Tulip Festival

We went to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point last week. I was so excited to go because I love Tulips! I was a little disappointed though. Due to the type of weather we have had this spring (warm then cold then warm then cold then warm, oh you get the picture) there weren't too many tulips there to be seen. It was a really nice warm day and they had entertainment and little booths we could stop and look at but not too many tulips. And we weren't there long when the girls started to get really kranky. Hannah kept complaining that she had rocks or something in her shoes and Abi, well I'm not exactly sure what her problem was she was just whining. We walked past a girl getting her bridal pictures taken and Abi was so cute she said "She looks like a Princess." And then she asked where the prince was. We told her that he wasn't there and she said "She needs to go and find a Prince." It was cute. Here are a few pictures of the flowers they had there. Don't get too excited again not a whole lot of tulips!

And this is what Hannah looked like by the time we left.

A duck holding Spiderman?

For those of you who have been down to Cabelas in Lehi or at least driven past the off ramp you may have noticed a sign that looks like this.....
We see this sign almost everyday, or at least everytime we go somewhere seeing as though even the nearest grocery store is 5 miles away. Anyway, for some reason when we go past this sign at first Abi started out by saying that she saw a duck. Ok I guess somewhere in that sign a duck might be visible in the mind of a 3 year old. Well now it's not just a duck. It's a duck holding Spiderman!
