TRY STAMPIN ON TUESDAY SKETCH #51 And some BLOG candy!!

Hi guys!! Yes I am still alive........have been super busy with family who came home for Christmas, my sister from Sydney brought her boy/girl twins home for their first visit and I loved having lots of hugs and kisses. The dreaded vomiting bug hit our family last week and I think I was the worst victim, well that's what I am telling everyone anyway.lol
I am so glad to be back stamping and this weeks sketch was a beauty, Jenn from Try Stampin On Tuesday designed this sketch. So if you would like to join us click here,we would love to have more participate. I thought it would be a good idea to get a head start on my card for valentines.


Over the school holidays we took the kids to the beach and stayed in a little Bach in Mokau, it was so relaxing and the kids had so much fun swimming everyday and fishing etc. We even had some really good friends come up for the day and stay the night with their kids.
I thought you might enjoy some photos.

TRY STAMPIN ON TUESDAY SKETCH #44

I have an interesting sketch from Try Stampin On Tuesday to show you this week. I don't think I have ever made a card like this before and it was great to leap out of my comfort zone.


Of course with Christmas just around the corner I thought that it was probably a good idea to stick with that theme for today's card.
I am really enjoying playing with this years Stampin Up Christmas DSP I love the touch of pink.

STAMPIN FUN AND FRIENDS

Hi all, just a quick post to show you one of the projects that I created for Stampin Fun And Friends, we had so much fun catching up with old friends, 15 amazing projects that would blow your socks off, and some great video tutorials too.
This Christmas tree does take a lot of Stampin up ribbon but I chose lots of different colours so it didn't seem so bad( omg that was hard getting into my ribbon stash LOL).

It has been super busy in our house hold this week and I forgot to post my card for Try Stampin On Tuesday!Sorry.
I found the sketch challenging, and I think it was more the fact that I didn't have alot of time to spend on my card so it decided to play up....so to speak. lol
