Monster Truck Show!

MONSTER TRUCK SHOW in Lakeport!  It was a lot of fun!  We got there early to walk around the big trucks.  We went to the second show of the weekend...which was a little disappointing with the monsters trucks. The first show was awesome, but also damaged a few trucks.  So during our show the trucks kept breaking down, so basically only 2 of the trucks worked right for the night.

The best part of the show was the motorcross tricks.  That was worth the money.  They did flips, and crazy/dangerous tricks.  We couldn't believe what they were doing in the air...check out the videos below.

These guys were the hit of the show...see the videos below!   Highlight of the show!!!!

Cooper learned to clap at the show!  This was the first time he has clapped...ever!  We had tried to teach him...I guess it took Monster Trucks to get him excited!

These were the two trucks that weren't broken!  They did put on a good show though. And one was a local driver, which was cool.

Cooper 10-11 months

Cooper at 10-11 months!  What a fun boy he is.  I love his blue eyes!  He had his 9th month doctors appointment and shots.  He weighed a little over 17 lbs.  Which only put him in the 10th percentile for his weight.  Which is funny to me, he looks like a normal size baby to me.  He has chunky legs and tummy. He is not a skinny baby.  I feel like he is the same as Brooklyn and Easton were...and they were always in the 50th percentile. Have the charts changed that much in 5 years?  Maybe.  Makes you wonder.

Cooper is a crawling machine.  He loves it.  He goes down our 3 stairs with ease...well head first.  He is enjoying baby food more now.  He will eat most things as long as you mix it up with something else...he doesn't like beans or peas by themselves...but who blames him.

We have installed a baby gate to keep Cooper out of the kitchen/stairs.  He HATES it!  He feels like a prisoner I guess.  He is a great sleeper still...I don't complain about that a bit.  He is a happy baby almost all the time!  We love you Coop!

Doctors Appointment...It was a fun, cute office!  Who wouldn't want to sit on a dinosaur table?

I love this smile of his...its so cute and funny!  Especially with his teeth coming through.

He loved sitting on my big pot one day and then he loved hitting it with the spoon. Fun times!
He started WALKING at almost 11  months!  I would say he mastered it around 11 1/2 months.

Soccer Season 2011

Soccer 2011
Brooklyn and Easton had another great soccer year.  They both enjoyed playing on their teams.  Brooklyn was on the Grey Tigers.  She did a great job on defense and "tackling" for the ball.  She made a goal this year, which made her day!

Easton was on the (I can't remember at the moment).  He learned a lot this year, thanks to his great coach.  She taught them positions and the right way to play soccer.  Easton had many goals.  His coach did a fun patch incentive.  She gave them each patches at the end of the game for goals, assists, good sportsmanship, being tough, passing, etc...And then we put them on his shirt.  Easton loved the patches.  His team did really well.  They were fun to watch.

And he shoots a GOAL!
