Yay, I finally am going to have some sort of an exciting entry! lol.
Campus Crusade for Christ was so much fun last night! First we all went over to the advisor's house, and when we got there, we started off by singing 3 worship songs, which was awesome. I hadn't heard anyone play any since I left Arizona, where I was practically always hearing people play songs on guitar (aww. i miss gabe's songs!) Anyways, after that we had a short little Bible study on the importance of living for Christ, and then after that it was time for the activity of the night. It was so great! We played "Who's Line is it Anyways?"..which is like the funniest show ever. It was so hilarious! We were playing that game where someone says some sort of noun, and then the two people have to act it out, have a conversation about it, whatever. And this one guy, Aaron, who isn't exactly small, hehe, had to be MC Hammer, LOL! And he was doing all these "dance moves" and saying all this stuff like him and it was sooo funny. And then this one guy, James, who's really outgoing and goofy, had to be a thug, and then instead of acting like one, he started talking like an Italian, LOL. Like he was in the mafia or something. After that game was up, we played that "party quirks" game, where there's 2 people hosting a party and 4 people come as some kind of person or acting like some thing or whatever. I can't remember what happened all with that now, but certain people were so funny to see acting like some of the things we thought up. That has definitely been the most fun activity of the year so far. Once that was over, the girls and guys split up into small little prayer groups, which was cool. I was with 3 other girls, and we just kind of went around the circle and prayed. After we were done we were just sort of talking, and this girl Megan was asking me about basketball and how I was doing and stuff, and it was just cool to me because it's hard to find people around here who actually care how you are and want to know what you're doing and stuff..if that makes any sense. She asked me what I did on the weekends, and I told her absolutely nothing, which is true, lol. And then she told me she would call me to do stuff on the weekends with her and her friend Meagan, since they have like, all guy friends, lol, so I was excited about that. I know it seems like such a little thing to be excited about, but it is for me to hang out with other Christians and do stuff with people, since I haven't found a church to go to yet. Wow, I'm not making any sense at all now, I've decided! Moving on!
My cousin Jessica saw Relient K on Monday!! I was jealous. She told me that Matt came onto the stage on his pink bike, lol! and she said that he had written "Raising Heck" on the seat, LOL! I thought that was hilarious. She's the best cousin ever! She got me the Employee of the Month EP, yay! And when she went to see Switchfoot, she got me something from that show, which I totally wasn't expecting. And, of course, she took lots of picatures to send me! I'm sure she'll let me show you guys..I mean, if you're interested. It's not like anyone who reads my journal likes Tim, Jon, or Brian...*cough* ;)
I'm excited that I'm actually having a life this week, haha. Tonight I think a bunch of us from the basketball team are gonna go roller skating, hehe, cause that's the school sponsored activity for tonight! It should be fun. And then Thursday night I think I might go to this Campus Crusade Barn Dance in Wayne, LOL! Sounds corny, but we'll make it fun!
Alright..I have to go prepare myself to see the grade I got on my psychology test.. *cringe* Bye! :)
