Fosters: Ghislain Breton copyrighted his name and claims people must pay him $500,000 each time they use it.
Needless to say, he's now jailed for filing frivolous liens against lawyers and public officials. Liens are easy to file in New Hampshire and dont require a judges signature. But removing them can be costly.
now that he approaches "celebrity status" can he not enforce collection of money for use of his name as holywood ilk do? ........
