What type of desktop bg/wallpaper do you have?/like?

Bored and curious, what kinds do you like and have at the moment?

For me I prefer ones with epic scenery, and no not the ol sunny beach or mountainside ones, too cliche for my taste.

I also like something going on in the wallpaper, for example. I dont plaster a picture of cloud strife onto my bg no, I would prefer one of him where in Advent children he is standing on that cliffside looking over the ruins of midgar while placing Zack's sword into the ground. A very epic scene right there, sadly the picture I obtained is farrrr too blurry so had to opt for another one.

Another good one is a very old picture I found years ago of a skeletel dragon flying through the wintery mountains roaring.

Dunno why but wallpapers of just the characters from shows or games I like by themselves with a few fancy words and funky bgs behind them dont appeal to me.

I also have admiration for cathedral screenshots from games (Chaos Legion being a epic example) or animes. And I love wallpapers that have a 3D ish effect to a scenery shot, I found this one screenshot from Castlevania LoI of a first person point of view from a room in the game. It looks like you are in it it's that detailed. -reminds self to toss up a link of the pic later-

But for now I have an old school shot of Vincent Valentine perching on a rooftop of some unknown city as the wind whips through his cape while lightning is flashing off in the distance in four different places and the skies have a purple-ish effect to them. Very awsome looking scene besides the Red XIII wallpaper, reminds me of the poem "Alone" by Edgar Allen Poe for some reason.

I usually have some anime thing I like, or else it's something funny. but for a while now its been this hot ass asian girl on some jungle gym thing showin off her ass.

And of course when no other pic is to my liking, I toss up the fiery scene of Sephiroth from FF7 AC xD
I found one of him though where it shows him walking through a cathedral that someone photoshopped. Thought it was a 3D fanart at first until I got a better look at Seph.

I adore simple coloring. Wallpapers that are too detailed can be hard on the eyes, and it's kind of hard to see my folders. I also use the occasional fish and aquarium wallpaper. Anime wallpapers have gotten old you know? ;/
