Still on the Christmas mode...started with the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge for inspiration for the cards...than my new thing to do is to make at least 4 cards with a similar design...Started using a retired paper collection that I've been saving...I'm slightly obsessed with the new to me retired Snowflake die..lots of layers. For the sparkle effect..the red glimmer mat..the sentiments, the red glimmer scallop ovals...the iridescent snowflake die cuts and the snowman are covered with dazzling diamond glitter with their bling buttons...Voila!
Deets: All Stampin Up except for the pattern papers and sentiment dies

Really determined to make 100 Christmas cards before the end of December..so far I am at 23...so 77 more to go...yikes..I really wish I could do simple and quick cards...but I feel that Christmas cards..need that extra touch..glimmer..bling..etc.
Inspiration for this card was Sunday Stamps sketch challenge...and seeing as I'm on a mission...I was able to complete 4 cards with different pattern papers and colour schemes...Love the snowflake diecut from some iridescent paper...worked out perfect for the cards..
So I'm now @ 27 completed...73 more cards to go...

Started the weekend over at my bestie's and she showed me this card that she had whipped up in less than 5 minutes...gasp...that's an amazing feat as it takes me eons to make one card. So 10 - 15 minutes later...Voila ...my Friendship card...which was quick and easy.. Love the Lost Lagoon colour for this Fall theme.
I've had a Guy Birthday card on my to do list for awhile now and the Watercooler Wednesday challenge kickstarted the inspiration...Decided to try the new card recipe for quick and easy...it took me longer to decide which stamps and designer papers that I wanted to use than to make this card....now that's another first. Voila one Guy Birthday card! Yes, another card off my to do list!

Finally after all this time..the light bulb has come on and I'm learning when I make a card...to make a few of them at the same time..my bestie's suggestion from ages ago. Thank you Bestie for the wonderful suggestion.
Kickstarted this card with inspiration from the Fusion Card Challenge's sketch...I'm still on a shaker card craze..so more faux snowglobes with the Stitched Circle framelits and the Lots of Label framelits...and upcycled office transparencies for the windows...(scooped up a box of brand new transparencies for $3 at the local thrift store..BONUS). Instead of the seed beads and sequins that I normally use in the shakers..I used sparkly chunky glitter. I'm building that card stash of mine....slowly..one card at a time.
Deets: All Stampin Up except for the pattern papers, office transparencies and the silver foiled wooden snowflakes

Still on the Christmas card making spree....used Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge for inspiration...
Loving the non-traditional colours of this Christmas card with the pattern papers... All Christmas cards need a bit of sparkle...the iridescent shimmer cardstock lacy border, the dazzling diamond glitter on the wee snowman, the silver glimmer border, the sparkly snowflake die cut, the silver gel pen stitching detail, and the snowflake bling embellishment. Voila!
