CHRISTMAS MEMORIES

Hello!

Another double page layout!  The pictures are from recent Christmas.  It is more of photo collage as I wanted to include everyone on the page.  Some people are still missing from the photos as I was not the photographer, but I am so fortunate that someone else took the pictures for me.

FROG CATCHING {Sketch-y Friday}

Hello!

YUP FROG CATCHING TODAY for ScrapMuch? Design Team A reveal!   When I saw the sketch designed by Laura Whitaker, first thing I noticed obviously was the HUGE TITLE!  I thought Oh boy....  How can I do that?  What kind of title?  Which occasion should I do for this page?  So many questions came up in my mind!!!  Then I looked at the number of the photos - and saw that there are THREE....  ok so there are THREE... BINGO!  I instantly knew of which photos I wanted to scrap about and immediately thought of the perfect word for the HUGE TITLE!  Something short word but that I can make it HUGE!!!  FROG!!!!!  I decided to go for catching to add at the underneath and it worked out well!  I was HAPPY!   BUT I thought will everything work out as I pictured in my mind.... So the only way to find out is to DO IT!  So I did the page!

WAY TO GO!  Measuring.....Cutting.... snapping.... moving around.....and pasting!   Here is my page with the HUGE TITLE!  So what do you think??  I am giggling....

Oh yes!!! I could not resist adding the goggling eyes!

Here is the sketch.

Let's have fun and challenge yourself with a HUGE TITLE and create a single page using this FUN sketch!  You have until March 29 midnight!  You can click ScrapMuch? for more information.

BOBBY ORR {Stick It Down}

Hello!  I am here with a reveal for Stick It Down Double page team.  Shelby created another beautiful sketch and I was delightful to play with it.

I was able to adjust and fit my photos into the layout and being able to show the Boston Bruins logo that I worked hard creating especially trying to figure out the sizes.  It was fun creating the circle design.  I felt that it was too pretty to be covered up with the photos so I decided to omit some photos and squeeze them to left and right part of the pages.  It worked out well.

 You have WHOLE March to play with this sketch!  Let's do it!  It is fun one!  Please click Stick It Down  for more information

AWESOME - {Sketch-y Friday}

Hello everyone!

It is Sketch-Friday time over at ScrapMuch?!  Design Team A reveal time, it is single page layout this time.  Since it is a single page, I scrambled through and found this perfect single picture which I got from Dalton's school.  It was taken during a special event at his school last year.  It was a good picture of us I think!  So it was why I called this page AWESOME!

For the background to the photo, I decided to add some gesso using the My Favorite Things Stargaze stencil. I have added some MFT flourish and MFT stars as well.  Laura have designed this unique and awesome sketch and it was fun trying it out.  I think you should try it out as well!

Let's try this sketch out!  You MAY WIN from a random draw!  The deadline for linking to this challenge is  February 28th 2014  at midnight.    For more information, please feel free to click this, ScrapMuch?

Cheerios!

SO MUCH FUN {Sketch-y Friday}

Hello!  It is Sketch-y Friday over at ScrapMuch?!  I am even more excited because it is double page! YAH! YAH!  I always love it when it comes to double page!

Laura Whitaker provided this wonderful sketch and I had fun creating the layout!  I had fun creating the circles into two big circles.  I even popped them up for an interesting and fun 3D art.  On the left page I used more photos than shown on the sketch.  You know me I love to use many photos on a layout.

Here is the copy of the sketch that Laura designed.

Here is a run down of our Sketch-y Friday rules.  Just link up your creations in our sidebar to be entered into a random draw for our monthly prize.    You have until February 28th, at midnight to participate in any of February's sketch challenges, each linkup tool will remain open until that date!

If you are playing along with more than one challenge you will need to link each of them up via a separate blog post for the link up tool to work. (International participants may be required to pay some shipping fees.)  Good luck, we cannot wait to see what you create!

*note - If you are playing along using Flickr the team will no longer be leaving comments, due to changes in Flickr policies and passwords.  However, we will be checking out your entries for sure and you are definitely eligible for the prize draw. SERENE {Stick It Down}

Hello

December had been a bad/hard  month for me and then in January I was struck with a flu.... now I am back recovering from a long battle with a bad flu and cough.   This got me behind with so many things.  I am starting to feel better but trying to gain energy is also hardest thing to do.  All I have been doing is sleeping a lot.  I have not been scrapping lately.  So I am trying to do a baby step now and do a little by little so that I can build my energy up and also start going out as well.  The cold weather is not helping.  I want to stay inside to stay warm.

Anyway here I am with a double page.  Yes I am late but better than never...  At Stick It Down, Shelby offered her awesome sketch.

I have followed the sketch pretty much except for the pictures.  I used less pictures.

Thank you for visiting my blog.

OUR FAMILY (Sketch-y Friday)

Hello!

Happy New Year!  May 2015 bring you the best beginning of the new year!

YAY! Double page sketch for Design Team A!   It is SKETCH-Y FRIDAY over at the ScrapMuch?! I am still working on my Christmas Daily 6 x 6 Album  It is nice to be able to work double as  I had four pictures and they worked out well with Laura Whitaker's sketch.  I decided to do the pages focusing on my family, my mom, my 3 sisters and the brother in laws.  (I do have one more sister but she did not come home from BC that year)

For the sketch, I was able to follow it precisely except for the photo size and orientation on the left side.  The sketch was awesome to play with!  I am sure you will enjoy playing with it!  The fun part about working on 6 x 6 album is that I get to use some Christmas scrap papers.  A good way not to waste any leftover papers from my previous projects!

Lets' play and maybe you will win from the random draw over at the ScrapMuch?! You can check their website for details of how to play and enter your layout!

May 2015 be a good SCRAPPING year for you all!
