He's a Genius

I found this little gem in Lincoln's backpack today.

We got a pretty good laugh out of it. But, look how great he did writing those sentences!

Swim Team Awards Night

The boys had their award night for swim team tonight. They were all happy to get their trophy, and probably more happy that the season is over. It may not have been their favorite thing they have done, but I am proud of them for sticking with it and doing their best.

A Note From Porter...

Yes, there really was.

Missing his Buddy

Bryson and I ran some errands together today. While we were in Costco, he kept saying, "This is Lincoln't seat. We need Lincoln." Poor boy is missing his buddy.

Lizard Hunting

The boys love to hunt for lizards in the backyard. Today they found the tiniest baby lizard, he was so cute!! All the boys wanted to hold it, and he was content laying on their warm hand. I don't like reptiles, but he was so tiny that I wanted to hold him too.

Angel's Game

Dave and Megan Stapley got some great tickets to the Angel's game and invited us to go with them. The seats were amazing! We have never sat that close before. We had a great time with them, and we even got a free Angel's hat too.

Soccer

We had our first soccer game of the season, and for the first time Ethan and Porter are on the same team. Ethan played goalie most of the game, and Porter was on offense. Porter scored his first goal and Ethan had several great blocks. Even though they lost by one, I was one proud mama. It's going to be a great season!

Not a Fan

The boys got their uniforms at last night's soccer practice. I found Ethan's laid out with this note on it...

He's obviously not a fan of the yellow. The kid cracks me up.

New Scriptures

Porter finally got his new scriptures. He was excited to have his very own with his name on them.
