Spring Happenings

When the weather started to warm up, Michael and I wanted to take advantage of the Jordan Trail right next to our house.  We've gone for a walk a couple of times, and are looking for bikes so we can ride a lot!!

Annie came into town and her sisters threw a baby shower for her.  It was so good to see her and catch up with these girls

Spring time at our house.  It was so fun because since this is our first spring, and we had no idea what is going to pop up.  Its been an adventure every week to see what beautiful flowers/blooms will come up next

If you have ever come to our house/apartment before we have had a stick figure drawing in 1 of our picture frames.  Finally have 4 years of marriage I printed a wedding picture for our wall.

"Running of the Chickens"

Every time we went to check on the Chickens they would really try and get out(and have escaped a couple of time), and since the weather was a little bit warmer we figured we would let them out on Saturday.  We let Michael's family know since a lot of the kids like to chickens and said we would have the annual running of the chickens on Saturday afternoon.  Quite a few showed up haha always a good time with family.

That night we went up to Rob and Katie's and watched Caleb so they could go to Katie's sisters dance recital.  He is such a fun cute kid!

Denver

Michael's closet cousin Tyler has been living in Texas and now Denver and we have always wanted to visit him, but just haven't  been able to make it work.  One of Michael's favorite bands was going on a reunion tour and preforming in Denver.  Michael and Tyler have also been to see this band together a lot so it was a perfect opportunity. LJ hopped on board too, Dan couldn't make it because he had his CPA tests to study.

We drove out the "THE STANLEY HOTEL" where Steven King wrote "THE SHINNING" and then went to a Rocky Mountain National Park  It was a crappy weather drive and when we stopped this was on the tire.  Sweet formation
