I coloured it with copics and used my Wink of Stella pen to give the ice some sparkle (it's hard to see in the photo)  I used a sentiment from an acrylic stamp set I have (don't know the manufacturer)

What a fun and cute image to colour.  I had to wonder how many young people would know or recognize this telephone when I was creating this.

I coloured it with copics and double matted it, added a little bit of black and white ribbon and it was done.  Another CAS card from me...but I think it's very effective and will brighten the recipients day for sure.
