Really hoping to slow down and take a month off from cardmaking..other pressing issues to deal with and Christmas is just around the corner. This card started with Just Add Ink's current challenge to choose two..of the following: Stars, Spots and /or Sparkle.. My take is the sparkly gold polka dotted pattern paper....Been awhile since I inked up this little guy...And while I was at it..I made another card with the spots in the pattern paper and added the red glimmer paper layers for sparkle...

Really working on that Christmas card stash of mine...this time around..inspiration from the Atlantic Hearts Sketch challenge and the ABC Christmas Challenge ~ X is for FauX Stitching.
The sketch is great for using up those leftover pattern paper strips. and love the Faux stitching dies ~ the stitched pattern paper circle and the stamped image on the stitched square. Plus a must for Christmas cards...glimmer...hence the silver glimmer mat and the dazzling diamonds glitter snowflake..plus throw in the non traditional Christmas colour combo..vintage... Voila!

Building that Christmas card stash of mine...one card at a time..and here are 4 cards.. For inspiration for this card..I went with the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge. Used my fave vintage colour combo..pinks...silver and crumb cake on one of the cards and the other..a mish mash of pattern papers..with red glimmer for the bling factor. For the frosted snowflake..I used double sided adhesive on card stock and die cut the snowflake..removed the second backing, after diecutting and covered with dazzling diamonds glitter..and the other snowflake is diecut from an iridescent shimmer cardstock..Embossed the sentiment on cardstock and punched out...Inked and coloured one of my fave Snowman images..Voila!

Finally found this snowman stamp set..and decided to ink it up and make a few cards...Kickstarted the inspiration with Fab Friday's current sketch challenge. Wanted a vintage theme colour combo..hence the pink, crumb cake and silver bling for the first two..than I had to cut up the new designer paper that I just received for the last card's colour combo..coastal cabana, real red.. Wanted to up the game with a shaker box...Voila!
