I am excited for this month! It is the birthday month for our family. We celebrated Noni and Yia Yia's birthday at the end December with a fun fondue night. This is one of my favorite traditions. And then today was my dad's birthday. Kambree was so excited to get him balloons and picked out a dinosaur one for him.
Later this month is Kam's birthday. She is so excited to have a Kitty birthday party. I have had fun planning it out with her.
My 33rd birthday is also this month. For the last few months I have been excited for my birthday because I read a blog post about a group called The Birthday Project. Basically, what you do is do however many years you will be, that same amount of random acts of kindness. I plan on doing them the whole month of January and can't wait! I did my first one the other day. Jake and I tried to go to the temple but it was closed. So we went to breakfast. When I tipped the waitress I left her a tip for the same amount of money that our bill was. I can't explain the giddiness I felt when I left the restaurant. I just felt so good inside. I can't wait to do more!

We took a fun trip up to Idaho to spend some time with Mike and Sue and got to see a gorgeous waterfall.
Maren was at school for the day, but we got all the other cousins together.
Kambree finished up another year of preschool! This was the day of our Teddy Bear Picnic.
Kambree is still doing gymnastics and begged to start up dance this year. So between both of those and preschool and piano lessons she is a busy little girl.

Asher got super dirty and decided he would go give himself a bath. I walked in to the bathroom with him in the tub with his stuffed animal and clothes on.
Jake fixed up the fire pit really nice with the same limestone bricks as the house.
Lance and Alisha got married!!! Kambree was a flower girl and Asher was the ring bearer. He never actually gave them the rings but looked adorable in his Tuxedo.
We love Sequoia! She has always loved swimming but this year she really enjoyed it. She would swim for hours.
Kambree loves Sequoia and now sleeps with her every night. It is nice to have our bed back and Kam loves to have her in her room to scare away the monsters.
Asher turned 2 and loved his train birthday.
We love being outside and LOVE living so close to the park.

Another fun year of preschool started up. Hard to believe Kam will be in Kindergarten next year.

Kam got her tonsils out. She said it was so fun and wanted to do it again. The recovery went so well. She wasn't really in much pain and started eating again quickly. She loves going to the doctor and is so comfortable at the hospital. The nurses loved her and how brave she was.

We were lucky enough to get to ride The Polar Express in Lindon and go visit Santa. The kids were so excited and Asher was in love with the train.
Kam and I got to go see one of my piano students in the Nutcracker for a girls night out. It was so fun to see how excited she was to watch the ballet.
I have my glasses on because I got Lasik done this year for my Christmas present. I had a couple complications on my right eye so I may need a touch up in a couple of months but my left eye is perfect. It still feels so weird to wake up and be able to see in the morning. I love it!

We made a trip to the Zoo while Jake was off work. It was fun to see some of the animals that usually hide in the summer and the kids loved getting outside.
