To what level of decency are journals held?

Journals may contain any content so long as it is not considered obscene or illegal. When determining what is obscene, we generally go by the decision of the Supreme Court, that it is genuinely useless on an artistic level. Illegal content such as child pornography will not be permitted and is grounds for immediate suspension and we may possibly contact authorities.
