Couldn't find address for the%20second%20circuit%2c%20in%20a.m.%20v.%20new%20york%20city%20department%20of%20education%2c%20held%20that%20where%20the%20school%20district%20developed%20an%20individualized%20education%20program%20%28%22iep%22%29%20for%20an%20autistic%20child%2c%20that%20was%20against%20the%20clear%20consensus%20of%20the%20substance%20of%20the%20evaluative%20materials%20present%20at%20the%20iep%20meeting%20of%20the%20committee%20on%20special%20education%20%28%22cse%22%29%2c%20such%20iep%20failed%20to%20provide%20the%20child%20%20with%20a%20free%2c%20appropriate%20public%20education%20under%20the%20individuals%20with%20disabilities%20act.%20%20in%20so%20holding%2c%20the%20court%20vacated%20the%20decision%20of%20the%20district%20court%20and%20remanded%20the%20case%20for%20a%20determination%20as%20to%20whether%20the%20placement%20that%20the%20parents%20had%20made%20was%20appropriate%20and%20that%20equitable%20considerations%20favor%20reimbursement%20for%20the%20sum%20that%20the%20parents%20had%20to%20pay%20for%20that%20placement.%20%20in%20a.m.%2c%20the%20evidence%20before%20the%20cse%20showed%20that%20a.m.%20needed%20intense%20applied%20behavior%20analysis%20therapy.%20%20the%20school%20district%20had%20declined%20to%20provide%20for%20such%20therapy%20in%20the%20iep.%20%20a%20copy%20of%20the%20court%27s%20decision%20in%20this%20case%20can%20be%20found%20here:
