Life as we know it....

So much has happened since I posted last I dont know where to began!!!

I found out in early March that Chad and I were finally pregnant again. We both were so thrilled. We had been trying for 9 months so it was a blessing to be expecting another child. We found out about 20 weeks that we were going to be having a boy!!!

Now we were over the moon excited!!! We were lucky enough to be blessed with a girl and a boy!! YEAH!!!

Life was still crazy with helping my sister out while Ethan was finishing his treatments and bonemarrow transplant. Then in the summer of 2010 we found out that my moms overian cancer was back. More devastaing news for my poor family. Just as Ethans hair was starting to grow back my mother would be loosing hers again as she faced the fight of her life again.

See I told ya alot has happened.
Then November 10, 2010 we welcomed our perfect son here. Easton Chad Hales !!!

7lbs 5 oz and 18.5 inches.

Easton is such a beautiful addition to our family. Tatum loves him so much and is so happy to have a little brother. Tatum has been telling us for over a year now that what she wants to be when she grows up is a BIG sister. What a blessing. I love my family so much and I feel so blessed to have been entrusted with these sweet spirits from my father in heaven.

Guess who is Potty training

I started potty training Tatum about 2 weeks ago. She is doing really well. Tatum loves wearing her big girl pants and thinks it's so cool that she gets to go on the big girl potty!
Yeah no more diapers!!!!

Tatum had a very small birthday party this year. Tatum was so LUCKY to be able to have Ethan, Bowen, and Marlee there for the party.

Tatum loves Minnie Mouse so we made a Tatum Minnie Mouse cake. It was a good day and she loved opening up "more presents". We celebrated her birthday on Dec 26th because Ethan was going to be back up to the hospital the next day for chemo.

Christmas Sunday

Tatum loves to dress up and look pretty for church, especially on Christmas Sunday.

Tatum is such a JOY and we are so blessed to be her parents!

Three Wise Men

Tatum, Chad, and I took a quick weekend trip down to Mesquite to see Ethan and the kids and to participate in Ethan's Fun Run!!!

The night before the fun run I was playing with the kids and decided to make Prince & Princess crowns. Once I was done Ethan spoke up and told me. "Actually Auntie, we are the 3 wise men".
Ethan is such a sweet little guy. He has always had an incredible love for his savior. I wanted to share the pictures I took of "Our 3 Wise Men"

Here is my nephews blog!!! Ethan is such an amazing little guy. He is being so strong and continues to fight. Please visit his blog and leave him well wishes. Ethan loves the guestbook comments. Also, Shantiell and Jeromy are really good at updating this blog. Its the best way to get everyone updated. Thank you so much for all the prayers and support, we have a LONG road and are so grateful for them. Ethan has been lifted up through all this from all the love that has been shown. We need thee...

The day before Halloween our family received some terrible news. My twin sisters 5 year old son Ethan was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. Neuroblastoma is a very scary cancer that effects infants and children. Ethan has a very long and scary road a head of him and I desperately ask you to pray for him. Our family is praying for a miracle for our little man Ethan. I know the Lord hears and answers prayers and that he is able to give miracles. We have faith in the Lord and know that Ethan is a beloved son of God. Please keep him and the family in your prayers.

Halloween 2009

Tatum was Minnie mouse this year for Halloween and was so cute. It was so great to see her get into the holiday this year. My niece Ale and my mom came over to go trick or treating with Tatum. I dressed up as Cruella Deville for our ward trunk or treat.

Gardner Village

We made our annual trip out to Garner Village with my family. This year we got both Chad and Jeromy to come. They were great sports. But we decided its a lot more fun when its just the girls. So next year no boys. Which they will like better as well.

Disneyland!!!

We just got back from a great trip out to California. We went with 3 other great families. We all had a blast and the kids all got along great. No fighting all week. The Crayks, Packers, and Judds are great friends and we look forward to more trips in the future.

Grandma Edna

Tatum and Grandma Edna. These two are so much a like. We are so grateful that my mom is still here with us. She is doing great and the cancer is not growing. We couldn't ask for anything more. Love ya Grandma
