US Attorney General, Eric Holder, says he wants prosecutors to seek the death penalty for all five 9/11 suspects.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the alleged mastermind behind the attacks, is among those who will be sent from Guantanamo Bay to New York for the trial in a civilian court.

The US military says Mr Mohammed has admitted planning the 9/11 attacks.

Eric Holder said the suspects would be "brought to New York to answer to their alleged crimes in a courthouse just blocks away where the twin towers once stood".
