Trunk or Treat

Last night our ward had their Trunk or Treat, which I absolutely LOVE! No walking from house to house, it makes Trick or Treating a little easier and a lot more fun!
So I decided this year I was going to make the girls Costumes, I love sewing and I loved the idea of beautiful little girl costumes. So my mom bought the patterns and sent them down here with Seths Parents. Terri and I spent a couple days sewing and got Meika's done and part of Sienna's. I finally finished Sienna's last week and I think they turned out absolutely DARLING!

Here is Meika as Cinderella, I thought she looked so cute! I think it was like a dream come true for her, all she needed was the prince. She tried to get Seth to be the prince, but Seth said he didn't have the right costume. Darn it, Maybe next time!

Sienna was so scared the whole nigh because some people painted their faces or were wearing masks and it just freaked her out. So here she is holding on to Seth's leg so no one will get her!

She is Tinkerbelle, just in case you couldn't tell.

Here is Joseph as a Kangaroo, him and his mom came, which was fun because we have been trying to get them to come to church or pretty much any church activity there has been in the last two months. And they finally came!

Pre-School Field Trip

Halloween Is So Fun

We got down our box of Halloween stuff today (so exciting) and we found some of Meika's funny teeth from last year. Seth and I were laughing so hard as Meika put each of them in and did some silly face. It was really funny to see big, nasty teeth in her mouth, but it was even more entertaining to see how much she loved putting on a show.
Then Seth got out his scary pig mask that he wore last year, and tried to snuggle Sienna and but she got too freaked out!Poor girl! But it was really funny! Last year at our trunk or treat some of the little kids wouldn't even come by Seth to get candy, they were too scared...
We are still trying to decide what Seth and I will be for Halloween this year, anyone have any ideas, of easy but fun ones??

Sienna is Walking

This is a short video of Sienna walking, its cute because she has a doll in each hand. She Loves Baby dolls and luckily we have a whole lot of them! In the video Meika is walking by with no shirt on and is on the phone with my brother, Matt and his wife, Meggan.




This is Sienna after I had trimmed her hair, I locked her in a booster seat, set her in front of the t.v. and gave her a plate full of Oreo s. But she still doesn't look very happy huh!

Our Trip to St. George

Every year we look forward to going to St. George to cheer on Seth's Dad, Rock, while he runs the marathon. This year was his 29th time running that marathon, amazing huh! Seth's sister Sage ran it this year as well and she seemed to be pretty active afterward, but I guess with 4 kids she didn't really have much of a choice.

This is Meika and her cousin Bethany, They had so much fun together. It made me sad that we don't live closer to them because when we left Bethany came to me and said "Can I ride in your car" and I wished that she could and her and meika could play together all the time!

Joseph

About a month ago a girl (April) in our complex who we had met through the missionaries came over and asked if I would be interested in watching her little boy who is turning one this Sunday.
Anyways I wanted to introduce Joseph to everyone since he is pretty much part of our family. He is over here Thursday through Monday from 6am-3:30.
He is very different from my girls in the way that he thinks he needs to be right next to me ALL the time. But he is warming up to the idea of playing by himself.

I had just spiked Josephs hair with Gel. I love little boys hair spiked! It is so cute!

This is Sienna right after she had Hit Joseph on the head. For some reason she likes to pat his head and sometimes I see her rubbing his head. She really does bully him. She will take his toys and he doesn't even try to fight back. So sad!

Grandma & Grandpa Came to visit

Seth's parents came last weekend to pick up some cars, and were able to stay a night with us. Meika had so much fun listening to Grandma and Grandpa read her stories and sing her songs. When either of our parents come to visit she always says "I love them so much". I think that she really misses being close to all her cousins and grandparents!
