The following is a letter of appeal from an educated woman to her family and friends:

Dear Family and Friends:
I am sending this e-mail to all of you because we are now
seeing the dirtiest campaign ever. Because the real issues are not being
discussed, I would like to share some facts of what I believe is the truth and what I believe is not to be the truth. I understand we all get information from
different outlets, and where we receive that information, (ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN,
MSNBC, PUBLIC TV, FOX NEWS, 770 AM RADIO, NEWSPAPERS ) will determine what we
believe. I would hope that all of you
are willing to know as much as possible before the November election in order
to make a knowledgeable decision on the candidate who will get our country back
on the right course. We all know that this election is about the economy. Jobs
must be created, which increases tax income for government and reduces the need
for entitlements, which in turn will help reduce the deficit. Taxes should not
be raised on anyone. Some believe that extending the Bush tax rates for all, in
this economy, will likely avoid a recession. Reducing entitlements and getting
people back to work with the freedom to earn their own wealth, should help to
restore the determination, self-esteem, and honor of the people in this country.
BACKGROUND: A little background of my life might
be of some help for all of you to know where I am coming from and why I find it necessary to write
this. (Forgive me, the word AI@ will come up often) After
high school, I attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and graduated in
1955. I was very fortunate because my wonderful parents were able to scrape up
the money to pay for my four years of tuition (hey, I did do dish washing duty
every night at my sorority in order to help pay my dues --- big deal, huh!)
There was no such thing as a Student Loan! In June 1955, my dream came true
when I was accepted by United Airlines to be a Flight Attendant. For 38 years I
worked at a job I felt so very fortunate to have. As a member of a Union, I
paid dues and voted for the Democratic
candidate.
Now, being
retired, I again feel lucky to have Social Security, and a small but ample
pension income and Health Care provided by United that is financially
acceptable, as well as Medicare. The
Health Care and Pension were negotiated by our union, and at the time, paid for
with money from United Airlines, a private company. Before United turned our
pensions over to the Government, our pension and health care was not paid for
with taxpayer dollars, as it is for a Government employee retiree. Nothing was
ever given to me by my Government. When I turned 60 and 62 years of age, I was
eligible to receive Social Security and Medicare, which I did help pay for with
payroll deductions. All I have, I have earned and I am proud of it and I feel
very accomplished for that fact!
It is very important
for me to tell you that my energy had never been aimed at politics. (SEAHAWKS
and football, anyone?????). Politics was
never a thought until 2008, when I believe a man who was elected President
does, in fact, plan to fundamentally change this country. So far, I believe he has done a very
fine job in this endeavor It is my
belief that, now, the Democratic Party that I used to vote for, has become too
far-left liberal, with a government that has become too large; has policies,
mandates, and ideas that I cannot agree with, and spends way too much of our
tax dollars. Most of all, I feel my freedom slipping away. This is the reason I can no longer support this
Democratic Party. I don't know about
you, but I do not want this type of change for America.

I have done much research since Barack Obama's election, and
below are some of the facts that I would like to pass on. These
are some of the actions that have taken place since his administration has been
in office. Because I am extremely concerned about the future of our country, I
have written this to all of you in the hope that you will read and accept this as
information that you may not
have heard about, but should know about. I hope this information will help you
to reach conclusions that might aid in making decisions in November, one way or
the other. This will be the most
important election this country has ever had. This election will determine the
direction America will go. I believe this is the reason to actually research and
know as much as possible about the two candidate's ideas and remedies for the
future. I would encourage you to check out anything you do not believe is true.
1:
PICTURE VOTER ID:
Democrats are fighting (and suing some states) in order to prevent the requirement
of picture voter ID in order to vote!
Question is why? People cannot
get an ID??? No, very few people do not have an ID. A ID is needed to drive a
car, get on an airplane, get a library card, open a bank account, cash a check,
apply for a credit card, apply for a loan, buy a home, rent a car, get a
hunting or fishing license, apply for employment, buy certain prescriptions,
etc, etc. Here is one more. I just
picked up an item, (ordered on line) at Walmart, and guess what, I had to show
my picture ID to get it. Liberals try to convince us that this is all racist. The
have told us that it is just not possible for that black, poor, young or old
person to obtain that picture ID. This
is just not true. All of these states have offered to help anyone who does not
have a picture ID. These states have
offered to pay for the cost of the ID and will also transport the person to
obtain one!
A group called the Voter Participation Center has touted
the distribution of some 5 million registration forms in recent weeks. These
forms are sent to Democrat-leaning voting blocs such as unmarried women,
blacks, Latinos and young adults. Residents and election administrators around
the country also reported a series of bizarre and questionable mailings
addressed to animals, dead people, and people who are already registered to vote.
A resident of Seattle received a form with some key information (her name and
address) already filled in. Problem was: the name on the form was a black lab
dog who had died in 1998! Same has happened in Virginia: a man had a form
arrive for his dead dog and a women, the same, for her dead cat. In New Mexico,
a swing state, ineligible voters are receiving forms.

South Carolina just signed a law requiring picture
ID in order to vote. Attorney General
Holder overturned the law citing it was discrimination. A poll was taken after
his ruling and it was found that only 23 people in the entire state had no
picture ID. The Governor had already stated that the state would transport and
pay for anyone needing ID. Holder has
also sued Texas as well, for the ID law passed there. Honestly, I cannot think
of any reason not to demand ID. Would it not be a relief for each of us to know
that each qualified citizen used just one vote in an election. Requiring a
picture to prove who you are, is truly the only, easiest, and best way to
insure that elections would be free of fraud!

Really, ask yourself, do you believe that it is possible
that some of those in our Government do not want fraud free elections? It makes
you wonder.
2: UNEMPLOYMENT PAYMENTS EXTENTION: In order to pay this entitlement for
an additional 99 weeks, the Obama Administration has taken
$1.2 Billion from the
Social Security Fund. This is in addition to the $1.2 Billion from the Social Security
Fund that was used for the first 99 weeks of payments. This Payroll Tax
Deduction amount, taken from the paycheck, is paid by both Employers as
well as Employees, and is the only way the Social Security Trust is funded! This payroll deduction amount had already been
reduced by one-half by this administration. This was done in order to increase
the amount of "after tax" income in workers paychecks. However, this
action makes it very difficult to keep the Trust Fund solvent.
I do not
believe that anyone would argue that the unemployed need help, however there
might have been another source for the money instead of depleting the Social Security
fund. Maybe less taxpayer money used on the "investments" for Green
Energy! Is it really fair for the Democrats to accuse Mitt Romney, that if
elected, he will be the one to "destroy" Social Security". Please do not believe it!
3: OBAMA'S HEALTH
CARE: This was forced on us and passed in the middle of the night on
Christmas Eve 2009. In order to get enough votes to pass it, Obama gave
millions of our tax dollars to the Senators of three states (Louisiana Purchase:
$300 Million, the Nebraska Kickback, and concessions to the Senator from
Arkansas). This administration has taken money from Medicare in
order to fund the 15,000 new IRS agents needed to implement the Law and enforce
the new taxes this law creates. We will be required to report our Insurance
information on a new IRS tax form. And it is the Democrats that are the ones accusing
the Republicans of taking away Medicare from seniors? The amount that has been be
taken from Medicare in order to fund Obamacare is $716 Billion
In addition, there will be a panel of 15
"appointees", not associated with the medical profession, who will
make the decision about what heath care needs we will receive. Those decision's
will be based on the age of the recipient and the expense of the procedure that is
needed for the recipient! Could this be
the "death panels" we heard about? If so, I sure do hope that those
of us who are Senior Citizens will not need a "quality of life" or,
worse yet, a life-saving operation!
Along with
the mandate that everyone purchase insurance, the plan includes some financial
items also. A 3.85% (percent) sales tax levied on the sale of a home, and this
3.85% tax also applies to all investment transactions. Also in the Affordable
Care Act is a tax increase that will double the Dividend Distributions to 30% (from
15%) and a 43.4% tax on Capital Gains instead of the 15% rate today.
This Health Care bill is not about health. It is about losing the care we have now and
the redistribution of wealth. The Bill is considered by many as the biggest tax
increase ever! To date, The IRS has already hired 800 new agents. It is so hard to believe the Supreme Court
could have upheld this act. However, Chief Justice John Edwards, in his
infinite wisdom and supreme knowledge of the English language, has determined
that the mandate for all to purchase insurance is a tax, not a penalty. He
declared that because the

mandate to purchase insurance is a tax, the law is
constitutional because the Federal Government has the ability to assess taxes. Therefore,
the Affordable Health Care is now the Law of the land. An opinion, coming from
a source close to the Supreme Court, is that what was said by the liberal
Media, before the announcement, "got to" John Edwards and influenced
his decision. We may never know. Also important to mention is that this
administration has given waivers to some States, Unions and 729 Businesses so
they do not have to implement the new law. For those businesses, this will
allow them to not implement the law to a total of 2.1 Million employees. Those in Congress are also exempt, because
they have a different Heath Care Plan.

4: AFFORDABLE CARE ACT : Because the act was deemed
constitutional, this leaves the American people with only one final option. That option is to repeal and replace this law
that is an assault on our lives and our pocketbook. Because of the Supreme
Court decision, the only way to accomplish this now is to not allow Obama to
remain in office. If you have learned the facts and believe this is not the
Health Care you would want for yourself, your loved ones, or this country, then
it must be repealed and replaced. As stated above, the only way to do this is
to not re-elect President Obama.
I would ask that you all do as much
research as possible on this Health Care Law. All this begins in 2013. There is also a
proposal for a 1% (percent) investment tax on all money transactions: investment stock or bond sales and purchases,
money in and out of checking and savings accounts, dividend distributions
etc.

5: SENATE LEADERS: It is imperative that we replace Harry Reed as Leader of
the Senate by taking control of the Senate with a majority of "new blood" Congressmen
that will do their job. The Senate has
not passed a budget, which is required every year by law to do so, in 3 1/2
years. They have not voted on many of the bills presented to them. The Republicans
in the House of Representives have sent
many bills referring to the deficit, the health care, the spending problem,
etc, but Harry Reid will not allow any of these bills to come to the floor for
a vote. I admit, I do not understand why he has the authority to do this! Also
important is that the Republicans retain the majority in the House of
Representatives.
6: NATIONAL
SECURITY: Obama and the Democrats
refuse to secure our borders, and to add insult to injury, Obama's
Administration is using our tax dollars to sue those states who have passed
immigration laws in order to protect the citizens of their states. Just recently the President ignored the Constitution and declared
that all children brought to

the
United States illegally, that are now between
the ages of 16 and 30, shall not ever be deported! If you thought our student
graduates, who were born in this country, had an impossible task of finding a
job before, think of the competition now!!!!! Could this have been a ploy by
the president to get the illegal immigration vote? Not closing our boarders, by
any administration, is a very serious security situation, as anyone can easily
come into this country illegally. In reality, these boarders should have been
closed and protected years ago!
7: GREEN
ENERGY: Obama's Administration, in
their lust for Green Energy, has given Millions of our Tax Dollars to "Green
Energy Companies. An article in The Tacoma News Tribune, by Marc
A Thiessen relates how those investments fared and the amount of our taxpayer
dollars that were wasted. Another very interesting
article can be found in The Tacoma News Tribune (do not know the date, but is
titled "Politics 1st in Obama energy program by Joe Stephens and Carol D
Leonnig, The Washington Post)
Here
are some examples:
SOLYNDRA: A solar panel manufacturer,
received $535 Million in taxpayer-funded
loan guarantees, then went bankrupt leaving more than one thousand workers out
of work. This "investment"
also left us, the taxpayers, on the hook for the loan. Because the
Administration (in order to favor the SOLYNDRA executives) changed the law,
(which was against the Constitution) so that the Taxpayer, who would normally
be paid back first, would be repaid last after the SOLYDRA'S executives. These
people are some of Obama's largest donors. It was just reported that SOLYNDRA has
paid back the taxpayers $20 Million of the $535 Million. Great investment, huh!
RASER
TECHNOLOGIES: This company was given a $33 Million taxpayer-funded grant to
build a power plant in Beaver Creek, Utah in 2010. The plant had fewer than ten
employees. RASER filed for bankruptcy this year and owes $1.5 Million in back
taxes.
ECOtality: An installer of about
14,000 Electric Car Chargers, was given, in 2009, $126.2 Million Taxpayer
dollars. According to the SEC filings they have incurred $45 Million in losses
and told the federal government "we may not achieve or sustain
profitability on a quarterly or annual basis in the future". In addition, according to CBS News, this
Green investment choice of Obama "is under investigation for insider
trading and the company's president, Don Karner (a personal friend of Obama),
has been subpoenaed "for any and all documentation surrounding the public
announcement of the first Department of Energy grant to the company".
NEVADA GEOTHERMAL POWER (NGP):
Obama's administration gave this company a $98.5
Million taxpayer dollar loan guarantee in 2010. The New York Times reported in
October that the company is in financial turmoil and that it's own auditor
concluded that there was "significant doubt about the company's ability to
continue as a going concern".

FIRST
SOLAR: Obama's administration provided more that $3 Billion in loan guarantees
for Power Plants in Arizona and California. According to Bloomberg a Businessweek report, the
company "fell to a record low in Nasdaq Stock Market trading May 4th after
reporting $401 MILLION in restructuring costs tied to firing 30 % of it's workforce".
BEACON
POWER: A Green-energy storage company was given a $43 Million
loan
guarantee.
According to CBS News, at the time of the loan, "Standard and Poor's had
confidentially given the project
a dismal outlook of "CCC-plus". Last fall, BEACON received a de-listing notice from
Nasdaq and filed for bankruptcy.
SUNPOWER: Received $1.2 Billion
loan guarantee. As of January, the company owed more than it was worth. The
company also outsourced 1.2 Billion jobs to Mexico.
BRIGHTSOURCE:
A loan guarantee of $1.6 Billion.
However, posted a string
of losses totaling $177 Million.
ABOUND
SOLAR MANUFACTURING: Given a $70 Million taxpayer loan
guarantee from the Department of Energy.
ABANDORE: A company in
Colorado also received a taxpayer loan guarantee. The total amount to these
last two mentioned companies was $2 Billion.
ANONIX SOLAR CO.: Company was based in Las Vegas.
Received a $6 Million Tax
Credit. Had established just one customer for their product, and closed their
doors after 14 months of operation.
GENERAL
MOTORS: Taxpayers paid $3.3 Billion in the GM bailout. The company has lost
money and the stock price has "tanked". In order for the taxpayer to
be paid back their "investment" -- the stock must be sold at $53.00
per share. Value on 8/14/12 was $20.21. Oh, Oh, not good, huh.
According
to the article from The Tacoma News Tribune, from which this information was
taken, Obama has declared that all of the projects that received funding was based
solely on their merits. Not exactly true. The book "Throw Them All Out"
by Peter Schweizer reported 71 percent of Obama's Energy Department's grants
and loans went to individuals who were bundlers, members of Obama's National
Finance Committee, or large donors to the Democratic Party. Obama said that it's
not the president's job to make a lot of money for investors. However, collectively these people raised
$457,834.00 for his campaign, and in return were approved $11.35 Billion in
grants and loans.
Seems like
he made a lot of (taxpayer) money for these investors! One more item from this
article: According to Politico "The Energy Department's inspector general has launched more than 100
criminal investigations related to the department's Green-Energy programs".
All this money (and it is an unbelievable amount of our dollars) might have

been
well spent if this country was ready and able to use Green Energy. Perhaps in
the future, just not now. Unfortunately
for us, the only people to gain from all
this taxpayers' money were Obama's contributors.
8: TRUE ENERGY NEEDED
NOW: Obama has refused to allow the Keystone Pipeline, which would bring
oil from Canada to the Gulf Coast, to be built. This pipeline would create
about 20,000 Jobs, and bring oil to the United States from an ally of the
United States. If this decision is not overturned,
Canada has said it plans to build the pipeline to the west coast of
the US in order to send to China! An update states that Obama has approved the
pipeline. Problem is: it has been approved
to be constructed only on the South Gulf Coast of the United States, so it will
not be connected to the Canada pipeline.
If the pipeline is not connected to Canada's pipeline, how can it bring oil
to the U.S.? Not sure what was
accomplished in all this!!!!!!!
This decision by Obama has always
been political in that he does not want to go against the environmental people
who are against it. Even if he were to approve the entire pipeline at a later
date, the oil would possibly be on it's way to China. Not only has he refused to build this entire
pipeline, he has refused to approve drilling in the ANWR Reserve, refused to issue permits to drill on Government land, and
refused to approve off-shore drilling. With gas prices as high as they are,
that pipeline and additional drilling could sure help ease the pain in the
wallet for all Americans.
When Obama took office, gas prices were about
$1.84. Mitt Romney has assured the American people that he will approve the
pipeline, which will create jobs as well as bring oil to the U.S. He will drill on government land and he will
give permits to drill off-shore. We must stop depending on foreign oil and
become self-sufficient with our own production. And that will lower the price
of gas at the pump!
9: OUTSOURCING:
We sure have been bombarded with all the accusations against Mitt Romney about
the jobs that he has sent overseas. Please check out SNOPES.COM / SEARCH /
(type in) Mitt Romney. The article is "The Real Mitt Romney". It has been noted as fact that Governor Romney
was the CEO of Bain Capital from 1984 to February 1999, when he left to help
save the Olympics in Salt Lake City. The jobs that were sent overseas was done
in 2002 or 2003, after Romney left Bain. The Obama administration should
let the people know about the jobs he outsourced overseas. The Main Stream
Media will not tell you, but I will.
OIL RIGS THAT WERE SHUT DOWN in the
south, have moved their equipment in order to drill for oil in Brazil as well
as other countries. The United States is now paying these same rigs to produce
oil and then we buy it back from them. Obama has said: "I want the U.S. to
be one of Brazil's best customers".
BRAZIL
AGAIN: A company in Brazil was given close to $1 Billion to build an airplane
for our Air Force. When built, the United States will buy the airplane with
money borrowed from China!

GENERAL
ELECTRIC: Taxpayers bailed out the company and they employ about 300,000 workers. Unfortunately,
only 131,000 work in the U.S. GE has 277
plants in 43 countries, meaning 161,000 jobs were sent Overseas. Also, GE paid no
taxes in 2010.
NO.
CAROLINA CREE INC: 13 Million workers in China.
FISTER AUTO: A portion of the 2009 Stimulus
money was sent to Finland to pay for 500 Million employee's to build "high
class" electric cars for the U.S.
ALSO SENT OVERSEAS: The U.S. has
sent 79% of the 2009 Stimulus ($780 Billion) in order to build Windmills in
both Denmark and China; build Solar Panels in Mexico; and batteries in South Korea.
These products will be built in these countries, then sent back to U.S. This
also was part of the 2009 Stimulus money package that went to foreign-owned
companies or to companies relying on foreign suppliers.

10. MITT
ROMNEY JOB CREATION: Mitt Romney was the CEO of Bain Capitol from
1984 to 1999. (Snopes.Com / The real Mitt Romney) In February of 1999, he left Bain and went to
Salt Lake City for 3 years as President of the Olympics. He did not take a
salary while at Salt Lake City. Also note, he also did not take a salary as
Governor of Mass. The successes he accomplished while at Bain were the
following:
STAPLES
(6000 stores and employs over 90,000 workers), SPORTS
AUTHORITY, SEALY MATTRESS, DOMINOS, WARNER MUSIC GROUP, DOLLARAMA, BROOKSTONE, WEATHER CHANNEL, BURGER KING, HOME
DEPOT SUPPLY, DYNAMIC STEEL, and may
more. 80% of the companies that Bain
invested in, have grown revenues.
Bain did have failures: of the 77
business, 22% either filed for Bankruptcy Reorganization or closed their doors
by the 8th year with job losses. Bain lost 8% of all the money they
invested. Ten deals produced more than 70% of gains, but of the Ten, 4 later
landed in bankruptcy. Some of these companies failed after the Company went
Public or after Bain had sold them.
When reading about Bain Capitol and
their creation of jobs, please keep in
mind, the Investors of Bain, in order to
save those companies, invested their own individual money. No taxpayer money
was used.

OVERALL RECORD: In Obama's first Term, the figures below speak for themselves:

UNEMPLOYED = 25 MILLION AMERICANS; (Two nephews in my family are in this category: One
close to retirement, one with a brand new baby)

UNEMPLOYMENT rose 15%;
#3:
POVERTY= 49 MILLION AMERICANS (That is one in every six Americans)
#4: WELFARE
= 100 MILLION AMERICANS; (36% of immigrant households)
#5: FOOD
STAMP PROGRAM = 47 MILLION AMERICANS
#6:
HOUSEHOLDS = HAVE LOST 40% OF THEIR WEALTH
#7: HOUSING
MARKET = 35% - 40% LOSS IN VALUES with most underwater.
#8: FAMILY
INCOME LOWER
#9: GAS
PRICES HIGHER; We are seeing large
increases in food, goods, etc.
As if there
are not enough Americans on food stamps, the Democrats have actually been advertising for more people to
apply. Guess they hope to create more dependant voters.
Important to note that when President Bush was
in office, before Nancy Pelosi arrived, unemployment Rate was 4.4%. With Pelosi
as the House Majority leader, the number became 7.3%. As of Aug 3rd, 2012, the
unemployment number is now 8.3%.
Also important to note: This number of
8.3%, does not include those people who have stopped looking for work. Nor does
it include those 3 Million who have signed up for, and are now receiving Social
Security Disability Benefits. The actual figure of unemployed is much closer to

According to the Associate Press,
the official rate of Poverty will rise to the highest level since 1965 of 15.7

12: TRUTH
ABOUT ROMNEY'S "CAUSE OF WIFE'S DEATH" AD: GS Technologies Steel is the company that is
featured in an ad now airing for the Obama campaign. This ad is such lie and
distortion of facts, that the Democrats should be embarrassed. The ad
"implies" that Romney is a "murderer". The claim in the ad is that because Romney
(at Bain) closed this plant in 2001, Mr. Joe Soptic lost his job and his health
insurance and then his wife got sick and died of Cancer.
The truth is: Mr Soptic was offered a buyout
which he did not accept, so yes, when he left his job, he did lose his
insurance. However, his wife was still working at her job and did, in fact,
have her health insurance. She got sick
in 2002 (3 years after Romney left Bain) and passed away in 2006. Mitt Romney
had nothing to do with the closing of the plant or the death of this man's
wife. The entire reference to being Romney's fault, is false and ridiculous.
The facts are: this plant was closed two years after Romney
left Bain. The closing of this steel
plant had nothing to do with Bain Capitol. The actual reason it happened was because
of "foreign steel dumping" in the US market. Thirty-one additional steel companies declared
bankruptcy and closed during this same period. It is also a fact that GS Steel
was scheduled to close when Romney and Bain colleagues bought the plant, however
Bain was able to keep the plant in business and the workers employed for a
extra eight years.

For goodness sakes people --- this
type of campaigning borders on slander!
How despicable for the Democrat's to air an ad about Mr. Soptic's wife
and accuse Mitt Romney of causing her death.
13: CAUGHT
IN THIS LIE: Stephonie Cutter, an Obama campaign
strategist, in an ad aired on TV, looked into the camera and stated " The "Democratic campaign was no
part of the Super Pac that aired the ad". First of all, Bill Burton, who
is the Senior Strategist of "Priorities USA Action", the organization
that produced the ad, worked for Obama in the White House. Secondly, Ms Cutter stated
that "she had no knowledge of this man's story", which was not true! She was actually included in an interview with

Mr Soptic and Ms. Cutter in attendance, was just recently aired on Fox News. Oh, Yes --- she knew.
14: OBAMA'S TAX PLAN This
administration has only one answer for improving the economy and that would be more
tax income for more stimulus spending. We are already a greater entitlement
society than ever. Is this the direction we really want this Country to go? "His
plan is to take my money and give it to someone I don't know"!
Pretty soon I may run out of "my money" to give! Then what? I want
the freedom to give my money to whom I want, or to the charity I want. A
government does not create wealth. A government cannot obtain money unless they
print, borrow, or take it from the private sector. That means you and me. Of course, before they get to "my
money", they will take it from those "filthy" rich who "must
pay their fair share" (whatever that amount may be).
From Fox
News: "If the Administration allows the Bush tax rates to expire at the
end of 2012, 700,000 jobs will be lost, 900,000 Business owners will have their
taxes go up, and taxes on the rich will increase by 10 "percentage points", not 10%. That will mean the taxes on the rich will
increase from a rate of 33% to a rate of 68%. Most of these people are our job
creators. Is this really fair? Is this
the way to create wealth for the American people? I would hope that you all agree it is not.
Perhaps
most of the problem for Obama's Administration inability to create jobs is the
fact that very few, if any, of his people have ever: hired employees, created
success in business in order pay employee's, or made a profit in order to
sustain that business. In other words,
none have ever run a business. The only job our President has ever held, is
being a "Community Organizer". He also spent a small amount of time
in the Senate voting "present". Their solution: raise taxes.
15: HIGHER TAXES FOR ALL: If this president is reelected, please do not
believe that taxes will be raised on only the rich. Taxes will be raised on all of us. Why? Here are some of the reasons the government
will need more money:
1: INCREASING DEFICIT: Raising Taxes on those who have income over
$250,000 ($200,000 if single) will really hurt the small business owners, who
are this country's largest job creators. Taxing all these earners will bring in
an extra $85 Billion per
year to the Government.
That will do nothing to help reduce the deficit. The reason it will

do nothing is because: This administration actually spends -----
$85 Billion every 8.2 Days!
The country
now has a $16 Trillion deficit. Also, Congress has just agreed, before
the Aug break, to fund the Government for another six months when the current
fiscal year expires Sept. 30, This agreement is to avoid a government shutdown.
The
amount agreed on is $1,047 Trillion. This gives the
necessary funds to function through March, 2013. This amount is just above this
year's (2012) level of $1,043 Trillion. How long is it possible to sustain this
level of increasing debt? It is my
belief that this will never stop and the country will never balance the budget
as long as Obama is in office.
3:
AFFORDABLE CARE ACT. If you will look this up on Snopes.com (Michael Connelly
mentioned above), you will see the taxes that are included in this law.
4: WELFARE: A"need to work" bill was introduced
by the Republicans and signed into law by Pres Clinton. This has been an
entitlement that helped those out of work. Under the law, there is the
stipulation, in order to receive a Government Check, that a recipient must be
working either part time or be enrolled in a job training program. President Obama, ignored the congressional
process, and announced an executive decision
that "need to work" is no longer necessary. Along with the Director
of Health and Human Services behind this decision, it now means that a
recipient need to do nothing in order to receive the welfare check. This means
more money needed in order to pay for welfare. At the time the bill was signed
by President Clinton, it was believed the language used would prohibit this law
to be changed by anyone.
5: BUSH TAX
RATES: If this Administration allows the Bush Tax Rates to expire at the end of
the year, everyone of us will see our taxes increase greatly. If this happens,
the increased taxes will most likely cause a recession.
6: AN
ENTITLEMENT NATION: If we do, in fact, become a nation where the government takes
care of everyone, it will not take long for those 1% of "rich people"
to run out of money. Do any of you believe that when that happens, we will not
be the ones to be taxed next?
16: HELP FROM OUR "FRIENDS": Just maybe those in the government, who
believe raising taxes is the way to help reduce the deficit, would help the
economy by paying 'their fair share".
The IRS just
released a "delinquent tax payer report". The report stated that in 2010, the amount
these individuals owed in back taxes is as follows:
Thirty-six Executives on the White
House Staff owed $835 Thousand;
U.S. Senate employees owed $10 Million;
and
Postal
Service employees owed $270 Million.

BUSINESS HIRING: The Democrat's cannot understand why businesses are not
hiring. That's an easy question to answer:
No business owner knows what their company taxes will be; what the new Health
Care will cost the company; what it will cost to employ a worker; the
difficulty in the ability to acquire financial help because of the restrictions
on
banks
to give loans, and the problems dealing with all the new restrictions put in
place by this administration. They have also said there is so much time wasted
with, the "mounds" of paperwork now required. These restrictions make
it so difficult for businesses to grow
or
survive. It is my belief that Romney is a job creator and will, in fact,
eliminate these restrictions so business can begin creating jobs and grow their
companies.
18: CUTS
TO THE MILITARY: Because the Super Committee
was not able to come up with a solution to cut the deficit last year, we are
facing far-reaching reductions in domestic and defense spending, along with
sharp tax increases. The Defense cuts, scheduled for the first of next year
will be devastating. It is estimated that 123,000 Employees will lose jobs.
Lockheed Martin has already said it may notify more that 100,000 employee of
layoffs. Also effected is the Military itself, and our National Security. It is
expected that $500 Billion will be cut from the military and the pentagon. $480
Billion has already been taken.
Unfortunately for the Country, the concern
from President Obama is not the possible layoff and the devastating loss of jobs
or our reduced National Security. His only worry is preventing advance notice
to American workers that their jobs are at risk. By Law, "all but the
smallest companies must notify their workforce at least 60 days in advance when
they know of specific job cuts are likely to happen". That date of announcement would be the Friday
before the election.
We know what Obama's concern is
because he, along with the Department of Labor, have told Lockheed Martin not to
announce the layoffs until after the election. This is according to Howard
"Buck" McKeon, chairman of the House Armed Service Committee.
Perhaps even more important, this
action will result in the reduction of our Military Forces, the reduction of
our country's Defense, and the reduction of our country's National Security.

19: THREAT
OF SEQUESTRATION: Again, because of
the Super Committee's inability to come up with the deficit solution last year,
this threat is very real in our state. An article in The Tacoma News Tribune,
Aug 19, 2012, by Adam Ashton explains what this might mean for the Military and
Defense Companies in the State of Washington.
20: SAVING MEDICARE: Two different sides on this one. As of now,
Obama has depleted the Medicare Trust Fund by $716 BILLION. This money was used
to "fund" the Affordable Care Act.
So far, we have heard no plan from the Democrats to save Medicare after
it is projected to go bankrupt in 2024. Reports from his own people, Tim
Guithner,
Alice
Ribblin, Ron Weidan and others have not been able to say anything except they
agree
it will
go broke by 2024.

Paul Ryan, the candidate for
Vice-President and head of the House Finance Committee has a plan. He
understands the importance of saving Medicare. Just one of the reasons for this
is because his mother lives in Florida and is currently on Medicare. Trust him:
he will not end Medicare "as we know it" for his mother or anyone.
Here is his plan as I understand it:
1: Those recipients who are the age
of 55 years or older, now receiving Medicare, will not see one change to what is received
now.
2: Those younger than 55 years, will
have a voluntary choice.
The choice will be a voucher system
where you will receive an amount from the government to buy the insurance of
your choice that will meet your needs--- or --- pay into the Medicare System
just as we do now and receive the benefits just as we do now. It is possible that the age requirement, for
those now under 55 might be raised. These are the changes that will keep
Medicare solvent.
Please listen to the plans from both
sides and then you decide which plan will save Medicare.
21: TAX RETURN ACCUSATION:
Harry Reid stood on the Senate floor as the Majority Leader and stated an
accusation by saying : "The word is out that Mitt Romney
has not
paid Income Taxes for a decade". He
will not reveal his "source' --- he just "throws it out there"! Well,
Mitt Romney has already released his 2010 return, which I assume, showed he did
pay taxes. He has also agreed to release his 2011 taxes when they are ready to
file (Extension to October).
It has been acknowledged recently
that he has paid a lower tax rate of about 13%.
This is because he does not receive
Wage Income. Therefore, he very likely
pays at the tax rate for income from Dividends and Capital Gains. It is also
known that he and his wife give a great deal of money to charity. In fact, all the money he inherited from his
father's fortune was given to BYU University. All the wealth he has acquired,
has been earned.
Is it possible that the Democrats
would like to exploit this? How about all that "stuff" we endured
about Warren Buffett. He also pays taxes at the lower tax rate. Democrats and Buffett felt he should pay at
least a 30% rate so that he would pay the same rate as his Secretary and that would
be "Fair".
For those of you who have not yet
retired should know that retiree's do not receive wage income. We all support
ourselves (along with Social Security and maybe a Pension) with the income from
investment dividends (Stocks and Bonds) and capital gain distributions. The current
Tax Code sets this rate at 15%. Those of us, in the Middle Class, also pay a
lower rate (about 10%) than wage earners ! Many more retired "millionaires"
pay
that same Tax Rate because of how they earn their income. There is nothing
amiss with Mitt Romney's tax returns. I am sure he would have been contacted by
the IRS if there were.
22: WALK
THE WALK: On the subject of
releasing Tax Records, some of the accuser's might consider the release of their
tax returns. Five White House Staff
members have not
released
any returns: They would be Valerie Jerrett, Eric Chesterfeld, Jay Carney, David
Brock and Christerpher Luge (not sure of all the spelling).

If they are going to insinuate that
Romney may have "something to hide", Congressional leaders might be
more credible if those same accuser's were equally transparent about their own
tax returns.
Only 17 of 535 members of Congress
agreed to release their most recent tax returns in a response to a request by
McClatchey Newspapers. Those who would refuse to release returns include the
top Senate leaders, Democrat Harry Reid and Republican Mitch
McConnell
and the top House leaders, Democrat Nancy Pelosi and Republican John
Boehner. It just seems, if you are going to make blatant
accusations against someone, as Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi did about Romney,
the right thing to do would be to release their own tax returns, as well. To be
truly fair: all of Congress members should be required to release their tax
records because they are the people making tax policies that affect their own
finances as well as "everyday Americans".
23: WHO
IS PRESIDENT OBAMA?: Perhaps a fair
way to settle all this "Release
your
tax records" stuff from the Democrats, would be for Mitt Romney to ask
President Obama to "Release his sealed records" as well!!!. "You show me yours and I'll show you
mine".
President Obama has spent about $4 Million
keeping his entire Life History sealed.
What do we really know about our President. The American people have been
told that he was born in Hawaii and, yes, we have seen a "birth
certificate". But what else? We know nothing about his adult years. His
book, "Dreams from my Father" states he went to the following
schools: Occidental, where he stated he was "living a party life style of drugs
and alcohol. After graduation, he spent 2 years at Columbia in Los Angeles,
then went to Chicago. After time in Chicago, he went to Harvard Law School. Because
he claims he came from a Middle Class environment, we do not know how he was
able to afford the schools he attended. There are a couple of theories about how he might have been
accepted:
1: He was an excellent student with
excellent grades --- or
2: He was accepted as a Foreign
Exchange Student.
Wayne Allyn Roots, one of 400 classmates of Obama at Harvard
Law, was on Fox News and has stated "he had never met Obama in the four
years there" although they were supposed to be in the same law classes. No
one else that Mr. Roots knows from Harvard have said that they had ever met
Obama either. We do not know who he "hung out" with, what he did when
not in class or studying, or who were his roommates and friends. No one seems
to have ever met him or remember him. Not one woman has ever come forward to
state that she dated him.
While in Chicago, we do know he went
to the church of Reverent Jeremiah Wright for at least 20 years, and had a long
time relationship with known Terrorist Bill Aires. Also had a relationship with
the Acorn Organization. Other than that, not much is known about his life in
Chicago: how he met Michelle or what he did as a Community Organizer? As a Senator, how did he vote on different
issues, did he propose any bills to the Senate, and
what are
his plans for the future of this county?
Since he has become president, it
seems apparent he does not like to be in

Washington
DC doing what it is presidents do. However , we do know he loves to play Golf (at
least 104 rounds and counting. He does love to have Fund Raisers (more than 202and
counting). He does love to take vacations to expensive places, and he does love
to fly around the country, on our tax dollars, on Air Force One, and he also loves
to spend our money. Here is just one recent example:
For
his recent three-day Presidential campaign trip, the Secret Service
purchased
two new buses at a price of $1.1 Million each (paid for by the Taxpayer
and built in Canada). Does our president ride on these new buses from location
to location on these Campaign tours? Oh no! He flies (on Air Force One) to a
location in the Midwest, gets on one of the buses for about an hour or so, then
is taken back to the airport, to fly to another location. Then he gets into the
other new bus and repeats the entire process until the "bus tour" is
done. These buses are not driven to the
locations -- they are loaded on one or more C-17s in order to arrive at the
locations ahead of Obama.
Here's the joke on the American
people: On the tour, he will lecture the "little people" about how
they need to live within their means, while hinting about possible future
government cut-backs and a need to raise revenues.
The American people know nothing about who
this man truly is! How much does this President really care about the people of
America. What are his dreams for
America. What does he truly want to accomplish in his next term. It must be something very special because he
will do and say anything to get re-elected. And the Main Stream Media will
never criticize him or question him; they will only praise and, possibly, lie
for him. His far-left followers will also do and say anything to help him
accomplice his goal.

imperative that you learn whom you may be voting for and what his true plans
are for the your future and the future of America.
24: SUMMING
IT UP: I have tried to tell and
explain to you all the facts I know, so far, about this man. And I know I will
learn so much more before the election. But time is running out and I want to,
at least, send out the information I have so far and hope that you have read
it.
It is now time for all of you to do
your homework. I know that some of you do not want to believe who and what this
man, Barrack Obama, truly is. I have tried, at times, to engage some of you in
conversation, but "You just don't want to talk about it".
Obama's campaign cannot talk about his
"accomplishments": the $16 Trillion deficit (and counting), the
implications and consequences of Obamacare, the unemployment true numbers, etc.
Therefore their campaign will only try to demonize the other side. They will, and
already have, said many things about what Mitt Romney will do

if
elected, are just not true. Can you, at
least, agree that this tactic is below the office of the president of the
United States!
Please give "the other side" a chance
to tell you what their plan is for: cutting
taxes, reducing the deficit, repealing and replacing Obamacare. Theirs is a
plan that will lower your taxes, not ration your health care with a panel of
"non-medical people" deciding what procedures you can or cannot have,
and their plan will not take money from Medicare. Their plan will create jobs
by allowing businesses to thrive again.
Please believe me when I say
"these are not the Democrats that we, during our early years, voted for.
These are far-left politicians who are "dead set" on changing this
country into a dependency on government, with extreme entitlements, more
mandates, increased taxes, and most important, loss of Freedom.
The "Liberal Media" (ABC,
NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, PUBLIC TV) will never tell you the truth. These commentators are Obama's largest
supporters and his largest base.
I know those of you who support
Obama and believe he deserves a second term, do not want to hear this, but the only
way you will ever hear the truth is to listen to Conservative Radio or watch Conservative TV.

You will hear interviews and
comments from both conservatives and liberals. Yes, the commentary will lean to
the right, but you will also hear from those who do want Obama re-elected.
Let's not allow this administration
to divide us any longer. All the hate, now, in this country is becoming too
common: rich against poor, black against white, young against old, etc. When did "rich" become such a dirty
word? I can remember, when young, one goal in life was "to be a
millionaire". I know that was one of my dreams and it also should be
yours! Our country is at a crossroads and
is in grave danger of becoming like Europe.
Yes, I do believe the only way to save
America is to move in a different direction.
A
direction that gives us a smaller government, less regulations, no more
mandates, less spending, reduced taxes, and, in time, a balanced budget, etc. We need to become the self-sufficient people we used to be. Most of all, we must not
allow our freedom to become a thing of the past. We need to restore the United States of
America we all grew up in. There is one
way to do this, and that would be to vote for the "other guys".
I have tried to be fair, but I am
sure you may not believe so. My hope is that, at least, this information was
helpful to all of you. I wrote this because I care so much!
