Dinner and a date... Well - I have a pseudo date tonight. I'm cooking dinner.
I spent about an hour planning it out and used a myriad of recipe sources. Martha Stewart Living Cookbook (ofcourse - that's my Bible), Gourmet Food & Wine magazine, and some info I got from the internet. Oh - and this new dessert cookbook I've been wanting to try.
So what is Christopher making for dinner you ask? Well - here goes:
Our main course this evening will be the pork-loin marinated in olive oil, red wine, fresh squeezed orange juice, garlic cloves, rosemary sprigs, cumin, various spices, then pan-seared, pecan-crusted and baked.
This will be sliced and placed on top of fresh whipped potatoes with a hint of nutmeg and a side of pineapple/papaya/cucumber/jalapeno salsa.
Accompanying the main course will be green salad with toasted garlic pecans, small madarin orange slices and homeade orange-balsamic vinagrette.
For dessert, we'll be having homeade butter pound cake placed atop a Creme Anglaise sauce and drizzled with raspberry compote.
YUM! :) I wish he was here. I'm hungry. | Tuesday, June 25th, 2002 | 4:34 pm |
Mmmmm what a delicious day today was. I was SO relaxed. I layed out naked floating most of the day on a raft. Then, I came inside and accomplished so many things that needed to be done. I hung two enormous mirrors, rearranged the hall closet so that I could put the rest of the boxes in there, and even made the bed. (Side note - the maid forgot to clean my bathroom - remind Consuela not to forget again.) I'm laying on my bed, gazing out the window at the pool. The soft wind is making the most beautiful ripples across the water. Down the tile hallway, I can hear the fountain echoing, and the fish doing the occasional backflip. The one thing left to make this moment perfect is to have someone snuggled up to me with his head on my chest, running his fingers through my recently trimmed chest hair. :o) Current Mood: relaxedCurrent Music: Home and Dry - Pet Shop Boys | Thursday, June 20th, 2002 | 4:19 pm |
does anyone know what to do for really severe panic attacks? I've been having so many lately. This week, I've had 2 that caused me to black out. I've been having one all day since I woke up this morning - feels almost like asthma. :( I'm suffocating damn it!! | Tuesday, June 18th, 2002 | 1:54 pm |
what a horrible night... Last night, I met this guy and his 2 friend out for drinks that I'd been talking to online. I didn't drink because I was too tired and that would've put me to sleep. I ran into a few other friends, then we left. We went to some friend of theirs that lived nearby. The guy was totally wasted on a whole concoction of drugs - he couldn't even mutter a sentence. And, it didn't look fun. It wasn't that "I'm so high on X I can't talk" look... it was that "I've done K and coke and G and draino and everything under my kitchen sink in the past hour" look. He looked miserable. I was kinda worried about him. I just kinda kept sippin on my Koolaid waitin for us to leave. Apparantly at some point I picked up the wrong glass of Koolaid - one that was FULL of GHB. WAY too much GHB. As we were leaving, I started to feel really unusual - almost drunk. By the time we got to the bottom of the elevator, I was barely able to stand up. By the time we got to the front door, I couldn't. The two guys had to help me to the car. The whole planet started spinning backwards and I hurled in the grass. I tried to sit up, but I kept passing out. They were my ride and I was afraid they were gonna leave me there, but luckily they didn't. I vomited in the parking garage, as we were leaving the parking garage, and several times on the way home. Somehow, I managed to get in the house. The house just kept going and going. Living in a huge house has its disadvantages. I got to my bedroom and vomited again on a towel. It was mostly dry heaves. It kept getting worse. I laid in my bed all night fading in an out on consciousness. At several points, I thought I should call 911, but I couldn't get to the phone. Today I feel fucking awful. I'm still nautious, queezy, and dizzy. That's a horrible drug, I can't understand why anyone would do it. And - if I had actually been drinking before we arrived, I would probably be dead or in a coma. In some strange way, I guess I'm lucky. Current Mood: nauseated | Monday, June 17th, 2002 | 3:21 am |
How now, brown cow? Well - I had a great weekend. I was completely offline. I had a date Friday night with this guy I'd been talking to online.
We spent hours talking Friday night, then cuddling... eventually we worked our way up to kissing, but no sex. Then, early the next morning things got really passionate. :) He went with me to my grandparents' ranch so I could get 2 of my chairs out of storage that I needed for the bedroom. I found we have SO much in common - we've read all the same obscure philo' and sike books, have the same tastes in movies, etc. It was really weird because... as things go - I'm a pretty fucking freaky freak when it comes to what I like an don't. It was just interested to find someone else who was the same way. And, I know he wasn't makin it up because he was the one listing the books an movies. :>
He didn't leave until this morning, and I was very sad to see him go. I don't know if I'll ever see him again, but I have no expectations. I hope he becomes a regular part of my life. I felt terrific when he touched me, and usually I have a difficult time letting anyone touch me. :)
As for the bedroom project, I also got the 2 giant beveled/framed mirrors. Now I'm at an impass. You know how it is when you look at something too much and it all starts to run together? Well - that's how my room has become. I can't see the forest for the trees.
I need an interior designer! Or - at least - someone who's really good with this stuff an won't charge a starving college student to help him. :> | Thursday, June 13th, 2002 | 2:57 am |

Reason #97 why I do not need a boyfriend... This one is several years old, but still a clearer oneDo you have any idea how difficult it is to take pictures of this with an autotimer? Not to mention my legs get in the way... | 2:54 am |
Day 397 Well - today was an interesting day. I've almost completed my bedroom. I was all excited and wanted to take pix. I found a multipurpose adapter that I'd forgotten and it worked on my digital camera.
But then, I realized I no longer have the 24 pin connector cord needed to download the pictures. It's an older digital camera.

a very very spunky day... Man - I haven't been wankin much lately because I've been workin on that furniture, but I woke up today with a raging, dripping erection. As soon as I fix my digital camera, I'll take some new ones and also pix of my new an improved bedroom. These are older pix, but here are a few. :P I'd love to trade with other guys. :> christophermichael@sbcglobal.net Current Mood: hornyCurrent Music: Would you lick my candle? Errr.. damn - my shit sho' is tired! well - the headboard on the bed turned out nicely. I just need to paint the lower half of it black. I wasn't expecting that part to show - I must've mismeasured. The armoir looks pretty good too. All I gotta do is paint the inside of it black and it's ready to go. It probably weighs about 1000lbs. It will def take 4 people to get it into my bedroom. 2 people could probably carry it barely, but wouldn't have enough control - both the armoir and the hallway would be destroyed. Just for kicks, I refinished a very ordinary picture frame that I had. It's now dark walnut so it matches the motiff. I'm also working on the bedside table. It's a mediterranian lookin table, but it was previously dark red mahogony. It's hexagonal (??? does that mean six ??? I'm so tired I don't fucking know!!) It had 3 panels in the front, all of which were missing. I cut out masonite to fit the panel openings, then covered it with the leftover caining from the headboard. I stained the table dark walnut and the caining light walnut. I'll have to wait till its completely assembled to see how I feel about it. I need to get a couple of my chairs from my grandparents' ranch and I'm pretty set. All I'll have left to deal with is deciding what to do about the chest of drawers. It looks like the idea I had for using baskets instead of drawers isn't gonna be feasable because baskets are like 10 bucks piece, so I'm lookin at 100 bucks just for baskets to go in the chest of drawers. I also went and got my plants today from the friend that was plant sitting. I also got my pond stuff so I've got this enormous black tub in the hallway where Fred (the Koi) lives. I need to go find natural stone to stack around the tub an then place the plants methodically. Well... I've been offline for a few days. I have a small bedroom with a really really high ceiling. I needed an entertainment center of sorts to hold a TV, a large HP network printer, and a keyboard tray to hold my laptop and mouse.
I couldn't find a fucking thing in the stores. They were either too wide, too short, or had too much stuff inside. I even looked at the nude furniture stores. The problem was, I was not gonna pay 500 plus bucks for a simple piece of furniture when I was going to remove most of the gust anyway.
Soo... being an HGTV junkie, I decided to build it myself. I'm doing a mediterranian themed bedroom. Light tan walls, all white and cream colored linens, etc - and very dark chunky wood furniture.
The armoir needed to be 2'x2' and 80" tall. So - it's sort of an akward piece of furniture. But I'm happy with the way it turned out.
To make a headboard for my bed, I wanted to find an old carved door, then turn it sideways. I looked desperately EVERYwhere and couldn't find one that I looked. I couldn't even find one that was symetrical. So, then I got this idea to create a cained headboard. It turned out pretty cool. I stained it with the same stain I stained the armoir, but much lighter. Do you have any idea how expensive caining is? It's 10 bucks a foot and it took 6 feet to do the headboard!!! So much for this being a money saving project.
I know what I want for my chest of drawers, I'm just not sure that I have the energy or mental capacity to do it. I'm wanting something more like a plain bookshelf that's about 1 1/2 feet deep. Instead of drawers, I want to find square (or angled) baskets and put them on the shelves. And, I'll use the extra 3 feet of caining that I have leftover from the headboard to cain the top of the chest of drawers.
I'm exhausted. I have a date in 45 minutes and I'm still covered in stain. After that, I'm going to my friend's party, then to another friend's house to hang out and watch movies. And, I'm still hung over from last nite.
I don't dance. Period. Ever. Unless, ofcourse I'm naked in the shower alone and the radio is thumpin. Or unless I'm lit. And last nite, I was L I T. Where the fuck are my tylenol? I think I sniffed too many paint fumes today while finishing that fucking furniture. | Monday, June 3rd, 2002 | 3:24 am |

I can die happy now... Well - I did it. I got great tickets to the Pet Shop Boys concert. I was able to get to the front of the stage where I spent most of the concert. AAAaaand, I got to shake his hand. Yes, you heard me right - I got to shake Neil Tennant's Hand. I came twice. Then, twice more later on thinking about it. :)
Pet Shop Boys - Actually was my first album EVER. I was 9 years old. I've been a huge fan every since. I'm still floating... | Friday, May 31st, 2002 | 5:12 pm |

That - and my digital camera is dead. I was hoping to take some pix. I'm suffering from a streak of exhibitionism. | 11:44 pm |
I must have jerked off 8 times today and I'm still horny. I just got home from massage school. What is wrong with me? Current Mood: horny | 4:22 pm |
foreskin... I was just thinking, I also like uncut guys. I have a little bit of foreskin, but I'm cut. I've heard it called a "turtle neck" before. I was thinking about doing a reverse circumsission (sp?).
Has anyone else tried this? or have any input? | 4:04 pm |
put through... Well - I'm a little darker than I was this morning. But - I've noticed some freckles. What the hell is up with that? I don't recall ever freckling before. My mom is natural platinum blonde and my dad is a red head, so I guess it's in the genes.
You know what I'm over? Shaved boys. I mean - I LOVE body hair. I don't think you can have too much - wherever it is. I even like backhair, as long as it's trimmed. I like the tickle feelin it gives me when I snuggle up to it. :)
If you're naturally smooth, that's ok. But what I canNOT stand is stubble! UG! | 12:26 pm |
Naked by the pool... This afternoon - I was laying out naked by the pool. I'm so white. I could use the color. The pool guy showed up. Why'd he have to be an old man? I heard the gate open, then some porn music, then saw the pool guy. The music screached to a halt and it was over like that.
I laid there tanning nude anyway. I'm a born exhibitionist. What can I say?
The Pet Shop Boys concert is here in Dallas on June 1st. I love them. I accepted long ago that they have very little talent, but nonetheless they were my first album ever. Pet Shop Boys - Actually. I listened to that tape 24x7 until the teeth fell out of one side of it. I now have every album and remix they've ever done.
Like I said, I accept that they have no talent, but somehow there's a connection with them. I'm their biggest fan. After this latest CD though, I think I'll be there ONLY fan. It's terrible. |
