Italian Tiramisu

This decadent dessert was ordered by a loyal customer from Public Service Department in Putrajaya. In my opinion, this is one of the coolest trifle in the world invented by the Italians. It is undoubtedly very rich and indulgent. This classic tiramisu will definitely be a crowd pleaser.

It's been a while since I last updated this blog. Too much things to do with so little time in hand. Anyways, here is one of my latest order for tiramisu cake from my customer.

Italian Tiramisu

One of the most popular cakes among our loyal customers. It consists of alternating layers of coffee soaked Savoiardi biscuits or digestive biscuits (you can choose any of them) and sweet mixture of rich velvety cheese. The sifted cocoa powder together with the shaved chocolate curls are added between layers as both a garnish and a bitter counterpoint to the sweetened cheese mixture.
