3:25 pm - I tried to write this yesterday, but livejournal was buggin out.
You know how some candy wrappers like M&Ms;, Snickers, Skittles, etc. have codes inside of them? If you read carefully, it says to goto HitTheCode.com if you're not a winnner. There, you can enter the code inside the wrapper to try to win something else. My friends and I have been collecting those wrappers. We buy some each day, and get wrappers from people who don't want them. I'd say we try about 10-20 a week. We've been doing this since about the begining of the school year. But, we haven't won anything yet. Until today. In study hall, I went to the library as usual (I have to because I'm a media aid) my friend Luke (also an aid) took care of attendence, since it was his turn. While he did that, I tried the new codes on the computer next to the check-in table. We had 6 wrappers to try, and I went through them one after the other. It so happens that the second-to-the-last one was a winner. We won 1,300 and some Turkish dollars. At first this sounded great. But actually it only equals about 1 American dollar. Oh well, I decided to accept it, just to show we won something. The website said "Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery." I have to wait six weeks for a stinkin dollar?! It'd be cool if they sent it in Turkish money. :)

6:18 pm - You better watch out...
I saw the HArry Potter Movie yesterday. I thought it was great. Althought it was very long (2 1/2 hours) I thought it was short. Tho, if they put the entire book on video it would be hours long. I thought Voldemort looked really human. I don't know, I've always seen him more snake-like. The Quidditch match and the chess game had to be my favorite parts. The Quidditch game looked just like I pictured it in my mind. Dumbledore looked great, but he was so, I dunno, old? I mean, I know he's supposed to be old, but he looked ancient. The other actors were great. Hermione is definately my all time favorite HP character. Snape was cool, he was just so Snapeish. The voice and everything. Harry's parents were cool. They did skip a lot in the movie tho, but I can't wait for the video release! Today, we went to get wine and cheese for my Grandpa for Christmas. We also visited my Great-Grandma in the nursing home. She was doing fine. They put her on oxygen lately, and it reminds me of Coty's Grandpa. Now we're setting up the Christmas tree. Mom's got a Christmas CD blaring (sp?) Our tree is nice. We bought a new one last year after Christmas when they were on sale. It opens like an umbrella, and it's pre-lit. The lights are already strung on. What used to take 2 hours to get the tree and lights on, now takes less than 5 minutes. Even if you take a bulb out of it's socket, it'll stay lit. Cool. This time next year, we'll be watching the second HP movie. I'm excited about The Lord Of The Rings, I better hurry up and finish the book... Oh, and the live-action Scooby Doo movie coming out this summer. Monster's Inc looks cool too. I'm becoming a movie buff. The theater we watched HP in was huge. Almost an Omnimax, but not quite. I gotta go, type 2 u later!

6:20 pm - Scary day
There was a bomb threat at our school today. This is the story as I know it. Around 11:20, the front office recieved a call. The caller didn't give a name but said that there was a bomb in the school that would go off in 30 minutes. Immediatley the principle came over the louder speaker and told everyon to go to their lockers, get their coats and go to homeroom "This is an emergency!" I reported to homeroom with the rest of my anxious class. Then another announcement over the loud speaker, "Everyone report to the football stadium, teachers bring your rosters and Crisis Guideline books." Now, we're only in homeroom like twice a year, so therefore my teacher dosen't do rollcall of our class much. She fumbled through her papers looking for it, I guess she found it because she took attendence and we immediatley walked out the nearest fire exit. It was very cold outside. We remained in the stadium for over half an hour while a Crisis Team searched our school. Once it was found safe to go back in, the entire student body filed back into the building. I went to my last few minutes of Algebra. When I arrived in the classroom, another annoucement came over the speakers once more, this time telling everyone exactly what the situation was. For those who felt threatened or scared, the school allowed free calls in the front office (which usually costs 25 cents) to call their parents to come get them. Half the students left. I stayed though because I only had 2 more classes left for the day. Thankfully, the rest of the day went on without any more disturbances. I am however, still deciding whether or not I will go back to school tommorow. Tommorow is our last day before the fall break. I also have to do a presentation on Stimulants and Hypnotics for my Health and Wellness class on the day we come back from break. I may just stay home and finish the report with my availible resources. Today was a scary expierience for all envolved. On a lighter note, Brenton, Dan, and I are starting a comic together. It is similar to Pink Paper Manga. We each take turns drawing some pages, then pass it onto the next person. So far the story is: I go on a quest and make an evil mage mad, so he turns me into a demi demon. Then Brenton goes to my house and is somehow trasformed into a cat. Then we all meet up in a bar. It's odd, and Brenton kinda copied off my story. Oh well. Well, later!

3:30 pm - Class, pay attention!
Whoa, I haven’t written in this for a while. Let me catch you up on my life. ;)
Lessee, last Wednesday, I had to take a day off school to go to a conference in Columbus. It was for 4-H. The meeting was really boring and the meeting room was exceptionally hot. Ugh. But, they did have good food. The event was catered sp? And they had baked potatoes, soup and salad. On Friday I went to see my Great Grandma in the nursing home. I don’t think she really belongs there, but there’s no one that can take care of her. I mean, she’s still got her mind, and she’s very clever, but she can’t walk well. Anyway, Saturday I did some stuff online, talked to my friends in a chat room, worked on my website (I need to update bad ^^;;), and drew a bunch of stuff. I’m going to clean out the old archives on Lukewarm Snow, nobody ever looks at my old stuff anymore, and I need the extra space. Basically, I’m tearing everything on Lukewarm Snow done, and starting from scratch, but I’m leaving up the more recent stuff. Then Sat. evening, I had to baby sit. We rented Dr. Dolittle 2, and Recess Christmas. Dr. Dolittle was good. Sunday, we went to church in the morning, then Coty, Brenton, and Dan came over after lunch. We explored the woods across the street, and we took a camcorder with us. When we got back, we watched what we had recorded. It was hilarious! I got this awesome shot. I was filming, and I was looking at Brenton, when I turned round’ this corn cob was chucked at my head, and you see Coty laughing in the distance. It was great. You see this corn cob flying in slow motion, right at the camera, then the camera goes down, and Coty is laughing in the distance. We watched what had already been recorded on the tape, and there were pieces of a movie the Brent and his cousin made. There was also a bit of Brenton as the crocodile hunter, and he kept saying “Crankey” instead of “Crikey” it was good. Oh, I gotta go do my Algebra homework, cya!

4:27 pm - website updation
Project: Elfin and Lukewarm Snow have been updated. I finished Project: Elfin issue 1, and slightly tweaked the layout. On Lukewarm Snow, I added a couple of pics. Not much new stuff but... Anyway I am gonna apply at Yerf.com. It's a friendly-furry archive. I am going to send in some old humanimal stuff and I have a few new things I might send for my application.

I haven't updated this in awhile. Anyway, my Aunt Tami had her baby last week, his name is Keegan Michael. I love that name! I'm gonna make a character with that name. I also won a coloring contest for 4-H. XD

Here's the winning entry...

8:13 pm - my weekend in DC
Well, the trip to Washington D.C. was pretty uneventful. Here’s how the weekend went…

Thursday- Drove 8 hours to D.C. I played Zelda: Oracle of the Ages most of the time. I drew some, and penciled in two pages of Elfin. Arrived at hotel around 8:00 pm. Got subs at Subway and brought them back to the hotel room.

Friday- Woke up around 8:30, got ready and went to breakfast in the lobby. Then we went to Leesburg (sp?) and shopped at the outlet malls. I got 2 new sweaters, a pair of shoes, and a hat. I wanted to buy Game Boy Wars advance, but we’d have to go all the way back to DC to return it if it didn’t work. That evening we went to the rehearsal dinner at Andrew’s (the groom) parent's house.

Saturday- Slept in really late. I grabbed some food in the lobby before they put it away. Then we went swimming in the indoor pool and hot-tub. We ate lunch at this really good Italian place. Around 3 we had to get ready for the wedding. Then we actually went to the wedding. Jenny (my cousin) looked great. Her dress was beautiful. I had steak for dinner there, and lemon cake for desert. We danced some, and then we went back to the hotel around 10:30pm.

Sunday (today)- Woke up around 8:00, ate breakfast in the lobby again. We packed up and left around 10:20. The drive home was all right. I played Zelda: Oracle of the Ages again. I’m almost to the end, I just need the last essence of time. I also drew some more. I drew Link and some other stuff like, the costumes for my friends and mine movie. That’s about it. Then when we came home, we had French toast for dinner! Whee! Then my grandpa came up and we talked for a little bit, then I typed this. Now lets see if I can talk mom out of making us got to school tomorrow…

3:58 pm - Tragedy hits America
I'm sorry for not checking in earlier. I tried getting on yesterday, but because of the crisis, the lines were down. I hope everyone is okay. We are still going to D.C., but we won't be flying. We're also not staying long. I'd like to talk about what happened yesterday, but I think we've heard all we need to. In rememberance of those killed or wounded & their families, this journal will be silent the rest of the day. Thank you, and please donate blood, it's your duty to help those in need.

4:46 pm - ramblings
Yesterday was rabbit judging, I lost to Danielle again. She keeps her rabbits in the basement in the AC so they don't shed. Coty, Cruze, and I found that a bunny had died in the adult section. An older kid helped us to dispose of it and to tell the owner. Very sad. On a lighter note, I had about 100 math probelms in Algebra. I mean, it was simple Algebra, but soooo many o.0
Tonight I'm getting a hair cut, and we're going shopping. I hope MegaMan BattleNetwork is out I'm gonna buy it whoo!

6:55 pm - I wore my Old Gravy shirt today
The first day of school was torture.
1. I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night.
2. I woke up with a sore throat.
3. It was freezing at school.
4. Because it was so cold, I started to get a runny nose.
5. None of the teachers have tissues. ><;;
6. Each class is on the other side of the school. So after each class I have to walk the whole way across the building.
7. I hardly had any lunch, cause I have the last lunch period.

School Sux
