Brought out all the old videos today from the box room. Watched Beetlejuice with the kids. That was like Claire's fave film when she was about 5 and the cassette is about as old as whenever it came out, but it still played perfectly! Then we watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off, years since I watched that! I was so into brat pack films when I was younger! My favourite is the Breakfast Club though, will bring that out another day. Having no money sucks, cause I had to pay a bill this week, but at least we get to be lazy and sit around watching telly all day, even if there is no food in the house. I get some money on Monday and will stock up on food again. The kids are getting fed up eating home made bread. Went and listed alot of Snoopy stuff on ebay cause Dylan needs new shoes. I have too much goddam stuff anyway. My ex boyfriend took me to Camp Snoopy at Minnesota Mall of America once a few years ago and bought me about 4 suitcases full of Peanuts collectibles cause I like Snoopy, but I guess I need to sell stuff now. Too much stuff, we can't move in here. I guess I will just keep the stuf I've had since I was like 8 years old plus my ceramic stuff and sell the hundreds of other items. Sometimes it's just time to do stuff, clear out, get more important things like shoes. Whatever, I'm going to bed to read.

Quite a load of boring shit today. Claire stayed off school cause they were going to subject her to some stupid 'Pop Star' contest for charity today. She told them she wasn't going to the concert so she was gonna have to sit alone with a teacher supervising her all day so I just kept her off. We live right next door to the school, so what's the difference in her sitting at home all day or sitting at school doing nothing. Anyway we went down town and decided to get Dylan a Leapfrog thingy for his Xmas. Then I got over excited in Woolworths because I spotted some Changing Rooms LLB Xmas decorations. Not for me, mind, but my email buddy of 3 years in Ohio is mad about Laurence L. Bowen, bloody ?2.50 for one tacky red velour bauble! Had no money left this week so decided to buy her one next week for a present. She will love that! I love finding stuff she will like, her & her hubby love stuff from here, Wallace & Gromit and stuff like that they can't get in America.
I still never did my essay. I found a whole bit in my notes about it so yay! I hope I can get a better future for me & my kid with this qualification, but I bet by the end of it I'll be so sick of computrids I won't want to look at another one let alone try to fix 'em.
Oh! And my Black Velvet Magazine came today with Wed 13 interview.

I am so tired! I wanted to go to bed at 10.00 last night so I had my bath and got ready for bed, then Claire started watching this dumb Anna Nicole show at 10 so I went and lay down on the couch and watched it. Anna Nicole is a dumb ass bitch. I felt really sorry for her personal assistant when Anna Nicole forced her to go on the roller coaster. The woman was crying and everything. Then I heard screaming at 11pm just as the show was finishing, Dylan had woken up with earache. I had to take him to the hospital, he never wakes up at night so I figured it must be pretty bad. So I had to shove some clothes back on and drive to the hospital for the emergency doctor. I had my night face cream on and it was all over my hair and stuff and I must have looked like a junkie. The dr said he had a load of pus behind his ear drum and the pressure was what was causing the pain. So came home and tried to give Dylan the medicine only he spat it all over the place. Followed by 2 hours of him trying to get to sleep in my bed but not being able to because the painkillers I gave him didn't work. Eventually he asked to go and lie on the couch and watch his 6 hour long Charlie Brown video so I let him. I went back to bed for about 3 hours and woke up at 5am and went through to see if he was ok and he was sleeping, thank goodness. So, he got up at 9.30 this morning right as rain. Kept him off school, and just snoozed all morning myself while he watched videos. I ain't gonna leave the house today. Too cold anyway!

My friend took me to a place at Irvine where they sell/make up designer curtains today. I am her personal interior designer. I have a really good eye for stuff like that. Some Charles Rennie Mackintosh cream and black fabric caught my eye and we were thinking how great it was etc, so she ordered them to make up curtains for her window. Its costing her 358.00 pounds. Then we went for lunch as usual and she paid. I tried to tell her to let me pay but she was having none of it. I had a totally yummy lunch of parsnip soup and then tomato and basil ciabatta at 11am this morning! Then we went to look at carpeting for her and picked that out too.

Then I had barely got home, like for about 10 minutes, long enough for a cup of tea, and I had to go out and spend the afternoon helping at the school. I feel so fucking ill. I wish this chest infection would clear up. People keep asking me if I smoke.

Then I had to go to the bank and pay in a cheque then back to the school for parents evening. Yeah! Both my boys got great reports from the teachers. Robbie's teacher is so impressed that he is reading The Hobbit at age 10.

Dylan is watching Flashbeagle, I love this Peanuts special!

Taped that Kerrang programme MWA last night. It was ok. Tenacious D guys totally bug me though.

eek, I LOVE Graham Norton and I just switched it on and Westlife is on (crappy boy band), oh well, maybe it will get better soon!

I just got back from class (assembly language) and I am soo hungry and there was nothing to eat so I just shoved some doritos and grated cheese (cheddar & mozarella) into the microwave and Bingo! my fave meal in 30 seconds!

Today I had the dreaded 6 monthly trip to Ayr with my ex husband (the second one!) so he could purchase vans trainers for our 5 year old Dylan. Yuck, I must say here, he, Andy, is a compulsive liar and WORSE than Walter Mitty also an alcoholic and addicted to hash, the last time we did the shoe buying thing he told the shop lady he was a professional skateboarder. Well, I was almost rolling about the floor laughing that time, he has never worked in his whole life apart from a brief time in the '80s when he worked backstage at Wembley Stadium, he spends his whole life trying to get wasted, he is 36 years old, and he doesn't support his son apart from a pair of shoes every 6 months. All that and he can't go a skateboard. So I was like what will he come up with this time. Luckily I just got in and out the store as fast as possible, then told him to take the boys to burger king, (had to give him the money for his own son's meal, mind) so Claire & I could escape and go see Michelle

babydoll282 at work. Claire wanted to see her. I had already met Michelle's mum to give her the new Murderdolls cd for Michelle, she has a nice mum! Then on the way I bumped in to my best friend Pauline so I just walked round with her for a bit while Claire went to see Michelle. Then drove all the way home with Slipknot on full blast so I wouldn't have to talk to Andy. Geez, he is such a loser. When I met him he had very long black hair and looked very rockerish (is that even a word??), in a kind of gypsy way, then he suddenly changed his style a couple of years ago and he is now a complete ned! He thinks he is the next Liam Gallagher. (in case you don't know what a ned is). We used to go to tons of gigs together, I think he still goes to some maybe. Oh well, these things are put here to try us!

OK, Westlife is still on graham Norton, he must fancy them I doubt, now they are singing and Claire is swearing at the telly!

I'm off to try to set my video for the show that's on at 2.30am. byeee!

Well, my afternoon sucked. I got majorly insulted by 2 little twats who went on the Murderdolls board just to wind people up. I had went on there to offer up 2 codes for here which I had to give and ended up getting picked on for sticking up for the Murderdolls and the fans on the board's right to post pictures. I got called an old tart, which I am most definitely not, (I am celibate & very happy that way), got accused of shooting up heroin & cutting myself, of which I have never done neither, and got called names for allowing my kids to go to Murderdolls gigs. One spammer actually threatened me and I actually started crying at one point. *time of the month* So I notice that one of them is still hanging around the board waiting to wind more people up. Stupid little shits, and oh yeah if you stupid scum are reading this, my daughter was in the top 10 out if 200 kids in her school year so I don't think I can have done alot wrong there, and my kids are always getting compliments about how well behaved they are. Who else thinks that I should stop going to gigs as I have been doing for nearly 18 years now? I don't see why I should dress like a normal 33 year old and listen to Celine Dion shite, because it is not me.

Last night was so fun! We arrived at the SECC about 5pm and started queueing up waiting for Michelle (

babydoll282 ) to show up. We never met before but we spent the whole gig together, she is a really cool girl. Let's face it we were only there to see the Murderdolls but as we wanted to get near the front we made our way there directly and waited on Hell Is For Heroes to come on, which they did at about 7.30pm. We were about the second row from the front near one side and I spotted Madelyn , the French fan just in front of us and shouted her. But I think she wondered who was shouting her, and why I recognised her, well her photo is all over the Murderdolls message board! Then, her friend Joey's Drowning Dolly asked me if I was the lady with all the kids and I said yes. Well anyway, the first band came on and halfway through it these 2 guys in their twenties off their faces on something charged down next to us and started punching everyone. Michelle and Claire were getting pushed about everywhere and at one point they shoved Claire on to the floor, Oh god I was soo angry..then, one of them PUNCHED my 10 year old son Robbie in the nose. His nose was bleeding as was another girls cause they punched loads of folk. I was worried about Claire & Michelle but I figured they could look after themselves better than Robbie cause by this time he was crying! So I had to wrap my body around Robbie and take all the punches. I am so sore this morning! A girl right in front of us was really nice in helping Robbie and calling the security guard. By the time we got the security attention though the band had stopped and the guys went away. They give Hell is for Heroes fans a bad name! I hope they enjoyed punching a 10 year old crying kid.

Then the Murderdolls came on! When they played the little tune at the beginning (is that from the Addams family or something??) we could hardly control our excitement! It was amazing, and thankfully those drugged out guys didn't come back! Me, Michelle & Claire were hyper singing and jumping about! Robbie had stopped crying by this time and really loved seeing the Murderdolls. We saw Eric for the first time cause at the last gig his dad had just died. Wednesday was singing from under an umbrella, and Acey was right in front of us most of the time. After they went off we just got out from the front and went and collapsed on the floor.

Then Papa Roach came on, we just stood way at the side, to be honest I found them quite boring. It was a let down after all the adrenaline of the Murderdolls. I only really knew their more famous songs so I suppose those ones were good to hear live, then Joey came on in his Slipknot mask and played drums on one track. We got excited at that bit! Then they finished and we scarpered out of there! I saw Madelyn and friends again on the way out and spoke to them for a bit, then I just went home! I could not sleep very well, now we are all excited about the next 'dolls gig in december!

I woke up this morning and my back was really sore and I feel like someone has punched me when I try to breathe. I thought I just did my back in sitting doing that essay yesterday for nearly 9 hours. Went out with my friend, she took me to the football stadium because they have this new hotel there that is quite posh. Neither of us like football but the hot chocolate is really nice at the hotel. I was feeling really weird and then we went to her house and she rubbed lots of vicks in my back which helped a bit. I just called the dr cause I don't know if my lungs are supposed to be painful now I am on the antibiotics so they said I have to go down later and see a dr again. I am going out for a meal tonight so I hope I don't collapse or something. Well, if I don't feel better tomorrow I will have to kinda stand up at the back of the Murderdolls gig and then my kids won't be able to see anything. Damn, I really wanted to take them near the front. I can't even listen to music or the telly at the moment cause my head is so sore. That is a good state of mind for going to a rock concert. Oh crap.

Hmm, I just finished a whole esay on the internal oragnisation and operation of a CPU based
computer system, with detailed descriptions of the functional elements and interfaces, the buses, ALU, registers etc, also Interrupt, Fetch- Decode- Execute, DMA, polling, methods of prioritising hardware & software interrupts. Oh I have just learned so much today. This morning I had no idea what went on inside a computer, since our tutor got us really far behind so we have to teach ourselves half of the subject at home from the notes he gave us, now I write a 7 page essay with 2 diagams in 8 hours flat! I hope I did ok, I am so good at learning stuff when I put my mind to it. Either that or I never understood what it was all about and just wrote a whole load of tripe. Oh well, can only do my best. Now, that I have done that I have another equally long essay to do on the history of microprocessors and some other stuff to do with RAM and ROM...I have 3 weeks to do both of them, I just felt like getting one over & done in a day.
