GLITTER AND GORE

Hello Sunday Peeps,
Here is my piece I have made for the Glitter & Gore Challenge over at SMUDGY ANTICS. I have been having a bit of a creative block recently but got inspired last night and this one has come out quite well. I have used 'MoonStruck' from the Movie Madness range by SMEARED INK (drawn by me :-D) and a couple of heads from the 'Gross Anatomy' set.
I coloured her digitally and then printed her 4 times and fussy cut for 3D effect. I used glitter on my moon and on parts of the sky. I coloured the heads using Copics.

Here's a closer one trying to show the glitter on the moon !! I think you can just about see it, but if I use too much flash it bounces off. Glitter is a bit of a bugger to try and photograph and it definitely don't scan !!! :-D 

I made up a sentiment and smurged some red ink over it for a draggy blood type effect for added gore :-D

I am hoping I will get my Mojo back soon as everything is such a bloomin' struggle just now :-(

MACABRE MONDAY AT HAUNTED DESIGN HOUSE

Hello Monday Peeps and welcome to MACABRE MONDAY HDH165 at HAUNTED DESIGN HOUSE............ SKELETAL REMAINS
Now that means anything with Bones, Skeletons, Skulls etc.
This week we are sponsored by THE OCTOPODE FACTORY and I was lucky enough to receive 'JACK' to play with :-D

                                               

Since Spring is allegedly coming for most of you !!! .... I decided to have a Spring theme to my creation.
I coloured 'Jack' digitally in some 'Springy' type colours... well for him anyways..... and he is in his world together with some skellie sheep and flowers from the 'Killer Bo Peep' set by SMEARED INK.
The other side is of course the 'normal' world with gay Spring flowers and frolicking lambies .. alias 'Mr Wool' from SCRIBBLES DESIGNS. Little do they know of the strange creepy alternate Spring world symbiotically existing beside them !!! bwaahahahaha LoL

Well - there are loads of gorgeous creations for you to feast your eyes upon over at HDH, so why not pop over, have a squint and play along with us :-D

Sorry I am a little behind at the moment. We had guests for a few days and I had no time to come down and sort myself out.

MACABRE MONDAY AT HAUNTED DESIGN HOUSE - HDH164

Good Morning and welcome to Week 2 of HDH164 - "BARE BONES/CAS" (Clean & Simple) Challenge over at HAUNTED DESIGN HOUSE.
Inevitably I always struggle with CAS - always want to pile more stuff on there LoL  I have used a new digi I drew over the weekend. It is coloured digitally and the backgrounds are from Crafty Chaos  'Lair of The Beast' set. The frame is digital as well so this is a totally flat piece. I haven't named my new digi yet as I am still 'tweaking'...... I can never quite leave them alone - there's always something else I see/feel the need to change LoL I was thinking of something like "Put your face on, we're going out"  hahahaha !!!

I hope you will come over and play and see what the other Minions of the Dungeon have made for your inspiration.

FREEBIE FRIDAY 14 WORLD TOUR SERIES - BULGARIA

Happy Friday and welcome to the next stop on our World Tour...... BULGARIA..... especially for my friend BORQNA who lives there :-D She sent me a fabulous calendar and a fridge magnet with recipes on it. It is amazing how the Bulgarian food is very much like our traditional recipes here in Kalymnos.
I have added a style of National Costume here, but - like us here in Greece - Bulgaria has variations according to which area you come from. :-)I hope you enjoy them but please respect my wishes and DO NOT SHARE or PIN. !!
