Osnovni sastojci:
150 gr. listova bosiljka
2 kasike pinjola
50 gr. parmesana
2-3 cena belog luka
150 ml. maslinovog ulja
so, biber
Ukoliko nemate dobri stari avan, poslužiće i blender.
Iskidati rukom listove bosiljka, pinjole, uz mešanje, propržiti u tiganju (na suvo) i ohladiti, izrendati parmezan (može da posluži i onaj iz kesice), beli luk usitniti sa malo soli dok ne postane kremast.Inače, šljiva je srce, "vitalan deo" ove poslastice, i ne preporučujem zamenu. Ipak, knedle se mogu puniti kajsijama ili nekim pekmezom po želji.
