10:33 pm - My Crappy Yesterday.

Hydro went out. No heat, no nothing,for 10 hours. There was a cute electriction, but i did not see him. Drove to school, 15 minute drive, only to leave 5 minutes later. Class was short and a waste of my time. Tried uploading pictures off my camera for school, no computer (no hydro) and the program at school wouldn't let me upload. Screwed. Went to get Used/Finch tickets. SOLD OUT. Was going to go to Florida with some friends, trip would have ended up costing me a lot more then i wanted it to. So declined. Only to find out that the price went down $200 but i found out too late. i probably would have went. but now i'm not going at all.
Why does my life suck so bad right now?

I need a project to do, not work, but a project. I've decided on redecorating my bedroom. Today i just saw so many things i'd like to do to my bedroom, that i MUST change it. Inspirational day it was indeed. From the craftgirl community came the idea of wallpapering my bedroom walls with newspapers and whatnot. Which isn't such a new idea because i did something similar on the back of my bedroom door and i've had it there for years. The newspaper is discoloured, just the way i like it, and i have a lot more clippings i'd like to add. So i'll paste them up on my bedroom wall, not all of them, just one...I'll find some nice vintage stuff too... As i was surfing ebay i came across something else i'd like to do. I want to get some 7" records and just hang them up like this...I was thinking of painting my walls either a pea green or a rich wine red...I haven't quite decided...
I think it sounds good, and it will give me something to do. I'm going to learn how to print my own tshirts too...I had inspiration for that too...bah, today was a great day...Oh and i'll probably bid on that skirt in the picture too, it's sweet.

11:11 pm - My Room. The Mess. The Fire-Hazard.

My mother hates my room. Which, i suppose is nothing new. Most parents can't stand to look in their child's room because it's a mess, it's disorganized and you never know what may be growing under the bed, etc. My room is not quite that bad, it's just a fire-hazard, as my mom likes to call it. I have a problems, and it involves collecting/saving magazines. I have a magazine obsession, there the first step to recovery is admitting i have a problem, and there it is, folks!
Friday i went to wal-mart and i bought those plastic storage containers, it was time for me to pack the stuff up. I had at least a hundred magazines just tossed under my bed. I had about 10 Chapters bags under there because i keep my magazines in there in order to protect them. It works...But anyways, it was time. So the task came for me to put them in containers, then i had to move into my closet, which is also a fire hazard and clean up in there...All in all i filled 6 bins and threw out a garbage bag full of magazine clippings and doubles that i had. Insane amount of crap i've accumulated in the past 10 years. I had grade 7 quizzes in there!!! just insane crap!
My new years resolution is to get rid of the crap in my room, and completely change it around...It'll be a task, but it has to be done!!!
This was a pointless post, but a post nonetheless...

PS. I found some old articles too, which were actually interesting. Like articles about Kid Rock from Orbit magazine. The articles were about one of the guys in "twisted brown trucker" and about how he was being "courted" by big labels...Funny stuff considering what he's doing now...Or so i thought. I'll scan them one of these days =)

When Sneaker Pimps came out a couple blue moons ago i didn't think much of them. They had a good song, but i didn't like it that much, it was just something i would'nt shut off when it came on the radio...
Recently, while doing my usual musical surfing i came across the song "Sick" by Sneaker Pimps off of their new cd, and the song is freekin addictive! I love it to pieces. So yesterday when i went to hmv i saw the cd it was $32!!!! Wayyy to much for me to ever pay for a cd, so i burned the thing today and it is an amazing album. I LOVE it. I can't stop listening to it. They got rid of their female singer, Kelli Dayton, but the guy rules. i love him! I liked her, but i love this guy! Well not really, but he's good for the songs...
Meh, that is all for now...just thought i'd spread the word...

Finally was awake enough to upload these. My computer's been reformatted so many times in the past month i'm going to go crazy. I hate installing my camera software and stuff to upload my pictures all the freaking time !i'm lazy damnit! i sh ould burn it all on a cd...yes that's what i'll do...
but enough of that. I finally got to meet the beautiful and talented Melody =) Thanks for the guestlist and showing us around a bit. Thanks for the stroker ace vinyls too. Lori thanks you too =) I had a lot of fun, and luck was on my side, which is always nice.
Here's the pictures i uploaded, some turned out, some did not. I was bored and played with them a bit, but i have all the originals. I"ll probably print some with my printer...which i have yet to hook up.

I just spent two hours scanning cool things from the single issue of bust magazine (2001) with natasha lyonne on it....bah i loved that issue. I had lots of fun. Hence, the new icon. It's from an article about a performance artist named Patty Chang, i just love the picture...I don't know why...but i do...and you probably do now too =p
ps. For every boxing day shopper who entered the doors of my store or the mall. I cursed you all! I hate being somewhere i don't want to be, just so people can waste their money on crap they do not need. People do not need $40 shirts, you have lots of shirts! you don't need more! Learn to sew or just wear the same clothes until you DIE. Why do people feel the need to shop more AFTER christmas! Sure sure, you must do returns, but is it really that important?
Don't get my wrong, i loved my presents as much as the next person, but i think i could have lived without them. I didn't need them as christmas presents, they could have been nice birthday presents, or valentine's day presents...i think i'm going to alternate my holidays. No more christmas for me, my new big holiday will be...St. Patricks Day. So send all major gifts to me then...

I want a bass guitar. There are two really tempting basses to get. there is the BEAUTIFUL one and then there is the Practical, good deal one! I like them both, i like the beautiful one more, but the practical one comes with a case, a strap and an amplifier. Thus saving me quite a few dollars, not to mention the practical one is cheaper then the beautiful one! Bah. I can't decide. It seems obvious, i know...but still! I am a beginner though...I already have a very expensive guitar, so i may want to stick to the cheap side...bah!

Twice a week travel cuts sets up a booth at the college. I LOVE travelcuts. I go there every week and clean shop. I take one of everything. The woman there knows us because we are always there. They have this one book with AWESOME deals. I'm seriously considering taking a nice month long trip. I need it. It's a 29 day trip to europe. I wo uld be visiting 11 different countries, and one of the last stops is Anne Franks house. how cool is that?! That is almost worth the trip alone. All of these for a mere $3000 (with taxes...the list price is like $2600). I would be travelling by bus, which i don't mind at all. The trip is in may. I'm uber-excited...must go...far...away...from...here...
on another note. i am obsessed with "the used"...whoever that fucker is that outbid me today, i hate you. but life goes on...hmm...
i stil hate christmas shoppers.

I hate chapters, but not really. I hate it because it sucks all of my money away. I can't go there without dropping at least $20 on magazines. It's a sick addiction and it must stop. bah! I got the new rocksound with Dave Grohl on the cover and i got the new BUST magazine with Le Tigre on the cover. I'm not a big fan of them, but i love bust...so i had to get it... damn damn..
Work was busy. I hate the mall. Everyone was nice, so the day went by ok and then 10 minutes to close this bitch comes in. i'm vaccumming, and the two other people who were working were at the counter just cleanign up/organizing and whatnot. So she asks one of my co-workers if we had a boxset with rudolph/frosty and uhh santa claus is coming to town (i believe?)...So he told her we were sold out, and then he asked me just to make sure, because my brain is almost just as good as that computer because i know a lot of what we have, where it's at..etc...So i told him no, and it was backordered so it owuld probably take awhile...and then out of nowhere the bitch is like 'Is anyone, who's STILL WORKING here, able to help me?!" in this rude bitchy voice...it was like BITCH! WHAT THE FUCK DID WE JUST TELL YOU?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!?! CAN YOU NOT HEAR?!! i just gave her a look...My co-workers were nicer to her then i would have been...she was a bitch. I hope she grows a disgusting fungus on her feet, she smells like a rotten anus, and i hope her teeth fall out, and she has no friends.
I hate christmas. Why does there always have to be that ONE ASSHOLE who has to ruin the day? where do these people come from?! Does Satan purposely send them to earth to make others miserable?~!?! WHY GOD, WHY?!
and that folks is the end of my rant for the day...
Now i shall continue watching My So-Called Life boxset...ooh the life.

Finally got the My So-Called Life boxset, it's awesome! There's NOOO special features, which was terribly disappointing...But i still love it. It's kind of weird too because i remember watching the episodes when they first aired. it came back to me so quickly. I can't remember what id id three days ago, but i remember what i watched 8 years ago! weird...
school was fun. I need to put some more effort in this last week...Damn my laziness...i don't know what's come over me...And this christmas thing drives me nuts. I want to be unemployed.
I'm working 12 hours tomorrow. i want to die.

Anyone else heard of this place? My boyfriend too me there today and it's the best place everrrrrrrrrrrrr. The food was awesome. it's pretty small, and the people who work there seem kind of tense...ha. It was really busy when we went, i guess it's always like that.
my boyfriend went there for lunch today too and he told me about these three old women who went in the place, and there's only two people who work there (that i saw anyways) So they were backed up on orders, they had phone orders, walk-in's etc. So the three old women had to wait for a bit, and i guess they were really impatient and they kept tapping their fingers on the counter, and then rattling keys. Then they started talking loudly to each other saying "are we going to get to place our order?!" and being bitches...I guess the cook, who is intense as hell (he's got a mullet too), just stopped, looked at them, looked around the store (which was packed) and told them He didn't need their business, they had plenty of money coming in, and to get out. How awesome is that?!?! haha i love it. They had this sign that said "prices vary to customers attitude" HA! I LOVE IT!!!!
I had to share that. It's too good to keep to myself...So all of my fellow windsorites, if ou haven't gone to this place GO THERE! The food rocks, and how can you pass up something as entertaining as that?! ha. It's on lauzon rd. woooooooo.

Anyone else see that movie "Beat" with courtney love? I saw it on sunday, it was kinda crappy because the storyline sucked, but courtney was actually *good* in it and she looked good too. NOrman Reedus was in it too...mmm norman reedus...yum. I love him.
So if anyones in the mood for courtney i suggest this movie, you might not want to buy it, cuz it's not that good, but at least rent it. I'll probably get it cheap on ebay. woo.
ps. update on the uberbitch who lied about me on saturday, she called today and made up more lies. I feel better about it because i told my manager how i felt about the uberbitch and how she lied. I hate her. She's lucky i don't know her name.
