Commuters are returning but London is quieter than usual

London's buses and trains are close to resuming normal services following the bomb attacks on Thursday.
There are now services on almost all lines of the Tube, though Transport for London said it would be weeks before damaged sections are fully restored.
Network Rail said all mainline rail stations are open, with services also operating from King's Cross.
Road closures remain in place around the main explosion sites in Chapel Street, Aldgate and Russell Square.
LONDON UNDERGROUND
Trains are now running on sections of the Metropolitan Line and the Hammersmith and City Line.
Metropolitan Line services will be operating between Baker Street and Moorgate, and Hammersmith and City Line trains will be running from Hammersmith to Paddington.
A replacement bus service will also be ferrying passengers between Royal Oak, Paddington and Baker Street.
Services on the Circle Line remain suspended and the Waterloo and City Line will not be operating due to maintenance work which is unrelated to the explosions.
Only the Metropolitan Line is stopping at King's Cross. Additional bus services are operating on route 91 between Holloway Road and Euston via Caledonian Road and King's Cross St Pancras.
The District Line is not running between High St Kensington and Edgware Road.
On the Piccadilly Line there is no service from Hyde Park Corner to Arnos Grove or between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge. A replacement bus service is operating from Arnos Grove to Finchley Central for transfer to the Northern Line.
TfL said services on sections of London Underground, in particular the central section of the Piccadilly Line, will not be fully restored for several weeks.
TRAINS
Network Rail has announced that all mainline stations, including King's Cross, are now open and operating almost full services.
Docklands Light Railway is now running to all destinations.
Eurostar's London to Paris service is running as normal.
BUSES
Buses are nearly back to normal, although there are suspensions and diversions around bomb sites at King's Cross, Aldgate and Russell Square.
A Transport for London (TfL) spokeswoman said: "Regular extra security checks are being carried out on all buses, at bus stations and garages.
"We have also got police officers and wardens at key locations in central London."
PLANES
Flights are operating normally at the capital's airports, and the express services to them are all running to their normal timetables.
But travellers are being urged to arrive at airports early to allow plenty of time to check in as security checks are at a maximum.
ROADS
Most roads are open, except those around the bomb sites - although various alerts and accidents are closing other roads.
Roads around Russell Square, Woburn Place and Aldgate High Street remain closed.
There are also some cordons around Edgware Road, Chapel Street, Woburn Place and Tavistock Place.
Whitehall is closed for the World War II memorial service.
