BEAUTIFUL WHITE HOUSE

I can’t express how much I like this house. I discovered it via the blog “April & May” and… I love it. Everything is white combined with wood. There is stone, beautiful shapes and stunning small garden. 

The house is renovated by the La Buhardi - architectural and graphic design studio from Spain.

STUNNING BEACH HOUSE

I’m totally in love with this stunning Beach House in Sorento. I found it in the beautiful Australian blog “Share Design” and … oh… I don’t know even where to start. Ok... first the color palette - my favorite at the moment – white, wood and blue. Here and there you can see copper accessories, but the main palette stays close to the natural colors with some beautiful pastel touches. Second - the furniture – I’ll die for these safari chairs in the dining area. And the bathroom - so stylish and minimalistic without unnecessary things. Simply amazing.

Oh and I almost forget to tell you that this weekend house was designed by Shareen Joel Design.

A FORMER ABANDONED HOUSE IN BRUSSELS

What do you think will happen when an interior designer discovers an abandoned house and wants it for himself? This exactly happens to the interior designer Lionel Jadot. He found this house abandoned in Brussels and turned it into an amazing home - with beautiful vintage furniture, white and lots of wood. THE BLACK APARTMENT

I admire the work of Romain Richard. He has such a great sense for the details in the interior and I often browse his portfolio for inspiration. 

There is one apartment there that is really special. It is mostly dominated by the black color. Yes, I wrote it correctly - black…. and I like it a lot. The color adds such a dramatic touch in the whole area and also the texture just pops up. I know that the black color is very specific - in some areas the black color symbolizes the lost and the death while somewhere else it is the color of happiness. 

Anyway, I would love to hear from you - yes or no to the black walls and details. And what feelings this pictures bring to you?

What a wonderful and inspiring website! The Everygirl is an "online resource helping share the creative, career-driven woman to experience her life better lived". 

There I found the beautiful apartment of Madelynn Furlong in Minneapolis. The place is full of light and a great mixture of wood, texture and minimalism on a budget.

HOW THE STYLIST SUSANNA VENTO LIVES?

I’m sorry for the silence here in the last two days. I had pretty busy week, practicing my photography and preparing myself for the big step that’s in front of me. But now is time for something stylish and inspiring. 

The Finnish stylist Susanna Vento always surprises with original and lovely ideas. Her portfolio, which unfortunately she doesn’t update so often, is full of beautiful interiors and editorials. Long time ago I wrote a blog post about her home in Helsinki and today I have some more pictures thanks to the American magazine Dwell.

A TOUCH OF YELLOW

Hello,

Monday is here, the spring is here and I have a great idea for you how to add emotions in your home. Why don't you add some yellow color? This is the color of the sun and always brings positive mood.  In this cozy and small Scandinavian apartment there is a tiny  touch of yellow but it makes a big difference.
