I've joined the Android madness

Greeting and happy Eid. Another same quote when updating this blog is IT'S BEEN QUITE A WHILE SINCE MY LAST UPDATE or I'VE BEEN BUSY LATELY. Both suits me well.

I have joined the Android madness and my collection of mobile OS is almost complete. I have a Symbian phone, an IoS tablet and now an android phone in the form of Samsung Galaxy Ace. Last Thursday I went to my favourite mobile phone shop and asked about an HTC. With a budget around 1.3k, I originally want to go for HTC. But after listening to some arguments from my favourite sales personnel, I opted to buy the Ace and another Symbian phone for my wife who wanted a wifi phone. It's a decent phone (can't compare to the 1GHz above smartphones) but I agree with the googling info that I got. It's a very good phone despite its low spec. I've changed my telco plan as well and got the 3GB mobile data embedded together with my voice plan.

My impression on the Ace is I am satisfied with the performance (with the price). I have yet to upgrade to Gingerbread. I'm still exploring Android apps (I've done the Apple apps on my Ipad).

Regarding my telco's mobile data, I am a little bit dissapointed with it as when in crowded areas the speed seem to crawl but when I used it at my house, the speed is acceptable (I can upload photos on facebook but it is useless of having this speed in my house as I am using Unifi. I'm using Celcom by the way as when I was admitted in the hospital at May this year, I updated my FB status regularly using its mobile data and it seems fine. I was using the pay per use at that time and the charge was ridiculous.

My favourite Android app now is How To Tie a Tie, it's much more better than Angry Bird. Hehehehe.... Now I need to find an app titled How To Get Back The Money Spent.
