Friday.

Quick update on baby girl #3! Unless something happens in the next two days, she will be born on Friday morning. I have a scheduled c-section at 7:30am on Oct. 24th! I can't believe I am actually going to make it close to my due date! After having the twins so early, I didn't know if my body was capable of going full term. Apparently I am! So check back on Friday, hopefully I can get someone to post pictures of her! I don't know what I am more excited about...not being pregnant or seeing my sweet baby! Of course, seeing my sweet baby!

The little darlings...

Emma playing with Austin! She is a little aggressive! She kept hitting him in the head with a plastic soda bottle! Sorry little buddy! We still love you!

Camden doing karoke at Grandma's house! My girls love the microphone!
We have to wear our hats backwards so we do not pull them off!

Just a few snap shots of the girls! I absolutely love the stage the girls are in right now! Everything is new and exciting, and everyday is different! It is pretty much impossible to get the girls to take a picture together. One is always on the move! They were weighed last week at the doctors office, and are quite chubby! Camden is 21lbs 8 oz., and Emma is 21lbs 6 oz. No wonder I have to stop and catch my breath every time I carry them up the stairs! Being pregnant does not help! I love the picture of Camden holding the vacuum! She loves the vacuum, and thinks it is a game to chase it while I am cleaning. Emma on the other hand, hates the vacuum, and is usually crying the whole time it is on. She is also hiding behind the couch, to avoid getting near it! It sometimes surprises me how different the girls really are! I swear I am doing the exact same thing with both of them, but the reactions are always unique. Camden is a very busy girl, and gets into everything she can touch. She will not sit still and talk to me unless she has something really important to say, or wants my attention for a new trick or needs food. She is always smiling and happy to see her parents or her sister! Emma is very dramatic and vocal. She knows how to scream, and demands the attention of everyone in the room. Her verbal skills are impressive, and she loves to fake laugh when anyone else is laughing. She also pretends to pick something off the floor and eat it, so of course I am constantly putting my fingers in her mouth to fish it out. Only to discover there was nothing ever in there! Both girls are moving everywhere, Emma thinks she can walk like Camden sometimes, but really she is not quite there. They are both so much fun to watch! I could not imagine our family without them! Seeing how different they are, makes me wonder how this new little baby will be! We can't wait to meet her! I am sure that she will be just as unique! The big question is will she have blond hair or brown? Good thing we do not have to wait much longer!

Mariah's Homecoming Dance

My cute little sister Mariah went to the homecoming dance last night! It was her first dance experience, now that she is legal to date, and I was thrilled to see her all dressed up! She looked just beautiful! Here are a few pictures of my adorable little sister! (Lucky for Mariah, she was blessed with three older sisters, we all made it a point to share there opinions about hair, makeup, shoes, and jewelry! I don't know what she was more excited about, going to the dance, or getting away from us yesterday afternoon!)

Camden's Black Eye

Last month our faithful computer decided it no longer wanted to work! It woke up one day and decided it was done! Rob and I were beyond upset when it happened, and were just praying that our very computer talented friend Aaron would be able to retrieve all of our pictures and documents from the hard drive. Luckily, Aaron is brilliant and was able to recover everything! Anyway, to make a long story short, we finally have a new computer, and I was able to download all of the pictures from my camera. So I want to record a few things that I missed posting about in the last month!

First, while I was getting the bath ready for the girls, Camden took a spill into the dresser and instantly had a black eye. When I got the room, where Rob was "supposedly" watching the girls, all I could see was Camden crying and her eye starting to bleed. Being a new mother, I was instantly preparing to take my child to the emergency room for stitches. Rob quickly calmed me down, and showed me the tiny scratch that was already done bleeding. The least I could do for my daughter, who was already on to her next accident, was place a band aid over the wound. The next day her eye was completely black and swollen! I was afraid to take her out in public, I thought someone might report me to the authorities for child abuse! When I removed the band aid the next day, there was a nice rash left in its place. To make the whole eye worse, my attempt at doing something to fix the problem, actually gave Camden's sensitive skin a rash. She is allergic to the sticky stuff on band aids! Anyway, it was crazy! Here a few pictures to document my wild child!

Our Story...

Rob and I met in November of 2002 in the financial services office at BYU. After a very akward introduction, which involved me introducing myself in the third person, Rob called and asked me out. After a pretty amazing first date (its a long story-some other time), I confidently told Rob "that once he dated me he would never want to date anyone else." I really had no idea at that point that it was going to work out so well. We dated for the next five months and then one beautiful night on a bridge at Sundance resort, Rob and I got engaged. We were married four months later on August 16, 2003 in the Las Vegas, NV temple. And we have been living happily ever after since...
