)

Baby Shower

We had such a fun time getting ready for my shower. Angie and my Mom went Above and Beyond on everything like Always! We couldn't have pulled it all together without Derrik's moms help and All of my sister-in-laws either, so a BIG Thank You to the 4 of them! It was all so much fun, and it was so nice catching up with great friends. I'm really bummed that we didn't remember to get ONE picture of the party guests or all my fam that came :( But we did remember to get a few shots of some of the decorations before the party started. It all turned out so Great!
