History is a lie.

from Paleozoic Era Proof

Grooved Sphere from South Africa, 2.8 Billion Years Old.

Over the past several decades, South African miners have found hundreds of metallic spheres, at least one of which has three parallel grooves running around its equator. The spheres are of two types -- "one of solid bluish metal with white flecks, and another which is a hollow ball filled with a white spongy center."
Roelf Marx, curator of the museum of Klerksdorp, South Africa, where some of the spheres are housed, said: "The spheres are a complete mystery. They look man-made, yet at the time in Earth's history when they came to rest in this rock no intelligent life existed. The globes are found in pyrophyllite, which is mined near the little town of Ottosdal in the Western Transvaal. This pyrophyllite is a quite soft secondary mineral with a count of only 3 on the Mohs' scale and was formed by sedimentation about 2.8 billion years ago. On the other hand the globes are very hard and cannot be scratched, even by steel."
The sphere with the three parallel grooves around it are too perfect to be anything but man made. The Precambrian mineral deposit where the globes are found is dated to be at least 2.8 billion years old. At this time simple microscopic cells were all that was alive on the earth. But this is obviously not true. Who created or left behind these magnificent spheres. Obviously man made, and stronger than steel, what was their purpose for the people who visited and left them behind in time?

You may now commence discounting and ignoring this.

Fight the Man!

MEETING OF PLUTOCRATIC ARISTOCRATS. STAND UP AND MAKE SOME FUCKING NOISE.
Joshua Beane, dragonguyver

Okay folks. Usually when I have political stuff, it's an article I like and I make some little stupid comment. This time, I'm ranting.

The same fuckfaces that brought you the civil strife in Argentina are meeting in New York from the 31st to febuary 4th. Yep, I'm talking about the World Economic Forum. The 1000 biggest companies are getting together to plot and scheme the further destruction of nature and the crushing of the human spirit as they make the dollar bill the ipso facto religion of Earth.

They used to meet in Davos, Switzerland, but, unfortunately, they were effectively chased out by a concerted campaign of direct action. Now they're coming here. They figure we're all dazed and confused from the recent horror of september 11. So now we're going to have to show them how wrong they are.

In this "speak not against oh-holy government of rightists" time, it's more important than ever to be a visable and loud force. The news media doesn't want to talk about us. If they keep it off the air, then other like-minded radicals who haven't discovered the movement won't. So, we just have to be so fucking loud that they will have to talk.

If you want to get involved, go to The Anti-Capitalist Convergence. There's all sorts of information there detailing the prism-like array of reasons to be pissed off at these money-covered bastards. As always IndyMedia and FAIR are out friends.

it's time to take down the Plutocracy, people. The rich cannot be allowed to rule anymore, because when they do, they serve the interests of the rich, themselves. DO NOT BE DEFEATISTS. They thrive on the apathy of the common human. They might win if we fight. BUT THEY WILL WIN IF WE DON'T. Gotta give it our all. We're fighting the desecrators of nature. These people are the reason the world is going to end. They're leading us down the path of destruction, and it's paved with dollar signs.

This is the end of the world I'm talking about. And if you sit by idly and do nothing, then you're to blame. I don't care if you have the bible as an excuse to sit by and say it was all foretold. You ever think that stuff was in there for a reason? The church benefited from apathy just as well! And now we still have that shit here, and all of these autocrats are in bed together, WORKING TO KILL YOU AND EVERYONE YOU CARE ABOUT AND EVERYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT AND THE ENTIRE HUMAN RACE AND THE WHOLE PLANET.

Wake up, get up, and do something goddamnit.

And please, if you find yourself stirred for the cause, spread the word. Hell, copy and paste this everywher eyou can if you would. Keep on keepin' on.

3000 ours VS 5000 theirs deaths (english)
by m!rek 9:45am Fri Jan 11 '02

3000 ours VS 5000 theirs
Civilian deaths no cause for concern...

The Pentagon doesn't keep count, and the media keep silent, writes Gay Alcorn, Herald Correspondent in Washington.

Marc Herold, a University of New Hampshire economics professor, was so disturbed by the lack of coverage of civilian deaths in the war in Afghanistan that he began keeping a tally himself.

Scouring through news reports as varied as the BBC, The Times of India and The Sydney Morning Herald and Melbourne's Herald Sun, he took conservative estimates where possible and came up with a admittedly rough tally of 3767 civilian deaths between October 7 and December 6.

That was before before a December20 strike against a convoy heading for Kabul killed as many as 65 people, and bombing of the village of Qalaye Niazi on December 29 killed, the United Nations says, at least 52.

Dr Herold says that, on average, 62 civilian Afghans have died each day since bombing began. The total is now close to 5000, far more than the 3000 killed in America on September 11.

2002 Olympics Protest: Acting "Outside the Box"!
by David Orr 10:00am Mon Sep 10 '01 (Modified on 7:27am Mon Jan 7 '02)
address: Moab, Utah david@livingrivers.net

By now, most people are aware that next February 8, the gates of Salt Lake City's Rice-Eccles Stadium will swing open to welcome an Olympic torch-bearing runner inside, signaling the beginning of the 2002 Winter Olympics. Perhaps the largest event ever held in Utah, the Olympics will attract tens of thousands of sports fans from around the world to the City of the Saints for a two week period.

Most people think the Olympics are about sports, but that is only part of the story. Behind the brightly glowing television lights, there is a dark side of the games. Today it's a global industry that is increasingly intertwined with the interests of multinational corporations.

style fun.

Well, I decided to break into the whole style thing a couple of days ago. At first it confused the hell out of me, then I read the developer's section and got an even more helpful email from the spuport staff after I asked for help.

So, now everything looks kinda funky. lol. I'm going to stop playing around with it because it's good right now, but I will probably spend time seriously messing with some other style files, so this isn't the last you've heard of weird style things.

Talk Show Mentality

I have lost all respect for Geraldo Rivera. Any good newsperson points he earned with the early days of 20/20 are fucking GONE.
