The Eagles Have Landed

Every year around February, Bald Eagles migrate north and pass through our area. The stay for several weeks at a place called the Farmington Bird Refuge. 100 of people gather to go see them, it is really neat. Here are some pictures. Unfortunately our camera only has a 3x zoom so the eagles a little bit hard to see. Click on the pictures to get a bigger version of the picture.

I hate LOST

By saying I hate LOST, what I mean is I love LOST but I hate it because I always have to wait a whole week for a new episode. Season 4 has started out nice and the first two episodes have solidified some of my theories of what is going to happen this season. This is my theory: The people on the boat have been sent there by the Dharma initiative. They have been trying to get back to the island since the "purge". They want Ben Linus because they know he is the leader of the others and is a traitor to Dharma. 6 of the survivors (Jack, Kate, Hurley and three others) will ride the helicopter back to the ship. Then something will happen that will make it so the helicopter will not be able to return. Probably something that Ben does. The six survivors will be forced to agree to a made up story before they are allowed to go home. After a while the 6 will start to feel guilt that they left everyone else behind and will want to return. Hurley will be the one to get them back. He has a special connection to the island. Did you notice the look that both Locke and Ben gave him when he mentioned the cabin? Also we will see a lot more about the time traveling folk from last season. Charlie may have become one of these time travelers as well as one of the polar bears.
