About: PhotoGen is a bash shell script that creates photo galleries from a directory of JPEG and GIF images. The script will generate thumbnails from the large images, let you choose a background color for the gallery, and also let you add captions to each thumbnail image. Changes: In this release, the user can now add a URL to the front of each page, images can now be resized, original images can be archived before they are modified, and the backup option has been replaced with archive option.
