Yoon Eun Hye Hair

So it's been a year since I last cut my hair. Actually I did cut my bang which Mr Fiance didn't actually approved.

Anyway, I think it's time to cut my hair again. Well, not exactly cut it actually, because I needed my long hair for my wedding so perhaps, a little layer and trimming should be fine.

I want Yoon Eun Hye hair in I Miss You like this:


With a lot of layer so it get the messy look.

But I know that it will always turn out like this:

My Dream Body

After seeing how ridiculously hot Cha Seung Won even in his 40s, I felt very, I mean very and insanely DEVASTATED. How can someone aged so gracefully? I know he’s also a model so he must stay as handsome as he is. But he looks freaking gorgeous!

He is the reason I stay away from carbs nowadays gosh thank you for making me feel ugly oopa!! LOL.

Anyway, to be honest, his body is the body I wish my partner have hahah (just a wish ok dear). I really love tall guy with abs and skinny leg. I know I sound ridiculous but that’s my dream guy.

As for my dream body, I don’t delusional much about it actually. I appreciate my body the way it is. Just hoping on loosing few kilos as I’m not in the safe-weight-zone anymore, if you know what I mean. And I heard people said if someone are to lose weight, the first fat to go will be the fat in their boobs. That’s very unfair because I love my current boobs now heh.

Nonetheless, if I ever want someone else body, I want to look like these girls. .

Skinny but tall like Gong  Hyo Jin


or someone who get curves and not afraid to show it like Bea Alonzo here.

I know there's a lot more woman with beautiful bodies especially in Hollywood but these are just two of my favorites. They're both were actually a realistic example, aren't they? Hehe.


Running Girl!

Yes, I'm the real running girl. Not Song Ji Hyo. (Lol, kidding)

Well, maybe a part of me. I've been a loyal joggers for like what, 5weeks? OK. So running will always be my 1st love. Yeah, I love running more than any other exercises. Unfortunately, 3 weeks ago, I got injured. My legs, yeah, my precious legs, suddenly feels hurt. Whenever I started jog, there's this unimaginably pain on my left thigh and somewhere in my calf.

The problem is, I've been ignoring the pain  for at least 1 week because I guess that's just another cramp due to my sudden daily exercise. The pain hasn't stop even though I didn't run anymore, just brisk walking. I was very disappointed with myself. Furthermore, my friends is running round by round, leaving me with this useless and unwanted 'feeling'!

It was already 1 week since I stop my daily jog. Part of it is because of my leg, and part of it is because of the weather. Yeah, those rain had always ruined my plan!

Nevertheless, running with a tracker is more fun. I'm using Runkeeper apps, which can track your distance, burned calorie, and your average minimum phase. So if you ever saw me running while holding my hp, it is not because I'm showing off or what OK, it is certainly because I need to track my running so I get to improve myself. Get it? (Because the other day, I heard two girls bad mouthed about me because of that. Shame on them huh?) Actually I'm planning on investing some money for heart rate watch but not right now. Maybe later hehe.

Anyway, my plan was actually  to loose some weight by jogging for 3 months before hitting the gym to tone my body (sounds ambitious, aite? hahah) for at least 2 month because I need to get my weight down before May! Well, yeah, because I got something big going on somewhere in May or June.

The thing is, the weather didn't give a damn about my plan! It keeps raining every evening, I guess there will be no one whole sunny day for the next few days. So I'm actually planning on moving the hitting gym date forward. But still have no idea which gym should I go? And surely that's definitely gonna need money huh.

Dress To Your Body Shape

Yes, hello there! It's me again and I'm back for good. I've promised myself to visit here at least twice in a week so yeah! Here I am, fulfilling my words hehe.

As you know, I'm getting bigger day by day, aite? (It's ok, non-relatable lol) So it's getting hard for me to choose or wear dresses that flatter my body. I do think sometime I'm wearing clothes that doesn't even suitable with my body because you know, sometimes I just want to wear clothes that I feel comfortable and feels good, not the one I looks good or the one that compliment my body the most.

The things is, we, as a women, DO want to looks pretty, rite? So I've stumbled upon venus.com, and not so coincidently, saw this!

So if you still wondering about your body shape, just refer the photo and who know maybe after this, no more fashion disaster OK!

Purple Collagen

Ok quick update! Just want to told you guys about this one species called Rumpai Laut Collagen (or whatever it called). I will share about it later but right now, here's a peek;




This DIY beauty product will sure blow your mind because not only it's good but it's also cheap cheap cheap! Got it from my colleague whose kind enough to give me this for FREE! Yeay! Me-always the happiest girl when I get free things lol!

Water Retention

Updating my SlimDiary:

I told you guys about my plan to lose weight and start a proper diet, aite? In case if you still wondering, this time, I really determined to do this. Me-Ster, is really going to show you that I can lose weight and get rid of my 'chubby' title. And me, definitely going to prove you that if others can, me also doubletriple(sebagai kata penegasan) CAN! *cewah*

Btw, Oh My God! I think TiaHakim was right! She talked about how our body is carrying water weight. So in order to lose it, we have to drink a lot of water. Been following her tips for 1 whole week. Of course, I was being skeptical at first too, but I thought like, there's no harm in trying so I did. I'm not into plain water actually, and it was really hard for me to finish a bottle of 200ML water at first. Because of that, I'm sticking to consume only 1500ML per day (actually Tia Hakim tips is to drink 3-4L of water per day lol)

Ok, what the heck is water retention btw? Well, it's actually a symptom of feeling bloated and puffy *according to me-leh* due to dehydration or too much sodium (means salt) in our diet. Have you ever feel like your tummy is bloating during period? Well, that is also called water retention.

So why drink a lot of water if our body already have excessive water? Yeah, even Berots asked me about this before (because he's being skeptical about my diet plan huh.) But according to wikihow.com, if our body is suffering from dehydration, it retains water as a survival mechanism. So drinking plenty of water actually allows our body to flush and cleanse fluids. *See my point here, dear?hehe*

 At the end of week, indeed I was actually lose 1kg! Well, it's not that much but as Kang Gary used to said,

"Hardwork will never betray you."

So yeah! This is a good start for me.


Short Hair

Thinking to cut my hair. Again. Already cut it short last month but its getting long now. wtf.

This is exactly how my hair looks like right now. Well, minus the color :P

So should I cut it shorter, just color it back, or curl it? Actually I love getting my hair cut, which is why I prefer short. But I always dreamed of having long and straight or curly hair like them:

                 
Curly hair like Vanessa Hudgens or straight hair like Shin Min Ah here. *Nah,I wish! pfft*

Ok, forget long hair wtf. With my chubby yet square-spongebob face, with wide forehead wtf, actually made it hard for me to choose short hairstyles that suit me best. I don't wanna end up look like balloon with flowerhorn head or like my cousin used to said,"macam alien jalan2." (alien kan besar kepala tapi keci badan?) 

WTF.

I don't even know whats my face's shape? I remember asking my friends again and again, "Ko rasa apa bentuk muka sa ah?" Most of them said oval. But I rather believe mine is square cuz my cheek is so big bah damn it. Huh.

Anyway.

I'll choose any of these styles:
 Cut it shorter and some curly 
or just let it be but dye it like Yoon Eun Hye hair here
or maybe cut it like this. Since my hair is straight, it think it will look exactly like this.

So, which one you prefer? (I mean, I prefer?Lol) Wanna know? Yeah, curious ka? Aiya, bz body la you guys ni.Lol. Later ok.
