Here we all are to Celebrate Grammy's Birthday
Aunt Caitie invited her friends over and they all dresses up in their formals to have a tea party with Elaina! They had a Blast!
The highlight of the trip had to be Ender! Both Elaina and Poppy could not get enough
We made sledding hill out of the snow from the back porch that was just the perfect size for Elaina!

Busy week
This is my true demon child
This week Our dear sweet 3 year old has been in more trouble than can be described but I will try. Monday she climbed her bookcase and got her lotion and smeared it all over her rocking chair in her room as well as on the floor. She also decided to get her diaper rash cream and mixed it in there and also mixed in her toothpaste. It was truly a mess.
Tuesday she got into her hair stuff and was chewing on a wad of rubber bands as well as having them spread all over her room.
Wednesday I had my family over for Minestrone soup and she "helped" me make it. I left the pepper out and she must have added her own when i was not looking because it tasted so bad of too much pepper no one could eat it! It was so embarrassing.
Thursday she got the hand soap dispenser from her bathroom and squirted it all over her floor (that made a soapy mess!)
Friday she woke up early and found a pen and colored all over herself and her slippers. And Finally yesterday I gave her a spoon full of peanut butter(her favorite snack) and she decided to paint the den with it!
Today has been ok, we haven't had any messes but unfortunately she has diarrhea. Earlier before church when she was on the potty she told us "I have pee poopies today" We about died! Needless to say my house is a mess and i am exhausted! Not to mention this week we have a ton of things going on including a trip to Dayton Childrens Hospital tomorrow for an ultrasound and VCUG! Oh and I have a working interview next week! So wish me luck cause if I have another week like this one I am in trouble.

Games with Daddy!
Here is the latest game she loves to play with Daddy
We decided to get a tree this year! Since we always spend Christmas in Idaho we never have gotten one but Elaina really wanted one of her own.
Since she was puking all day yesterday I let her stay in her PJ's today!
And since she was "so sick yesterday, I don't need my hairs done" I did not do her hair either!
My mom made this nativity. It is stuffed and completely child proof and the best gift ever! She loves being able to play with the nativity.
And of course like all kids her favorite thing to do is to get underneath it!

I love that she can see a picture of the prophet and know his name! Not to mention to think of him as someone who listens to people!

It was a really nice night so we went outside to let her play and after she was done riding her bike this is what she wanted to do
In case you do not understand all that she is singing, it is a mixture of" I am a Child of God", The ABC song and twinkle little star. As well as some origional Elaina's mixed in there. She is quite the vocalist

Bandaid kick, Ballerina toy and July 4th
Elaina wants a band aid for every injury she gets no matter how insignificant. We have devised a new rule and it is that she has to be bleeding in order to get a bandaid. The other day she bit her lip and it was bleeding so in order to be consistent good parents we gave her a bandaid. The funny thing is that she never leaves them on very long, about a minute tops, and she thinks that has provided its therapeutic benefit. It is majorly funny.
I went to a teacher supply store and found some very fun puzzles and flash cards, but what she really loved is this ballerina that is magnetic that she can dress up.
I bought the movie Madagascar this week and she absolutely loves it, we watch it about once a day. In the movie they sing the song "I like to Move it, move it" and she loves it and started singing it all the time.
After much arguing i convinced TY to take us to the local parade and fireworks. Elaina loved it, especially the candy, the horses and the princesses of course. Jared and Palmer came with us to keep poor Ty company.
Here we are waiting for fireworks playing with glow sticks. Elaina fell in a puddle and ran around in her underwear all night. The fireworks were good if there were not long pauses in between blasts, oh well, Elaina loved it.
I could not get a video of her clapping and calling out the colors of the fireworks because it was too dark but at least with this video you can hear her a little bit.
