Partial Blog!

I know, it's been a long time, and Ira asked me to update it, so here is a partial post from the last 5 1/2 months of our crazy busy life! Ira is now at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri this is what Ira has been up to: He left for MCT- Marine Combat Training, he left on Aug 23, 2011, and graduatED on Sept. 20th, 2011, he went straight from MCT to his MOS school (job school basically). It was a  LONG 3 1/2 months, and I cannot wait for the next 3 or 4 months to finally be over, so we can be together as a family again, and actually live in the same house. I moved to Missouri to be with him, and to live off base, and see him after work, and possibly on some weekends. Well come to find out, they are making me move back to AZ next week. They don't want any of the students to have any distractions while he is going through his schooling here in MO, so they are letting him have Friday off, and take the weekend to drive me home. I have never loved and missed someone more in my whole entire life. I'm so proud of his accomplishments, and not gonna lie, he is super sexy! He lost 30 lbs in boot camp, and did the same stuff at MCT, but even more hardcore then what he did in bootcamp.So he is super sexy! ;-) I LOVE YOU IRA! P.S. Being a marine wife has definately been hard, but there are benefits.... like his uniforms!

Single Mom!

Just FYI, being a single mom, SUCKS!!!! I freaking miss Ira like crazy! He got pneumonia in both lungs last week, and was on bed rest! His entire platoon was sick! That's like 55 guys! They all had the cold, and coughs! Ira got the brunt of it! To top it all off, we found out his dad has liver cirrhosis, and could quite possibly die anytime from now to 5 years from now. His liver is completely shot! How in the heck do you comfort your husband and tell him that? How badly do I want to be in his arms and just have him tell me that everything is going to be alright? I want it more then anything in the world right now! Not only am I having to work whenever Hendrix is asleep to make the only money we have coming in to take care of our car insurance, car payment, cell phone payment, and everything else that a baby needs, I just NEED his loving freaking arms around me! I hate communicating through snail mail! It sucks! I get ONE letter a week, when I write him, mostly every other day, if not every day! It is extremely hard to live without your best friend, lover, husband, father, and the best damn man in the world! Sorry.... But I miss his smile and his amazing attitude when I have the worst attitude ever! I miss our little family together! I miss going on walks, holding hands, playing with Hendrix at the park, EVERYTHING! I keep myself EXTREMELY busy.... and let me tell you, those who say, keep yourself busy and it will go by in no time! YOU OBVIOUSLY don't have anyone amazing as my husband in their life! I miss him more then water! lol. How am I gonna do this during deployment? God help me!

Ira left for bootcamp!

So we had a great time in Sedona all alone, and had a great night last night for his last night here in Arizona! I sure do already miss him, and it's only been about 45 hours! I've been extremely emotional. Everything is making me cry! I will wear his ring till he returns into my arms! Only 3 more months left! lol. I love him so much, and can't wait to see him at graduation! I plan on losing at least 10 lbs while Ira is gone, hopefully 15! Please keep me motivated, and ask me how I'm doing, so I do stay motivated! Here are a few last photos that Ira called "fat photo's" so when he comes back, he will be so super happy, being so freaking hot! I love him, and plan to get a lot of stuff done, and keep myself busy and show him, that I am amazing, and that I just didn't mope over here, even though, that is what I have been doing today! I LOVE YOU IRA JAMES LATHAM! Can't wait to hold you in my arms again!

I've never met anyone who didn't just really like Ira after hanging out with him, or just meeting him. He is genuinely a beautiful man inside and out, and I can't wait to see him in 3 months! Here we go..... Stage 2 of our new life! I hope it goes well! lol
