Mothermark RAK Monday

Guess what I got in the mail today. The SUPER talented and one of my favorite SCS stampers Cindy aka Mothermark sent me this beautiful card. She was the Featured Stamper before me and she was sweet enough to case one of my cards and give it to me congratulating me on being the next FS... and ladies let me tell you its beautiful!! I thought that was such an awesome gesture. Thank you sooo much Mothermark. BTW you need to check out her gallery its fabulous and she always has the best stories to go along with each card.

P.S. Unfortunately I don't have the new MFT "Its Elemental" set yet. I will be getting it soon and making some cards with it for you. But for now if you would like a sneak peak of the AWESOME set head over to Jen's blog for her adorable sneak peak. You can also go to MFT' s website and click on "The Team" tab and there you will find all the DT ladies blog links to see their examples.

MFT Sneak Peak Day 3

Have you had enough enabling yet? HEHEHE...I know I am bad ;) Here is another set from the new MFT release. Its called "Let's Hear It For The Boys" Its super cute and again has tons of fun possibilities for cards. And if you are like me you probably don't have many guy/men stamps so when Father's Day or other birthday's come along its hard to find a stamp that fits the theme. That is why I love this set because its super cute and versatile and makes the perfect masculine card. For this one I colored in the images with my SU markers. I thought I would take a break from my prismacolors. The background is stamped with SU Flannel. The card stock is SU Olive, Sky Blue, Mustard, Chocolate Chip, Real Red, WW, and Chatterbox DP. I did some paper piecing for Jeanne's Dirty Dare challenge over at SCS. I am so enjoying all the fun. The hardware is SU and so is the ribbon. Techniques used are paper piercing. I also used my cuttlebug embossing folder for added detail. Stay tuned for some more MFT tomorrow. Hugs Ana

MFT Sneak Peak Day 2

Ok, so this is my favorite of the bunch. I love all the new sets but I have a weak spot for Christmas stamps. Kim out did herself with MFT "Home For the Holidays". It has such different possibilities that I found it hard to pick just two card scenarios for you. You can really make tons of different and unique Christmas cards with this set. For the first one I picked the cute fireplace and hung Santa's feet out the bottom. His cuffs have liquid applique for added cuteness. All the images are colored with prismacolors. The card stock is SU Real Red, Chocolate Chip, Bayou, Olive, WW, and Blintz Basic Grey DP. The ribbon is May Arts and the bling is made by stickles and rhinestones. The brads are SU. The layout is for SCS's week long Dirty Dozen challenges. You need to head over and play its tons of FUN!!The second features the adorable Christmas tree. I colored it in with prismacolors and put it under the rug that is also included in the set. The rug was stamped on Blintz DP and then cut out. Other card stock used is SU River Rock, Chocolate Chip, Real Red, WW, and Basic Grey DP. The ribbon is SU and May Arts. The layout is also one of the challenges at SCS. Stay tuned for Sneak Peak Day 3 tomorrow. It will be all about the boys!!! *wink*

MFT Sneak Peak

Hi All!! I am so excited to show you some cards and projects featuring the new MFT sets that will be release on August 1. This set is called "Back to School" and is perfect for all school themed cards, gifts, and scrapbook pages. I decided to try one of those luggage badges. I was inspired by the super talented Jen and all her awesome tags she makes. I ordered mine through Oriental Trading Co. and had a blast making one. The teacher is colored in with primsacolors and the chalkboard is stamped with Brilliance Graphite Black also available at MFT. I love the intense black color it gives to all acrylic stamped images. The "Back to School" is embossed with SU white EP. The card stock is SU Appricot, Wasabi, WW, and Basic Grey DP. Other accessories used are SU circle punch and SU paper piercing matt. The ribbon is SU and May Arts. I am still finishing up another project with this set and plan to upload it later on in the afternoon/evening. So make sure to come back. Have a great weekend...Ana

Gina K Thursday

Just as promised here is the card I made with the most adorable GinaK stamp eva!! I think this sassy little octopus is so cute. I love her long eyelashes and pouty lips. I colored her in with prismacolors. The sentiment is from Green Grass and the backgrounds are SU flannel and dots wheel. I had to use the bubbles cuttlebug embossing folder again since it goes so well with any sea theme. Card stock used is SU Wasabi (which I am really starting to love) Bayou Blue, Bashful Blue, Pumpkin Pie, So Saffron, and WW. The ribbon is May Arts and SU. The brads are paper studio and the "t" sticker is from Micheal's dollar bin. The layout is from sketchthis. They always inspire me. I also had to do paper piercing. I think I have a HUGE addiction to paper piercing. The SU piercing mat has become my favorite tool. If someone does not stop me I am afraid I will have to use it on every card!! I find its the perfect finishing touch. I also wanted to remind you that tomorrow is a BIG day here at Ink A Stamp. I will start giving you sneak peaks at MFT's new sets. I promise you won't be disappointed. Until then...Hugs Ana

WoW Wednesday

Wow!! I can't imagine having six children. Beth from Freckled Fun just delivered a BEAUTIFUL baby girl which makes number six in her family. That is someone I truly admire. I can barely take care of one crazy 2 and a half year old. So in honor of such a blessing I decided to make her a card congratulating her on her new bundle of joy. For the stamp I knew right away I wanted to use my new Impress Giraffe image. Its so simple but adorable. Other stamps used are Green Grass for the sentiment and Paper Salon. The card stock is SU Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Amyethest, Plum, Blush Blossom, and Basic Grey LilyKate DP. The circle scalloped chipboard is from Lil' Davis designs. The ribbon is from Micheals and the rhinestone is from K&Company. The dots around the scalloped chipboard edge are liquid pearl. Other accessories used are Prima flowers, 3d glue dots, and SU's paper piercing kit. I hope she likes it. Stay tuned for some Gina K cards tomorrow.

Thank you Tuesday

Wow...so much to talk about I don't know where to begin. I'll start with the awesome surprise I got on Monday when I went to get my daily SCS fix. I noticed some cards looked like mine in the gallery and then I went to the Featured Stamper challenge and WOW..I saw my name. I was so excited I even told DH (who did not understand what I was saying..hehehe) What a honor to have such talented ladies casing my work. It has been so much fun looking at everyone's take on my cards. Thank you EVERYONE who has played along and left such wonderful words about my gallery. :) So you might have also noticed I haven't posted in a few days. That's because I haven't had time to stamp since this past weekend has been jam packed!! First we went to see the circus. DS had a blast and actually sat still for most of the show until we made a huge mistake of giving him cotton candy!! In a matter of seconds he was on a sugar rush and staying still became a HUGE obstacle...hehehehe Then on Sunday we were invited by MIL and FIL to see Grease the musical. It was so much fun. So after so many activities I was pooped and only until last night did I get a chance to stamp. Whew...after so many days without inking it up I found it hard to make a decent card. I got all these wonderful new stamps but was having some major stampers block. After hours I finally came up with this card. I used the SU Artfully Asian and my new Impress rubber stamps. The card stock is SU Wasabi, River Rock, Chocolate Chip, WW, and Basic Grey DP. The cherry blossoms were colored in with SU markers. The centers of all the flowers have Liquid Pearl. The ribbon and brads are SU. To finish it off I did some paper piercing. I hope you guys like it. Stay tuned for some more cards featuring my new stamp goodies. Hugs Ana

That certainly is a good thing since I love the weekends :) So for this card I had this great vision for the layout but I am not to sure if I like how it turned out. It took me forever just to get it to were I sorta liked it. I hope I did this awesome MFT "Hot Stuff" justice. I love the cute little coffee and tea images. They were so fun to color. So now for the details of the card. Card stock used SU Chocolate, VV, Turquoise, and Chatterbox DP. The brads are SU and the ribbon is May Arts and Micheal's ribbon spools. I colored in the images with my prisma colors and did some detail with my SU markers. Well I hope you enjoyed this weeks feature of MFT cards. Floral Fondant

Hello everyone and Happy Monday!! This weekend has been an exhausting one for me. DS got sick again with a cold and he has been miserable. Thanks to all the blogging ladies from an earlier post I got him to take his medicine. You guys gave me some great tips on how to keep his medicine down. It was still tough but it worked. So I did a little stamping over the weekend. I wanted to play with my MFT "You Take The Cake" set. I love MFT!! Their sets are so creative and versatile plus they have the cutest sayings that go with so many other stamps. For this card I stacked the flower cake to make a two tier wedding cake. I put some SU ribbon around the tiers and added some tiny prima flowers. Other stamps used is SU Canvas background. The sentiment is on a Lil'Davis chipboard ribbon slider. The card stock is SU Guava, Pomegranate, Saffron, and WW. The DP is Chatterbox. Accessories used are May Arts ribbon, SU slit punch and 3D glue dots. Transformers Thursday

How many wives have been dragged this week to see the new Transformers movie with the DH? *raising my hand* I went yesterday to see it and let me tell you I was kicking and screaming the whole way there. But after the movie I had to do something I hate...tell the DH he was right. It was a great and fun movie. I really enjoyed myself. So ladies don't be scared when the DH says he wants to see Transformers. Its not that bad. So in light of the movie I decided to pay tribute to Optimus Prime and Bumblebee by making a robot card. The set used is SU Toy Box. I colored the image in with my prisma colors. Other stamps are Green Grass and Micheal's dollar acrylic stamps. The card stock is Basic Grey and SU Pumpkin, Bayou Blue, Sky Blue, Olive, and WW. Accessories are Cosmo Cricket chipboard and May Arts ribbon. The brads are SU. I got the inspiration for the sentiment inside the circle from Beate's weekly sketch challenge. She has the greatest ideas. Other card stock used is SU Real Red, Olive, WW, and Caramel. The ric rac is May Arts and the ribbon is SU. I used my cuttlebug embossing folder on the caramel paper. I distressed it with sponging and added some faux stitching. Mail Out Monday

Hi All!! I hope you guys had a great weekend. I got a little stamping done but mostly I cleaned up my craft room. It was a MESS!! Geesh..it's crazy how fast papers and little scraps pile up. So after the cleaning I went to pick a set to make my card. I still wanted to challenge myself to use those stamp sets that I rarely ink up. This set is one of those. Its SU Sparkling Summer. I think I have made one card with it. *frown* I figured it would be perfect since we are in the middle of summer. For the image I colored it in with my prisma colors. I added some rhinestones on the sand to make it *sparkle* and did some doodling around the edges. Other stamps used is Micheals dollar sentiment. The card stock is SU Sky Blue, Olive, Caramel, Chocolate, and WW. The DP is from Hobby Lobby. The Sky Blue is embossed with my cuttlebug and sponged for depth. The ribbon is SU Pumpkin and the brads are SU pewter.

Little Squishy Friend Friday

We made it to another weekend..*Yippee*!! So last night I got to stamp without interruptions. The DH was in a great mood and even put DS to sleep. It was so nice. For this card I decide to combine two challenges from SCS. One was to use a neglected set and the other was to use scallops in your design. The stamp set is SU Fishy Friends. Can you believe I have never inked this puppy...well fishy up. It is such a cute set that I must use it more often. I colored the little squishy jellyfish with my prisma colors. I mounted her on SU Green Galore card stock which I cut the edges with decorative scallop scissors. Other card stock used is SU Cool Caribbean, which was embellished by the cuttlebug embossing folder, and Apricot Appeal. The DP is Basic Grey. The brads are Paper Studio and the sentiment is from Micheal's dollar bin. The ribbon is SU Real Red and the rhinestone is K&Co.

Have a Great Weekend..Hugs Ana

Willy Wonka Card

Doesn't this card remind you of the scene in Willy Wonka movie where the kids licked the fruity wallpaper. (that was my favorite part) I guess SEI was thinking the same thing when they named this Designer Paper Lollipop Shoppe. Other card stock used is SU Celery, Chocolate, Eggplant, and Whisper White. I decided to combine this paper with an equally playful set. This is the SU Doodle This. SU Canvas background was also used. I colored the flowers and swirls with my prisma colors and popped some out for added dimension. The sentiment is from my *favorite* Green Grass stamps. I just can't seem to make a card with one of their sentiments. The ribbon is My Arts in periwinkle dots. The rhinestone is K&Company and the brads are Paper Studio. The card sketch is another one from CPS. They rock!!

Enabler Alert!!! This is not stamping related but I thought I would spread the word on this awesome baby/toddler boutique named Trendy Tadpole. They have the cutest baby clothes with adorable logos. They describe their clothes as Hip. Witty. and Trendy. And that they certainly are!! I am buying Josh the little Buddha Belly and Drool Monster. Spread the word on your blog and you get a free t-shirt. How cool is that!! Hugs Ana

Wallet Card Tutorial

Hi All. I am so glad that you guys enjoyed the wallet birth announcement. I also noticed that some of you wanted a tutorial on how to make these cute little cards. So here goes.

Step 1: You will need one piece of 12 x 12 card stock of designer paper and score using the Scor-Pal at 1/2", 3", 6", 9", and 11 1/2inches.
Step 2: Fold in the two outer score lines.

Step 3: Fold all the edges of the card stock to the nearest score line forming 4 small triangles.
Step 4: Fold in the two outer panels.
Step 5:Turn the paper around so that the folded flap side is facing downward. Then bring the two shorter edges together and tuck them into each other.

Step 6: When tucked in as far as you can go (about an inch) fold the whole thing together. (Picture shown is the side view of the project.)

Step 7: Viola!! Fold down on the crease and you have your criss cross wallet card. Embellish with, stamps, chipboard, file folders, pictures, gift cards, and any other memento.BTW I am not great at tutorials so if you have any questions just leave a comment and I will try to answer the best I can.

Scor-Pal Rocks!!

So I finally finished the wallet pocket card and tutorial for Diana. She is the proud designer and creator of the amazing Scor-Pal. If you guys have not heard of it you must head over to her site. Its such a time saver and incredible invention. It makes projects that require a lot of scoring a piece of cake. I learned this project from SU regionals. Its a wallet criss cross card that has lots of pockets to added embellishments and pictures. For this one I decide to make it a birth announcement. I used my DS's hospital picture. It seems like just yesterday I was coming home with my little monkey. The stamps used are SU Bundle of Joy and Green Grass for the sentiment. The paper is SEI Grannies Kitchen and SU Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, and So Saffron. Accessories are May Arts ribbon and circle scalloped punch. The teddy bear and giraffe are colored in with prisma colors. When you head over to Scor-Pal don't forget to check out other awesome projects made by amazing fellow stampers. Happy Stamping

Too Cute Tuesday

Hi all!! So I finally got a chance to stamp last night and I decided to continue the neglected stamps challenge. For this card I used the SU Simply Said set. I have stamped with this set before but I sorta forgot about it *frown* I got the inspiration for the layout from CPS. They really have the most amazing sketches. The card stock used is SU Cocoa, Apricot, Chocolate, Amethyst, and Basic Grey DP. The oval chipboard frame is from Lil' Davis. I am really having a lot of fun using my new chipboard!! I also used my cuttlebug embossing folder and decorative scissors. The ribbon is May Arts and the rhinestones are K&Company. Techniques used are sponging and faux eyelets. Stay tuned for more SU cards. Hugs Ana

He Loves Me...

If you head on over to SCS and click on today's Limited Supplies challenge you will read that Jen has challenged us to dust of those stamp sets you have been neglecting. I had a tough time choosing just one since I feel I have neglected so many of my SU stamps. *frown* Flower Filled is one that I was SO EXCITED about getting and when I did I sort of forgot about it. I decided it was time for it to see the light of ink. For this card I inked up the retro vase in SU Pale Plum and placed a Lil' Davis chipboard flower that I covered with LilyKate DP. I placed a small flower on top of the larger to create a 3D effect. I did some doodling around the border and added some brads. Other stamps used are Green Grass for the sentiment. Accessories are May Arts ribbon, prima flowers, rhinestones, and Oval punch. Card stock used is SU Chocolate Chip, WW, and Saffron. I am so loving this challenge that I might do one more card with another neglected set. Stay tuned and Have A Great Weekend!! Hugs, Ana

Asian Inspired

Lately I feel I have been neglecting my Stampin' Up stamps so I thought I would make a card with one today. The set "Artfully Asian" is one of my favorites. The cherry blossom branch is so beautiful. For this card I stamped the branches on some LilyKate DP and colored it in with my Prisma colors. I then pulled out my new tiny prima flowers and embellished them with rhinestones. I then stamped the leave images on VV card stock and cut them out. I placed them behind the sentiment and through the May Arts ribbon. The card stock is SU Olive, Regal Rose, and Chocolate Chip. I also used my cuttlebug embossing folder on the Olive paper. The card sketch is from the awesome CPS site. If you have not checked them out you should because they have the most amazing layouts. Techniques used are sponging and faux eyelets. Stay tuned for some more Stampin' Up cards..Hugs Ana

Summer Dreams

If you guys have not headed over to SCS you should because its Wednesday and that means Rox has come up with a great new sketch challenge. I decided I wanted to play and this is what I came up with. I really love Papertrey Ink's Butterfly Kisses. Its so sweet and versatile. I stamped the butterflies on both SU VV card stock and vellum. I created a 3D effect by cutting out them out and adding May Arts ribbon to the bodies. I used my coluzzle to create the circle mats. Other card stock used is SU Olive, Saffron, Pink, Chocolate Chip, and LilyKate DP. I also used SU Canvas background on the Pink card stock. I did some faux eyelets and doodling around the olive circle. I used my corner rounder for the bottom edge of the card. This was such a fun card to make.

So I must also share with you my silly day yesterday. If you read yesterday's post I told you guys that I was going to the circus. Well at 7:00pm we all packed up and headed to the stadium. We were so excited and ready to see some elephants and clowns. When we arrived we noticed that the parking lot was empty. We thought this is strange. I looked at my tickets to see if we were in the right stadium. Yes, we where right but them I read a little further and noticed the date...IT WAS FOR JULY!! *hehehe* When I told DH we started to laugh so hard. So then we grabbed a bite to eat and went back home. *frown* Next time I will read all the details!!

Too Cute Tuesday

So I am not totally sure if I like the way this card turn out. It took me forever to finish it since I always felt something was missing. I used my new Stampendous Clear stamp "Feather Flourish" that I bought in Eclectic Paperie. I was searching for these birds everywhere since I kept seeing them pop up all around other blogs and SCS. I feel in love with the whimsical look but when I got mine I was at a stump:( For the bird I combined stamping on SU VV and Basic Grey DP. I put some rhinestones also to add bling to the tail feathers. Other paper used is SU Pale Plum, Night of Navy, Bashful Blue, and Close to Cocoa. The ribbon is SU and May Arts. The hardware is SU and the flowers are Primas. Other accessories are decorative scissors and SU Oval punch. Techniques are faux eyelets, sponging, and paper distressing. Well off I go to get ready to go to the circus with DH and DS. I can't wait to see how DS reacts to the animals and clowns. Hopefully good. I will let you guys know how it went tomorrow!! Hugs Ana

Happy Father's Day

As I was looking for a stamp to use for a Father's Day card I came across one of the images sent to me by my good stamping friend Kirsten. Its a House Mouse stamp and when I saw it I knew it was perfect. I love the way the mouse is showing off how strong he is. It reminded me of DS and how he always thinks he can do anything. You Take the Cake

Hello everyone!! I am sorry that I have been MIA but the DS is still sick. He is getting better but still has a stuffy nose. I did get some time last night to stamp and play with my new MFT "You Take the Cake" set. I love it!! Its so fun to color in all her stamp sets. For this one I colored her in with my Prisma colors and added some crystal effects to the Chocolate frosting. YUMMY!! The card stock is SU Celery, Banana, Marigold, Navy, VV, and DP. The ribbon is May Arts and the brads are SU. I did some paper piercing and some sponging to add dimension. The card sketch is from CPS. I love visiting this blog because they always give me cool ideas on card layouts. The are always fresh and new. Have a great weekend!! Hugs Ana

BTW if any of you have any suggestions on how to give my DS his medicine without him spitting it ALL out PLEASE let me know. I got one suggestion of using peanut butter. I will try that but I could use any and ALL advice.

Whatever Goes Wednesday

So here is a card I made for this weeks sketch challenge over at SCS. I thought I would sneak in a quick card since my little bugger is sick :( He has a runny/stuffy nose and has had a hard time sleeping. *frown* I hope he gets better soon. So back to stamping for this card I decided to use my new Stampendous! Ruffled Bloom I bought from Eclectic Paperie. I colored it in with my SU watercolor crayons and accented with markers. The sentiment is from Green Grass stamps. The card stock is SU Rose, Saffron, Chocolate Chip, Basic Grey LilyKate. Techniques used are faux stitching and eyelets and sponging. The ribbon is from May Arts and the rhinestones are from K&Company.

Wonderful BRAK Wednesday

Wow!! Look what I got in the mail today. Isn't this the cutest little card EVER!! The super sweet Shannon Erskine aka E3stamper from SCS noticed that I fell in love with her card by the comment I left her. She then decided that since I loved it so much she would send it as a BRAK!! That is a real sweet friend. Shannon THANK YOU so much for this beautiful card. I love it so much that you have convinced me to buy the Papertrey Ink Little Lady set. You rock GIRL!!

Mail Out Monday

Happy Monday everyone!! I hope you guys had a great weekend. Mine was great we went swimming and watched Ocean's 13. Let me tell you that move is easy on the eyes *wink* hehehe I did get to do some stamping too. This is one of the cards I finished over the weekend. I used the Papertrey Ink Green Thumb set and my new cuttlebug embossing folder I got from Eclectic Paperie. The card stock used is SU Celery, Amethyst, Choc Chip, and WW. For the main image I used silver embossing powder on the watering can. The front three flower bushels are cut out and placed on 3d glue dots. Then I stuck them on top of some more stamped flower bushels to create a 3d floral bouquet. I used Elegant Eggplant and Pale Plum on the flowers and accented with stickles. I added some May Arts ribbon on the watering can. Other techniques used are paper distressing and sponging. The chipboard is Lil' Davis and the brads are SU. Stay tuned for some more cards tomorrow.

BTW I got an email request from a fellow stamper asking me to link all the companies I use on my cards. I will start doing that on all my post. If you have any other suggestions on how to better improve my blog please email me. I love to hear all your thoughts and comments. Just make sure to label the subject with the word STAMPING so I won't delete it. Tons of hugs Ana

The sentiment is from Micheal's dollar stamps and the bottle caps are from Paper Studio. The ribbon is May Arts. Other accessories used are SU oval punch, stickles, and paper piercer. Too Cute Tuesday

I just got my Hobby Lobby weekly newsletter and read that they are having a scrapbooking sale!! That means that all House Mouse stamps are 50% off. Yayy! When I'm finished shopping I will upload all the goodies I got. Today's card features an adorable House Mouse stamp that I have on my "must buy" list. I love cupcake stamps. They are so yummy and whimsical. I colored the image in with Prisma colors and accented with stickles and SU markers. The card stock is SU So Saffron, Chocolate Chip, Regal Rose, WW, and DP. I used decorative scissors on the bottom of the DP and sponged the edges. Other stamps used are Green Grass stamps for the sentiment and the flower background is from Stampabilities. The ribbon is May Arts in pink and brown. To finish the card I did some faux eyelets. Well I'm off to shop now!! Be back soon *wink*

Mail Out Monday

Hello Everyone!! Hope you guys had a great weekend. I got a chance to stamp a lot using Kirsten's images she sent me!! Yippee!! So I will continue to post those cards this week. I just love every single one and have really enjoyed creating with them. This card was made with the Surfer penguin from Inky Antics. He was so much fun to color and I was so excited to use the "Aloha" sentiment from Green Grass stamps. I thought they went together perfectly. The penguin is colored in with prisma colors and accented with stickles and SU markers. I did some faux stitching around the edges and did some distressing. The funky arrows are from the Oodles and Doodles Paper Salon tin. The card stock is SU Tempting Turquoise, Chocolate Chip, WW, and Basic Grey DP. The orange ribbon is SU and the other is from Micheal's. Stay tuned for some more Inky Antics and House Mouse cards.

BTW I want to thank everyone who sent me such wonderful comments about being Jen's guest designer. It really made me smile :)

"Fresh & Fun" Friday

While reading my blogs on Google reader I noticed that Beate has sketch challenges. I love blogs that offer sketches because sometimes you just need that extra help to make a card. These last couple of days I have lost my mojo and have found it hard to make anything cute. With Beate's guidance and John Mayer's tunes I think I might be coming out of it. I like how this card turned out. I have had this SU By Sea set and have used it only once before. I will have to use it more often. I decided that it would make a cute baby boy card. The paper is SU Celery, Bashful Blue, WW, and DP. The ribbon is May Arts again..I can't seem to make any card without it. The sentiment is from Green Grass which is another addition to all my cards lately. I did faux stitching which I might have gone a wee bit overboard..LOL Other accessories are SU Oval punch, crystal effects, decorative scissors and markers. Techniques used are faux eyelets and sponging. Enjoy and have a great weekend!!

Fun Friday

I have some exciting news!! I have been picked by the SUPER talented Jen del Muro to be her guest designer. I have had to keep it a secret from you guys and let me tell you its been HARD!! I am so honored she even thought of me. Check out the cards I made and let me know what you think. So back to stamping. Here is a card made with the Whipper Snapper images Kirsten sent me. I love this little mouse in a gift box so much I just had to go ahead and buy him. "Thanks Kirsten *wink*" I also chose to use this weeks sketch challenge from SCS. Its been a while since I played and boy have I missed it. Other stamps used are SU Dots wheel, Small Script, and Green Grass for the sentiment. The paper is SU Olive, Eggplant, Pumpkin, WW, and Basic Grey DP. The ribbon is my FAVORITE May Arts. Other accessories are brads, stickles, and SU file punch. Techniques are faux eyelets, doodles, and paper piercing.
