I had so much fun making this car seat cover for our baby boy. I love the fabric and the big rick rack I found. I also found cute large mustard yellow buttons for the handles. I also added the fun letter "K' on it to make it a little more personal for our little guy. I love making these car seat covers cause each one is so different and has something unique about them.

Let's Hear it for the Boy!!
So I have been busy working on getting ready for our little boy's arrival the first week of May by making some really fun stuff for him. Here are three different bibs that are super simple to make.
This cute little bear is anxiously awaiting to be loved and snuggled with. He is made of mostly the brown minky fabric with added details that really make him "pop."
I had to make our boy his own sock monkey hat just like I made our little girl one when she was little.
My sister in law asked if I would make her a girl beanie for her sister who just had a baby. She is taking her newborn pictures in this so I will post a picture when I get a hold of a copy.
Our boy is going to have a few fun beanies when he arrives and I am sure I won't stop there, I love making them and creating new ideas.
Made him his first Sunday "going to church" outfit with a tie and suspenders. So fun!!

Valentine Projects
Had to make a fun Valentine's Day wreath this year. I found the base wreath at Michael's for $1.25 last year on clearance and knew I would come up with a project sometime.
Up close details of the flowers.
I loved this craft idea that I found on pinterest. My mom and I had to both make one. Super cute and fun to make. Now I want to make one for every holiday.

Halloween Yarn Wreath
So I have been on this kick lately making these yarn wreaths and while my mom was out to visit in August we made matching Halloween wreaths together. It was so fun using both our ideas to come up with it. I ended up adding a little wood sign to the top of mine that says Happy Halloween after I took this picture.
My cute and talented mother!!! Had so much fun having her out to visit us. Thanks MOM!!!

Can't get enough of craft time....
I found this pattern in a book at the library and had to make this mother Hen bird with her sweet babies all tucked under her wing. My daughter loves playing with it.
The baby birds have Velcro on the back and there is a strip on the mother to attach them. Then they are all snuggled under their mother's wings. Such a fun and easy project.
I have made a dozen of these necklaces for gifts and they are easy and fun.
This is the up close image of the flower that is removable and you can wear in your hair also.

It's hard to see the detail in this picture but I used two different fabrics. One is a satin and the other is an organza(sort of see through) and used clear marbles throughout the necklace.

4th of July Shirt and More....
Because I am too cheap to go buy a patriotic shirt and I never seem to find
a cute one so I decided to make mine this year. I just used scraps I had and it turned out pretty cute. Don't mind the stains around the bottom of the shirt. I guess the food was super tasty on the 4th and I hadn't gotten around to washing it yet.

I made this super easy and fun diaper/wipes case clutch for my spare to have for the pool or for another activity bag. You can never be too prepared and have diapers pretty much every where you go.
It has two different slots to put wipes on one side and diapers on the other. I fit about 4 diapers which is a good amount as long as you keep it stocked up for the next outing.
This picture turned out a little blurry, sorry. This is a corduroy skirt I made for our little girl for when she is a little bigger. I decided to make her clothes that she can grow into and not overload her with clothes right now. She has too many now as it is. It's fun fabric that my mom of course let me have. She is always sending me such cute fabric from stores out in Utah. Thanks MOM!!!
These next few pictures are back from Easter time. I had made these bags for our card club at my house. They were simple and turned out cute
