Dad rent a 2 bedroom apartment at Ritz Carlton Pacific Place, and we had a great time watching fireworks and just laying around lazily. Best part was breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. I had toast with scrambled egg and smoked salmon. Delicious, but so far, nothing beats breakfast at The Four Seasons. The bagel and smoked salmon was mouth watering. I’m drooling as I write this.
