TTM Success - Will Smith

I added a cool card to my autograph album with this TTM success from Will Smith.  Not that Will Smith.  The Will Smith pictured on the card.  Duh.

He signed the card with a silver Sharpie, and it shows up a lot better in person.

Smith (b. 1995) made his Major League debut last season with the Dodgers.  He had 43 hits, 15 home runs and a .253 batting average.  He was a 1st Round (32nd overall) pick by the Dodgers in the 2016 June Amateur Draft out of the University of Louisville.

I mailed to Smith via the Oklahoma City Dodgers on May 22, 2019 and got the card back on March 20, 2020, for a 303-day TAT.  I sent three cards, and he signed one.

Another TTM Success From Juan Gonzalez

I sent to Juan Gonzalez a few times already, but I had compiled several cards that I really wanted to get signed, so I finally sent more to him recently.  The above 2019 Panini Prizm is what started me with picking up more Gonzo cards.  This one is numbered 348/399.  I wish he had used a better Sharpie, but it is signed, and I can't really complain.
I really love the 1997 Zenith set (top left).  I looked at picking up a box of it, and it turns out, it is a very small set.  I may pick some more up and try to get a few more signed for my album.  Top right is a 2001 Topps Heritage.  I like that 1952 design, and also a photo of Gonzalez as a Tiger.  The 2002 Stadium Club (bottom left) is the only one from that set that has made it into the album as of yet.  The photo is really nice and glossy.  I might have to look into a box of those, as well, depending on price.  Finally, the 1998 Topps Picture Perfect insert turned out well and finishes off the success.

I mailed to Gonzalez on January 6 and got the cards back on March 17, for a 71-day TAT.

TTM Success - Brad Keller

I added some really cool 2019/2020 cards with this TTM success from Brad Keller.  The above 2019 Topps silver pack 1984 chrome really turned out well.  I was so glad to be able to get this signed, and Keller put a good signature on there for me.
The blue parallel of the 1984 insert isn't numbered, but really turned out well.  I also added Keller's 2020 Topps base, and a 2019 Heritage.

Keller (b. 1995) has played in the majors since 2018 for the Royals.  He has a career record of 16-20 with 218 strike outs and a 3.68 ERA.

I mailed to Keller on February 22 via Royals Spring Training (I actually had to send to him twice after figuring out that I was sending to the wrong place) and got the cards back on March 1, for a 21-day TAT.

TTM Success - Joe Randa

Here are some nice cards that I was able to get signed TTM by Joe Randa.  I only have a handful of 1997 Topps, so I was glad to put one in the album.
The Collectors Choice card at the top of this photo is hard to tell, but I think it is a gold signature parallel.  I had it separated and top loaded for a long time, and I feel like that is why.  It is hard to tell, and even harder to tell from the scan.  Randa's 2003 Topps (bottom of photo) turned out really well.
Finally, I got a 1997 Collectors Choice and a 2002 Topps Opening Day, and they'll look cool in my album.

Randa (b. 1969) played in the majors from 1995 to 2006 for the Royals, Pirates, Tigers, Reds and Padres.  He had 1,543 hits, 123 home runs and a .284 batting average.

I mailed to Randa on January 2 and got the cards back on March 13, for a 71-day TAT.

TTM Success - Nate Jones

I added some recent cards to my album with this TTM success from former White Sox, now Reds, pitcher, Nate Jones.  The above 2019 Topps gold turned out really well.  I like being able to get inserts and parallels signed, and this one will look really good in the album.
I also got Jones's 2013 Update, 2017 Topps and 2018 Topps signed.  All look really nice, I think.

Jones (b. 1986) has played in the majors since 2012 for the White Sox.  He has a career record of 22-13 with 318 strike outs and a 3.12 ERA.

I mailed to Jones via Reds Spring Training on February 10 and got the cards back on March 12, for a 31-day TAT.

TTM Success - Mike LaValliere

I have to keep my eye on the private signings list on SCN and jump on guys who I need for my set who don't sign all too often.  I was able to get Mike LaValliere on his base 1098 and Cardinals Leaders 1987 Topps already signed by Ray Soff.
I need to get Ozzie Smith on the above leaders card, and it will be complete.  I could have gotten him last month via a private signing, but I didn't pick it up in time.

LaValliere (b. 1960) played in the majors from 1984 to 1995 for the Phillies, Cardinals, Pirates and White Sox.  He had 663 hits, 18 home runs and a .268 batting average.  He was a Gold Glove Award winner in 1987.

I mailed to the signing on January 29 and got the cards back on March 12, for a 43-day TAT.  I paid a fee of $8/card.

Another TTM Success From Matt Davidson

I don't like to double dip via TTM too often, but I saw these Matt Davidson cards in my box, and wanted to get them signed.  I had gotten Davidson last season (in August) on a couple cards.  I wanted to use these two Bowmans, and they turned out ok.
I mailed to Davidson on February 19, via Reds Spring Training and got the cards back on March 10, for a 20-day TAT.
