Ok, I have to preface this with the fact that it has taken literally years for me to come up with a schedule that works for me. So, this one might not exactly work for you, but you can totally build on it. I can't take credit for this idea either because I have had some awesome examples to follow (Kiersta & Mom). I also want to add that I don't always follow the schedule, but I do use it as a check list to make sure I have cleaned everything during the week if I have gotten off. So by popular demand:
Monday:
Clean bathroom
TOP TO BOTTOM {this means I deep clean this area}
General P/U {usually I do this just after dinner so the girls can help}
Vacuum
Sweep/Mop {if you have kept up on everything else, this should only take 10 mins}
Dishes {I usually start a load at night so I can unload in the am and just keep adding the dishes through out the day.}
FHE {lately we have been following the nursery manual, perfect only 2 mins long}
Tuesday:
General P/U
Dishes
Clean Stove {I too love a clean stove Erin}
Clean Fridge {in prep for meal planning and grocery shopping}
1 on 1 w/ Paige
Wednesday:
Free AM
Laundry/Grocery Shop/Meal Plan {I have my own washer and dyer, and still find that I do my laundry all in one day}{I have a composition notebook where I do all my meal planning, I choose Wednesday because the grocery adds come on Tues. The first page is where I list what is on sale and where. The second page has the meals for the week ahead, so I can plan according to what is on sale. The third page is the list for the store. I like to keep it all together like this so I can first, see trends in sales, and second look back at weeks past to plan future meals.}
General P/U
Vacuum
Clean Bathroom {just basic, wiping it all down, or this could be your second bathroom}
Sweep/Mop {remember it's only 10 mins!I love my wet jet swiffer!}
Dishes
Thursday:
General P/U
Dishes
Pay Bills {you could also fill in here, doing the bed linens}
Clean Kids Toys {this is usually when I organize the girls toys}
Park Day (2pm)
Friday:
Clean Desk {this could be the office day, wish we had one}
TOP TO BOTTOM
Dust/Windows {h. loves to do this chore!}
General P/U
Vacuum
Clean Bathroom
Sweep/Mop
Dishes
1 on 1 w/ Hannah
{Friday is also the day when I try to make sure that I don't have to do ANY chores on Saturday... I want to play too and not be cleaning!}
Saturday:
General P/U
Dishes
Plan Nursery
Sunday:
Dishes
REST
Plan for week
EVERYDAY
Make Beds
P/U toys before bed
Brush Girl’s Teeth {for some reason I ALWAYS forget, just their teeth not mine}
Quiet Time
So I hope this helps, I would love to hear your ideas too!

{ Random Things }
1. I have my cleaning schedule posted on my fridge. If I do exactly what it says, anyone can come over at relatively any moment and my house will be clean. I am kinda a freak when it comes to this, expect this last week when I waited four whole days between sweeping. So gross. (see below picture) I am such a clean freak that I can't even pee without looking at the base boards, or the T.P. holder to check for dust. My husband calls me various names, like cleaning nazi, neurotic, and freak! But hey can he really complain he doesn't do ANY of the cleaning! Spoiled Rotten!
2. I also(bethany, betheny, and kiersta) love the show 'what not to wear' and secretly wish I would be picked to go on the show. I love their theories about dressing the body you have now, and not the one you wish you had, or are waiting to dress when you lose 10 pounds or whatever. D. and I plan to go through my closet this week, so replace a few out dated items with some in style ones. Although I find it hard not to revert to my standard jeans (even though I hate all of mine right now) and a t-shirt. How do you dress great and still be an everyday mom?? Yes, I am asking all of you out there for an answer!
3. I love chocolate, but not just any chocolate. Lately it has been the chocolate coating on Klondike Bars. Why does my hubby bring home 4, yes 4 different kinds of Klondike bars to feed our 2 missionaries??
4. I have followed the same bed time and wake up routine for like 5 years, with only a few execptions, like camping and vacations. Same order, and everything.
5. I often cry at movies. I don't normally cry at any other time, so I think during movies is my way of getting my bottled up emotions out onto something that won't judge me, or be bothered by my crying, because well, movie characters are not real. Even though I can relate to how they feel, which is why I cry. So now you know why I am crying at something completely random, that no one else would cry at.
6. I love to meal plan, I wish I had all the money in the world, to try new recipes with fantastic kitchen appliances.
7. I used to claim that I could type pretty fast, but I think it's because I was comparing myself to D. who used to chicken peck at the key board. now 2 years into law school and he types WAY faster than I do. It's amazing!
8. I like reading other people's blogs. It's an awesome way to get in touch with and keep in touch with friends! So, if I know you and you haven't left a comment yet, please do, so I no longer base my self worth off of how many comments I get.
OK my brain is warped. I can only squeeze out 8 facts, you win Betheny. Now for the tagging of other people... since this has epidemic has been going around the blogging world for a while, I tag anyone who has not yet participated, or anyone who would like to participate again.

This has taken me forever!
I think I haven't posted for so long because we really don't have much going on. The holiday season was wonderful, and hectic, and crazy and fun. As it was for the most of you I am sure. We enjoyed having D. home from school and seeing friends and family. The season always seems to come and go so quickly, but we are happy to begin a new year and see what it has in store for us. Not too much as happened this month, just getting back into the swing of things with school and more school. D. is busy with his clubs as usual and has a few big trips planned around the country to learn new things and meet new people. I have a new calling in the nursery and I am sure if you know me, you know how I feel about that, so we'll just keep it at that. H. is in love with school and seems to be quite popular, she has no trouble making friends. We are finally getting a hold of the clothing issues. She wears dresses most days and yoga pants only when it's too cold for her legs. P. loves school as well, and is beginning to talk quite a bit. She is really very smart, just trying to get those words out is hard sometimes. She will hopefully start private speech therapy sometime at the end of this month or the beginning of the next. Overall we started the year with a bang.
I have really enjoyed the comments so keep them coming, and it has been great finding new and old friends through blogging! Again, happy new year, and we might as well add, Happy Valentine's Day too!
