So here are some more pictures from our family photo session.....or what I like to say, what really happened...

 A.J. didn't want to cooperate....
 Here either...

 Me and my girls...

We haven't edited those lovely garbage cans out yet....they add a certain amount of real life don't you think??
 Daddy and his girls...
Love this one of Andrew and the girls.
Momma and her baby.

I wish I could have gotten one of Andrew and the boys along with all 4 kids, but A.J. wasn't having anymore.  I love what we got and am very happy.
Well I finally have a computer I can blog from.  YEA!  I can download pictures and upload my camera disk too (that way I can pull better pics from that as well).  I am so happy to return to my blog.  These pictures were taken by my friend Jessica and they turned out great!  A.J. didn't feel too excited about this so our options were limited but she worked with him so well.  And her lovely assistant Kendall was also great.  Thanks ladies I really appreciate it!

Enjoying His Food.

So late last summer we caught this picture of A.J. making a mess of his dinner, but enjoying it all the same.

First Missing Tooth

Abigial lost her first tooth a couple months ago now. But I wanted to get it on record. First lost tooth at 5 1/2 years old. She was so proud. It came out on her own while she was brushing her teeth. She didn't even notice it at first. Luckily mommy pulled the tooth out of the drain so the tooth fairy could come and deliver her $1. Everyone was happy.

Easter Eggs

So it's been way to long since my last post. I am going to try to do some catching up to say the least, but until then, here is a current picture. Here the girls are coloring two dozen eggs while A.J. takes a nap. It's a favorite activity in our house every year. We love hard boiled eggs and they love coloring them.. Win, Win.

I can't believe that Lillian only has a couple months left of school and that Abby will start Kindergarten in the fall. A.J. is 20 months old and into everything. Abigail got accepting into Parnassus Prep. school for the fall. It's a local charter school and they had over 300 applicants. They teach using a classic platform. We are excited for her to give this a go. We are thinking of changing schools for Lillian as well but we are waiting to see if she got into any of them.

Family Photo September 2011

We went to my parents cabin yesterday and spent some time with them and Serg, a family friend that was in town from California. Abigail needs to bring a family photo in for preschool so we decided it was time to try to get one. The last one we took was last Thanksgiving, A.J. has changed a lot since then. :-) So here are a few of what we got. I also haven't been posting much because it is taking sooooooo long for my pictures to upload from the computer. But now that school is starting again I hope to catch up a bit on my posting. :-)

Us being silly.

Perfect if A.J. would look the right way....

Lillian wasn't as close to us in this picture, why is it so hard to get a good one?.......

New Park

There is a new playground at the park reserve that we have checked out several times this summer. While it is a completely different park from anything I have ever seen the vote is still undecided as to whether the kids really like this park as much as the old one that they tore down. This one has lots of different parts and things to do, but you end up waiting in line for a lot of it because only one or two kids can do most of the things at one time. I still wanted to post about it though since going here has been a part of our summer and it is a unique park. The pictures I took don't do truly show off the things this park has.
Now this looks big and cool, but the slides are so steep that Lillian has gotten hurt each time she comes down them. Usually getting at least a skin burn, she has stopped playing on this now....

They do have fun on these swings, but they aren't the kind a kid can really pump on, so they require someone else pushing...... And there are only 3 swings so you end up waiting a lot for a turn.

This is a cool little thing to climb across.

This is a net you can climb on and then someone can push the whole thing around in circles. It's fun.

Lillian at the top of a different climbing structure.

A.J. and Abigal in a little ladybug kiddie ride together. He got in on the fun too. The first week the park was open they had a glider you could ride on by sitting on a circle seat, but after that the glider was missing and the last time we went back it looked like they were taking the whole thing apart. There are lots of smaller things to play on that move and go in circles at this park too, I just didn't get pictures. We have decided that sometimes bigger isn't better.......
