This post is just to say that I'm completely disgusted by the heartless mob who trampled a human being to death just so they could get their stupid deals and save a few bucks on Black Friday. How pathetic those people are! Every single one of them deserves to go to jail and I hope they all feel the guilt for the rest of their pathetic lives. For some reason this has really been bothering me and it makes me so sad. How greedy have we all become? Greedy enough that we would run people over for things that we don't need? Do we value our toys more than human lives? Sick. It honestly makes me sick to my stomach. Okay, that's all I have to say about that.

I wish I could post pictures on here, but I don't have the capability right now. But I have some cute ones of Ranger on Halloween. Maybe someday I'll get internet and will be able to figure out my digital camera and will figure out how to upload them to my computer. That will be a great day huh?

Scentsy! I sell Scentsy candles! Why? Because I love them. Laura gave me one and I got hooked. Then I found out that my mom is friends with the founder's sister. So I signed up with her and have my own business now. I just had my first party last night and though I didn't have a ton of people there, it went pretty well. Laura made some great food for us. I think it's fun to sit around smelling all the different scents and just chatting with everyone. I'm not looking to make a ton of money from this, although apparantly some people are doing just that. I am mostly looking for something to take up some of my free time. I have a lot of afternoons and evenings free so I am excited to have something to do. Plus, if it makes me some spending cash, great! I have a website people can order from now too which of course I've put on this blog. Anyway, I've excited to see how it all turns out.

My birthday has come and gone. Maybe I'm not really old, but wow I sure FEEL old. My life is going so fast!

I started a dream journal recently. Not for any particular reason, just for my own entertainment. I have some crazy dreams and they always seem so real to me. A lot of the time I get so scared in my dreams that I start breathing really erratically and it wakes Keith up. He says that besides the fact that it kinda freaks him out, he feels bad for me because he knows that I probably think someone is trying to kill me. So he wakes me up, and it usually takes me about 30 seconds to realize that I'm awake and that Keith isn't the murderer from my dreams. He always has a way of waking me just when someone reaches out to grab me so that makes it harder to separate my dreams from reality. Well so now the dreams that I can remember I am writing down. Kind of a fun thing for me.

I've been feeling sick the last few days so I skipped work! I never skip work when I'm sick. I just suck it up and go do my thing and go home and complain afterwards to Keith, (which I'm positive he loves). But I discovered something this week while I've been staying home doing nothing. I REALLY REALLY REALLY like not going to work. I wish I could do this more often. I could have worked today because I'm not really sick right now, but my boss doesn't need to know that. It has been nice sleeping in. A few times a week I'm up at 3am, a few other days at 5am, and I almost never sleep past 7:30. Today I woke up at 7:30 since I wasn't working (my internal clock never lets me go longer than that no matter what time I went to bed the night before), but then I forced myself to go back to sleep until 10:00!! And I think I only got up then because Ranger was whining to be taken outside. I guess he had been "holding it" for a good 13 hours poor pup. Anyway, all this sleeping in has got me remembering freshman year of college when I had a class at 10am and almost never made it to that class because it was too early in the morning! Ha! 10am? I'm often up for 7 hours by 10am now. That was a pred-med biology class too. Probably should have gone to that one, because maybe then I wouldn't have had to retake it! :)

I've also been marveling at the fact that I can get up at 3 am at all. In truth I'm not a good morning person because I'm not exactly chipper and happy at that miserable hour, and I'm sure the kids I have to supervise at 4 are a little afraid of me. It's an hour that nobody should ever see in my opinion. I really hate it. I hate seeing Keith sleeping away, perfectly happy in dreamland while I'm drying my hair and pretending it's time to be awake. So not fair. I hate seeing Ranger stay in his bed when I walk by because even he knows that you shouldn't be up at 3am. And he always jumps right out of bed eager to get out and play as soon as he even hears one of us. But not at 3am. He just watches me and you can tell he is thinking "go back to bed you idiot". I am an idiot. A sleep deprived idiot. Funny though because I am way tired right now which is why I am rambling. I do better on less sleep.

I've decided I'm not a great blogger and I have no plans to get better at it. I don't have internet at home so I only get on here at Laura's house or when I brave the Springville library which is where I am now. I don't really enjoy coming here very often because I have to wait for a computer usually and I get impatient after about two minutes and usually leave. And at Laura's I feel guilty if I sit down and grab the computer. Don't want it to look like I just go over there for the internet! My point is that I don't have access to this blog often so I don't update it often. Plus let's face it, I don't have much to update people about.

Keith did get some sound editing equipment but it is at his friend Scott's house and he hates that he has to go over there to use it. And then Scott is always in the room and Keith sometimes just wants to play around without people bugging him with suggestions or comments or whatever. So I think that we'll probably be getting our own mixer soon so that we have access to it whenever. Just have to find a way to do so that Scotty doesn't think we just don't like him. Always have to be tactful right? It's a hard life. Hmm...hope Scott never reads this. :)

We have had a problem with bats lately at work and found one drowned in a fishtank the other day. Apparantly it forgot that it didn't know how to swim. Plus a few others have met their demise when they swoop down at people's heads and get swatted by flailing arms. It is a federal crime to kill these bats because they are endangered so don't tell on us! But what would you have done if you had rabid bats dive bombing you repeatedly? Yeah, that's what I thought.

We just had our 5th annivesary two days ago and then yesterday was Keith's birthday. We are getting him his third guitar as his gift. Last year we bought him an electric, he already has an acoustic, and now we're getting an acoustic electric. His friend is buying some sound editing equipment and they are going to play around with some of the songs they have written. I think he'll have fun with that. He stole my ring and got it cleaned and updated the diamond in it. It's so pretty and shiny now. Like new. What a nice guy.

Here's Ranger on his first Christmas. I took the picture and apparantly I'm not that great of a photographer because I got more of Santa than of my dog. He was 4 months old at the time.
